I have ordered for a cake and bunch of flowers for my parents anniversary from USA, well the service was super fast but not the quality of product., worst cake! They sent a blank cake?! No message was written on that and it was soo creamy my parents couldn't eat! Even the appreance of cake was bad! Thanks they sent fresh flowers.,
Would be better if you can focus on quality too!
I ordered a birthday cake for my father. Generally HAPPY BIRTHDAY is written on cake. I instructed them to write Happy Birthday pops. But they sent blank cake. Nothing was written on the cake. When I called them about this mistake that person told that " we have not committed that we definitely write such messages on cake. He spoke very rudely and just cut the call without letting me speak. I don't know about others but he spoiled my cake because for me writing on cake matters a lot.
I have placed order from USA for the cake. But the display of the picture is not the same which they deliver and mainly the weight of the cake is is also not proper - ordered 1 kg and they send 1 LB- 600 gm).
After talking to customer services they clearly said we delivered the 1 kg. auger sending image and the weighing scale image still they don't agree.
I urge the people should not order agin from this site.
Worst and cheating!
It's the worst experience I had. There is a huge difference between the products what they show and what they deliver. Writing this review so anyone who read this can be saved from these fellows. Total waste of money.
Ordered a heart shape egg less cake costing me Rs. 1250 but when delivered it came out to be in worse condition n shape... Really disappointed... Cause it was supposed to be a surprise to someone but delivered as a shock...
I never had a problem. With their delivery or product but their customer support is useless and pathetic. I was charged twice for my order that I placed on 6th Aug 2016 and was told.my money would be refunded. It's 23rd Aug 2016 today and still haven't received my money. I'm not in India so I chat with them and there is a guys named Pankaj who is so hopeless and waste of money. He asked me to write an email which I did a few times but to my surprise they really did not bother to revert back except the first time in which they wrote "your money would be refunded in 3-4 working days". Now they are giving me excuses that it got delayed due to rakshabandhan which was on 18th. Can you believe that? I'm loosing hope if I will get me money back even.
Totally unreliable. Should be booked for fraud on unsuspecting customers. Haven't written a online review in last 47 years of my life. Felt so strongly against their nonexistent services that I am constrained to write.
Pls Pls do not waste your time and money by ordering through these bunch of idiots. They do not know what they are doing. They will thug you of your money and will deliver the worst possible items. The worst part is no one picks the phone or respond to your queries.
Please make an effort by not ordering so they close as quickly as possible.

I have placed an order for a cake for midnight delivery. They have charged 350extra for that and when my friend received the cake i felt so ashamed of myself.the cake was not even baked. It was too hard to cut nd the message of happy bday which should be on the cake was on a peice if paper. Can u believe it and when i called them they shouted and disconnected the call and before order they were so sweet. Maam order. Dont worry. We will take care of ur surprise. Plzzzz never ever order... they will spoil ur day...
I had a worst experience with this site as the ones displayed in this site are deceiving and are totally different from the ones delivered specially the flowers. Even the message on the cake was missing and it was really embarrassing. Please do not go by what is shown in the website it is just not worth the price they charge.
Floweraura are fraud website like no other. I have bought a product named "Joy To The World", which is quite ironical, since it gave me anything but joy. First, they deliver it after around 15 days, then they make the roses seem like all energy has been sucked from them. It was nothing like the image I had seen.
Since this product became of no use to me, therefore I searched the net for another gift and found flaberry.com, which is very underrated but an amazing site for your gifting needs. Their products are very decent at an economical price which you can surely try.

I have scheduled a delivery on 20th of July for Birthday flowers. The order was placed on 19 th of July itself (order No #*******) I have ordered yellow roses.
On 20th of July when I tried to track the order status via customer care no's I was unable to do so. No response through mail too. By 12 pm I got a call from customer care stating that the yellow roses was not there so I've changed the order to red roses and I requested them to deliver it before 3PM.
I got a call back saying that the order cannot be delivered with 8PM.
In their official website they have mentioned all orders will be delivered within 5PM
Worst customer service and quality of service
People will miss out their excitement in case if they happen to order with this worst site

The quality of flowers was very poor. It was worst. I felt ashamed when the person who received it told me the whole scenario. There were black spots on petals and it looked very old flowers. Its really very non-sense and ridiculous on your part. Money doesn't matter but the quality matters. Hope not to have any future corresponding with you. My rating for your store is 0 even in minus.
Friends Flower aura Staff is very bad,
They are such a big liers they ask u for online payment but they dont deliver the goods.
When u try to call them only one hopeless guy/lady will talk to u saying due to so and so reason ur order was not delivered on time so it will deliver within half and hr or 1 hr but dont beleive them they will not deliver anything they just go on saying. Friends Today is my Fathers B'day and his & Moms wedding anniversary too and I am not at my home I miss them so muuch and So I thought I can just send some gift from my side but this people spoil everything i think they dont have heart and they don't respect there parents thats why dey just want money like beggars and want to pleay with everybodies hearts.
And remember that ur not going to get ur money back ever... for me 5 rs is also imp and they have stolen my 3000 Rs they are thieves as well as liers
So, if u still want to order from this site then please order on ur risk...
This site is a big fake n cheater site. Whatever products r shown are not delivered as dey r. They change d qty while delivering.so one ends up paying too much n gets less as promised
Very bad. The cake was delivered at 11:15pm, spoiling my surprise. I didn't knew that it's cald midnight delivery in their terms for which the charged me extra Rs350. The flowers were not fresh. Over all my experience was worst with this site. Very disappointed.
My Order was supposed to be delivered at 5PM (Order #*******).
But when called many times they said it can not be delivered before 8.30PM.

I've never seen a bunch of stupids running a business n that too online. Road side florist deliver faster than u guys n please learn some etiquette before proceeding wid ur so called business. Really disappointed never gonna see ur dumb face again
