Extremely disappointed in the quality of the flowers that they delivered... and very embarrassing for me that the gift from me was so really bad.
Attaching the picture of the flowers that they delivered today, this is the way they looked when they delivered them. They requested to send a replacement since they said they had run out of what I had ordered. My order was for Rs 1,999. The flowers and greens are so dried up, limp, and drooping like they are many days old. I normally use some other suppliers for sending flowers, this was the first time I used Flower Aura... will never use them again! Strongly recommend you dont either.
Another point to note in their responses to the negative comments - they say they are unhappy about the way things went, not sorry that they messed up.

Exceptionally poor service. On March 9th, I purchased a bouquet for my fiancée, but she never received it. I received a message from the staff stating that it had been delivered. I've been emailing them about my problem since that day, but the team keeps answering, claiming it's been delivered. I've requested a refund several times, but they keep denying it. If I had the option to give a negative star, I would give them a negative 5 star.
I would never recommend doing business with Floweraura to anyone.

I ordered a Birthday Cake.
Floweraura continue to change the delivery time and i have to follow up on delivery as floweraura is least bothered once you have paid.
Order was supposed to be delivered between 11 am to 1 pm but till 7:30 pm it is not delivered.
All my surprise has gone for a toss and purpose of giving is lost.
By the time they delivery (Not sure by when) person has already left home for his evening bash.

Ordered flowers from USA to be delivered in Chennai. Flowers were not delivered under the pretext that address was not correct, even tho it was. If you are ordering from overseas this is not a trusted vendor, spend your money elsewhere.

Ordered an expensive bouquet from Floweraura as a gift for someone. Later on I learnt that they delivered a cheaper bouquet of same flowers. They admitted that it was a mistake from their side but didn't agree to refund the difference in price of the two bouquets.
As per their reviews from different websites, it is clear that this was an intentional mess up. They deliver cheaper items when you order items as gifts as it is less likely that the actual customer ever comes to know about it.
This is a cheap way of making money. I strongly recommend you to block them.
