I ordered for a basket of flowers to be delivered before 9 am. after the successful payment and all. I got a call one night before saying that they can't deliver in my area as it's in the outskirts of the city. They had no response regarding the money refund... but they very sweetly took my request and delivered a VERY BEAUTIFUL BASKET OF FLOWERS by 11am. I'm glad they tried on my request. Thank you guys :). . The flowers were fresh and just the way I chose. Definitely better that fernsnpetal and all.

I had asked for White lilly flowers. The customer care calls me at last moment to tell me that white lillies are not available and they will replace with pink lillies. I wanted to gift white lillies to my wife as that is her favourite color of the flower. Was disappointed with Flower Aura service. Also, the glass vase that i had ordered along with the flowers was slightly curved at the bottom and keeps shaking when placed on a flat surface.

The pink lilly that was delivered were good. However I will not recommend Flower Aura for surprising your loved ones as there is a good chance that flower aura may surprise you, at the last moment.

Odered for the mid night and spoke to the customer care who confirmed that cake and flower will be delivered between 12 AM to 12; 15. Once I placed the order, got a call that it will be too late for that area, we will deliver by 10PM to 11 PM.?. When I called customer care, they said, Mid night means any time after 8 PM. I had no choice, then when stuff were delivered, the message card had different names and occasion. Please do not go for this site

THE WORST EVER service i have ever seen from any online site. I rely on this site and send Rakshi to my brother who is in chennai. They promised me to deliver in the next business day. But after 4 days of ordering it has still not reached. When I asked them the reason for delay, their customer service people are just giving useless explanations. To my utter surprise the gift has returned back to me today. THE WORST WORST service. NEVER GO FOR THIS SITE.

If it is really important for you to send a Gift to a dear one, do not use this particular brand Flower Aura. They do not promise a time of delivery and they do not have any particular way in which we can track our delivery status. I had made a order for Mothers Day for which they till now the end of the day have not made the Delivery and had the audacity to send me Delivered Email confirmation. I had a talk with some Ashish from Delhi office(this is what he told me), talking to him was useless, they dont even have a logical and strong explanation to the actual delivery status.

I called customer care zillion times but each time, I received one answer " all customer care executives are busy and we will call u back" and I never received any call back.
I did try online chatting but that's a complete disappoiintment.
My order reached at 9:30 PM in night on Mother's day and in PATHETIC condition.

Never expected this.
Do not take orders if u people can't handle.

Improve your customer support and overall service and then advertise yourself..

There is no option to give negative marks. Other wise I had given them -100. The worst service experience. I had ordered flowers on my friend's birthday. The Order Id is #******* and I had select the time limit to be delivered between 8 AM - 1 PM, as given on the website and suited me. I thought it will be delivered on time. After tracking the status, it shows Out for Delivery and upon 'Chat' to customer care executive - Aman, Saurabh, Kapil - they were also telling me the same that 'Order is Out for Delivery' but 'Saurabh' gave me the lamest excuse - "Sir, Due to Mother's Day it will Late'! Dear Saurabh, Mother's day is on 10th May, NOT 9TH MAY! I don't want money, I just want You guys not to fool the customers, inform them on time. Don't write any time limit on website, which you guys can't do it! Train your Team, so that they properly guide the customers not like SAURABH! HARD LUCK FOR ME - BEST WISHES FOR YOU GUYS! STOP CHEATING - START WORKING

This is really the worst service ever that I known. Initially we placed an order, Money deducted from account and not delivered. When I MADE A CALL, they said they can't deliver to the given location and Money didn't refunded so far. It's been more than 15 days now. Very unprofessional. Never ever suggest to anyone. Keep away from these cheaters.

This is regarding the online flower/gift delivery service provided by FlowerAura in Bangalore. I wanted to give a suprise gift to my husband on his birthday. I decided to send him some flowers and sweets to his office so that his friends will come to know that its his birthday and everybody will wish him and he can have fun. I placed the order 2 days before. In the special instructions box, I have mentioned that the order has to delivered between 2:00 and 3:00 in the afternoon (he was having afternoon shift on that day). Also, I have clearly mentioned that it should be a suprise and DO NOT CALL HIM BEFORE THE DELIVERY. I have given my number also, in case they need any clarifications. They have not delivered the order till 4:30. At 4.30, they called my husband and told him that there is a delvery waiting for him and asked for his availability. All the suprise is gone there itself. Moreover, they have not delivered till 5.30. He had to leave office at 5.30 and catch a train at 6:00. Because of this delivery, he had to miss two trains and wait in office until he received the order at 6:15. And he was the only one in office at that time. I called many numbers available and they told me they dont commit to anything written on the special instructions box. Moreover, they dont give any online bills, they dont have any order cancellation or cash reimbursement options. I wanted him to give a suprise birthday but they just ruined the whole day. If I have chosen Flipkart or any other courier service, they would have shown much more responsiblity and commitment. Here I had to pay 3 times the market cost and I just lost the money for nothing. Never ever try this site. Its a TOTAL FRAUD!

I have used many online e-commerce websites but never even thought of an organisation to be so careless and do such cheap deed's.
On 05-Feb-2015 I ordered 1 Love Messenger[12 Red roses + 12 inch Teddy] +16 Ferrero Rosher Combo worth INR 1475. 80 with Order Id ******* to be delivered on 07-Feb-2015[Rose Day]@Pune.

The first thing that happened was that the order was supposed to be delivered at 11am[as i requested] then due to Rose day rush it could only be delivered in the first half of the day but was delivered 4:30 PM after 4-5 calls and repetitive requests to floweraura executives.
The second part was the teddy which came was 6 inch small and there were only 10 red roses, i don't know the issue was in packaging, delivery or intentional but i have never experienced such careless attitude dealing with any e-commerce vendor.
After so many reminders you are already delivering the so much late and delivering different product. But the best part was still to come, the teddy was having a price tag attached to it listing INR 179 as cost. Man what the hell is wrong with you guyz, how you can leave price tag attached in a present?
And now these ppl are not replying on my mails.

No One Must Order From THese Bastards...!
