Love And Peace flower bouquet & Fluffy Bunch teddy bouquet was too good, presentation, freshness of flowers and quality of teddy was good.
Ordered Black forest cake as well, it was the worst part. Not even Black forest its just a simple chocolate cake without any presentation on cake.
Cake completely spoiled our b'day celebrations. And finally ordered from local bakery. No birthday card along with order.
This what they admit: delivery boy delivered a wrong cake.
Placed an order for a cake, flowers and a gift card and they assured me that it will be deliverd on time but after long late hours and so many calls they deliverd something different flowers was of different colour cake was different and no gift card attached even not my name and i paid 280 extra for real time delivery. One thing i suggest you never go with those fruads. They are playing with immotion, feeling. I wish they could understand that.

One humble suggestion pls dont ever ever order anything from this website... on last mother day they delivered a wrong cake & on this mother day they $#*!ing delivered at 11:30pm at night, waking mum up in the middle of the night & conditions of cake was $#*!, i ordered a fruit cake & wat i got was a cake broken from sides & no fruits on it.
And what worse is that they dont bother replying to your email.

The experience was pathetic. No proper response. All the staff we interacted throughout the day were giving false promises on delivery time. We wanted it for a function in the morning and the same was mentioned in the order too... But u didn't give any importance for the same (I still wonder why you mention the part as SPECIAL INSTRUCTION FOR US). Delivering a BOUQUET by the end of the day is of NO USE.
I don't have to tell u all these since u r NOT into FMCG /Grocery/apparel business. PLEASE inform all your customers to place order for a day in advance if they want to make proper use of your product.

What I ordered didn't get paid in $$$$ but they playing with emotions. After order no one is giving chat facility no one is picking up the phone call Ordered cake & 50mix fresh flowers@. 9-12 but didn't deliver till 8:45 was very upset I wanted to wish my mum at last 9 pm my mum got delivery with stall cake with few ants even they changed the cake & flower bunch as well. They changed in to 21 red flowers automatically without information I paid all in &with money transfer charges. Was first & last mistake with that guys. I had placed an order on mothers day on https://www.floweraura.com/ ( Order No*******) to deliver two bouquets, one fruit basket and a cake but the entire item was not delivered. They charged the full amount on credit card and now no one is responding. When you ask them on their live chat through their website they say they are not able to reach people in their workshop. Their phone no. Mentioned on the site is not working... BIG SCAM this website is.
Even the quality of fruits in the fruit basket was very bad and since they do not specify quantity in their website they play around with what goes in the fruit basket.
This looks like a big scam to me, especially when they do not respond to your complaints

The website accepted my order ******* for delivery on Mothers day. On followup with the chat agent they confirmed delivery will be made prior to 9 pm. However, it never got delivered. I followed up today and they say it didnt get delivered due to mothers day rush. They have offered delivery today, no refund offered; Poor service. This company was started by the partners when they realized a GAP in the market due to a transaction one of them initiated and had a similar customer experience. I would have thought, this would have been a key measure of success for these entrepreneurs. Booooo

I had bought (early in the morning) a bunch of roses online to be gifted to my mom-in-law on Mother's day... Order no. *******. I even paid extra delivery charges. However, it never got delivered yesterday and when I got to chat with some agent in the night, he told me to understand the day's rush!
Why the hell do you then advertise same day delivery if you are not capable of it?
I am not sure they are going to now refund the money or pressure me to carry on with the order at their earliest convenience!

A fake site i believe... such a fraudsters. Even in mother's day they are doing frauds, such mother$$$##### they are.

Very very bad service. If you track your order it always says processing. Their delivery service is slower than snail mail service.if you want to spoil your celebration simply use this floweraura service. Best way to spoil the celebration. Placed an order for sweet gesture, for my dads birthday, because i live in canada!
But i am sorry to say that I am highly dissapointed.
This was my first time, the flowers were dull and not fresh at all.
There weere no red roses promised, the packing was horrible.
The quality of the cake was so poor that no one ate it.
Instaed of a surprise, it was a shock!

Floweraura is waste of time, took too much for delivering the order, first they will be not confirm about there own sure shot deliver of address. They will take order and after that will tell that can't deliver.
And worst they will not refund after 10 mails. Call will also not entertained.
I have ordered heart shaped chocolate cake eggless but I have received some cheap price bloody cake which is not pastry. I have paid in total 1761 with flower but it's worthless.
