I really had a disappointed day with floweraura today. I wanted to surprise my niece today for her birthday but inspite of that they dint deliver the cake today and customer service kept giving false information saying cake delivered and then they will do re deliver and I have followed up with 5 customer service agents and they kept saying we will deliver the cake and end of the day they gave false information saying customer told to come next day for delivery which is complete fake information and total disappointment with the service and never ever I recommend anyone to suggest to buy cake from here. I am just here to share my horrible experience with Floweraura, so that you guys can browse a couple of more options before expecting to delight your loved ones. Don't expect the right color roses because you ordered so, don't bother coming up with any heartfelt message because they are not going to write it. It doesn't matter what you tell them to write on cake because that's not going to happen either. And, definitely not expect to have a good quality cake because at the end there's some calculations to save the money in between for the goods you ordered and what they would like to deliver. Not saying, it will happen to you but if it does, do not expect anything from customer service because they will throw the most common regretful line in your face and promise that it will not happen in future.

I ordered a half kg cake for rs. 650. In the cake delivered half of the cake was cream. Only one small layer of bread in the end. The cake was smaller also compared to other cakes. I shared all photos with them and instead of giving me a proper cake they wanted to give me a 150rs refund which I refused.
Never buy from this site. Horrible services.

I ordered chocolate cake for my mum birthday they provided me with a coffee and it was supposed to be delivered by morning, the cake and flowers came in the evening the flowers were not even fresh, terrible service and high prices compared to the stores, stay away from this guys if you dont want to get cheated

We ordered a blossoming Hibiscus plant for the birthday of my fiances mother. What we got was a plant without any blossoms but bite marks of insects (photo). When we asked for a replacement with a blossom they just repeated the same line "We will replace the same plant".

My cake arrived damaged and spoiled the occasion, I have no remedy because the cake was not handled properly by your inexperienced staff, or you do not provide proper safety gear to the delivery staff. It is a very embarrassing situation for me to see the condition of the cake. Now I have no remedy rather for "Flower Aura making money by delivering damage cake".
Overall, I'll rate your service is very terrible as you do not follow the instructions given while booking. You have lot of steps before making the final payment. But my question is whether your staff are trained to correctly follow the orders? To my understanding and experience a big NO. On 31.01.2020 I have ordered a cake for my son birthday which was badly damage (Image attached). Fearing that not to be repeated I have given special instruction to handle carefully but what was feared happened the same.
Rather making money focus first on from the customer end for quality and delivery. The last cake ordered is my last cake from Flower Aura. I will not be ordering anymore and too wont be recommending any one as your service quality is worst!

I have ordered Rakhi for my Brother. The item delivered day before the date I mentioned. And the main item Rakhi was missing. Other items delivered. They delivered once card for flower where as no flower was selected to be delivered. The delivery was messed for sure.
Even after raising the concern and ticket, customer care do not bother to send the missing items. Not at all satisfied for service i received for Rakhi.

Very bad experience if you are sending international courier. They did not deliver it till date and i had send Rakhi which my brother never recieved.no response from them. Their customer care rep will assure you with false commitments that they never fulfill.
Never ever will send anything from this site... Worst Worst and most worst experience i ever had.
