FlowerAura did a lot of advertising for Mothers Day and so I thought of surprising my mother. They asked me to choose a date of delivery. As the most obvious thing to do, I chose 8th May, 2016. I made my booking on 5th May, 2016. Since they didn't object to the delivery date chosen by me, i thought it was fine and they would be having some speedy deliveries for Mothers Day. On 7th May, I get a call from them saying that it cant be delivered on 8th May and I have to pay Rs. 250 extra for the flower delivery that I had booked. I asked the lady on phone that if you couldn't deliver it why did you accept my date of delivery. I wouldn't have gone ahead with the booking had they said it cant be done. But as a recorded answer she kept on saying 4-5 working days delivery by courier. I told her that i understand that part but why did you accept my date of delivery and why didnt you inform me the same day or the next day? Same recorded answer continued. However, I thought that even with one day delay, if i can surprise my mother, it would be great. So i paid the extra amount. The flowers didn't reach her till 10th May and they told me the same day that it was already delivered. I wonder to whom. My Mothers Day surprise was spoilt and i was really disappointed. Will never use Flower Aura ever in my life and i would not want anyone to use this.
The most horrible flowers delivered by any florist till date. Whts worse, the customer care refuses to accept the flowers are bad and deny are replacement. If possible NEVER EVER USE THEM

Hey guys don't use this company they are fraud. I ordered a cake and flowers for same day delivery but they didn't deliver it and I thought may be they will do next day but my family didn't get anything and I received a confirmation email that my order is delivered and I was shocked how can somebody do that. The cheated me so beware of them. I will try to take my money back

What a pathetic service they provide. I could have checked their reviews before i made an order(#*******) with them. They spoiled my mother's day completely. First they deliver old flowers at the end of the day and they i got to know that they did not even bother to deliver the cake. Best part was a chat support guy mukul saying there was a rush due to mothers day. I got an email saying they completed whole order for me. Wow can it be more worse? I could not talk to anybody as they dont answer the phones ever. I did not receive any email or call back from them. I think this website should be closed. They are riping off people and their emotions too.

Floweraura totally screwed up my Mother's Day flower delivery (order #*******). I ordered 150 red roses and what they sent was a pathetic bouquet of about 10 ugly multicolored roses. That's total fraud of the highest degree! They came to exchange it at 8pm at night with something more decent but nowhere near what their website promised. And by then the special occasion has already been ruined! Extremely disappointed and upsetting! Customer service is non responsive! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

I'm so damm disappointed from floweraura.com the worst service provided by any site I ordered so long I gave special instructions that the cake must be delivered between 4 to 5 pm but its yet not delivered its already 8:30 I sent it to my sis who was in delhi and I ordered and payed 3 days back I gave special instructions to deliver it on time bcoz she had to go out... all bcoz of floweraura she didn't cut cake on her bday the cake isn't delivered and she already left for bombay and these fraud ppl aren't picking up my calls also and my money also isn't back to me... as per my advice nobody should order anything from this site bcoz u will do nothing but spoil ur day... I'm advising ppl not to order anything from this $#*!in site all ur life

They have sent very old flowers (almost turned black) and now claiming that they have fresh flowers only so they can not take any action
Midnight delivery are suppose to be kept as surprise for the receiver, as the sender pays more just for that. FlowerAura charges almost double the amount for midnight delivery. I placed a order on my husbands birthday with a combo of cake and flowers however the delivery boy called up my husband at 8:30 in the evening to ask the route to the delivery location and told him that his wife has ordered a cake and flower. My complete surprise went for a toss.
There are 2 things which come to my mind
1.) If the wanted to confirm that the receiver is available during the delivery then they don't need to bother about it as it is completely the senders responsibility and Flower Aura is already paid to travel to that place.
2.) If they are not aware of the route they are suppose to call the sender to confirm the route or have experienced Delivery boys who are well acquainted with the location or atleast use GPS.
The most imp thing is they do not delivery quality products as the cake they delivered was stale and from some local bakery which had rotten Cherry over it, also the flower arrangement was hopeless and had almost dried flowers.

I ordered a cake a bouquet of orchids. Order #*******. Got call back an hour later from shop that they only have gerbera flowers. I said why you have such a long list of choices when you can't supply... he had no answer and he couldn't process refund. Charged me Rs 500 for flowers and all I got in return was 4 roses and 4 gerbera wrapped in a simple colorful plastic. Cake was not at all as per the photo and tasted like a roadside bakery. And last to my surprise they delivered 2 hours late. It's a fake website. And waste of money... complete avoid
Very bad service. They are taking lot of money but the quality of products are very bad. Very cheap quality compare to money. I ordered flower, cake and a teddy bear for a mid night deliver for my sister's birthday. But it was delivered at morning 6 o clock. Flowers were not fresh. The teddy bear was a very cheap quality and cake was also not fresh. By asking the customer service they said the delivery boy did not find the address and he never called the phone number i had given. In courtesy they did not even send another fresh bouquet. I am strongly recommending not to opt for flowers aura service.
I ordered flowers from this shop on 10th Feb 16 (#*******). These were never delivered. They say some random person collected the delivery and refusing to refund money
Useless service. Delivers goods late late night after special day after special day has finished despite even getting a delivery time.

I ordered flower for Feb 14,2016 and ordered was confirmed for same day delivery but we haven't received the order. Today(Feb15,2016) I reached customer care and came to know order was delivered Feb 14,*******@11:24 AM but that was not the case. I asked her to check with delivery agent and came to know he delivered the follower at neighbors house with all the personal messages as we are not at home on Feb 15,2016. They are taking online orders and trying to deliver to neighbors house for avoiding order cancellation.
My order was never delivered and they did not even courtesy call me about it. I would advice not to use them

Don't use this service. Worst delivery service. No response from mail and chat. Customer call number is always busy. When we are posting comments on their Facebook page, they are deleting the comments and blocked us to put more comments on it.
