Very unprofessional, see the photos to see the reality. How lazy can they be - hand written print with a celo tape!. They sent me a wrong order and neither did they replace it with the right photo and nor are they responding to emails. Don't even try calling them, because nobody ever picks up. Today is my moms birthday and they have ruined my Planned surprise.

1. I ordered "Astonishing Dracena Compacta" Plant. The plant came in a simple black pot without the jute covering and the ribbon as shown in the product picture. The product picture was deceiving.
2. I ordered Ixora Jasmine Combo. Both plants are in horrible condition. The leaves are rotten and have spots on it. They are eaten by insects. There are small worms in the pot eating the plant.
3. I ordered Outdoor Juniper Plant. The pot does not have the little monk idols. The pot is not like it is shown in the picture.
4. I ordered "Delightful Little Succulent". The pot that it came in is all dented.
5. I ordered the "Personalised Rose Plant". The plant is practically dead. It arrived in such a bad condition. Our gardener said: It is impossible to revive the plant from the condition it is in.
6. The whole package got delivered late and the boxes were delivered in a horrible condition.
It was supposed to be a Valentine gift for a plant lover. The gift arrived after Valentines' day, even after selecting premium delivery.
The reciepient of the gift was extremely disappointed and so was I.
I complained about the order and the customer service was horrible. They did not agree to anything and after multiple back and forth emails they agrees on sending one replacement plant and missing monk idols.
Its been more than a month to Valentines' day. I still haven; t recieved anything. THousands of rupees wasted. Never buy from this business.
I would have given 0 stars if possible.

Extremely unhappy with the quality of gifts Flower Aura arranges for its customers. I have received bouquet of flowers & plant on two separate occasions and both times its been of terrible quality.
The Hibiscus plant I received yesterday (7th March ‘21) for today's Women's Day from my son and it was infected with pest - some leaves were worm eaten and other leaves were shrunk and the stem had white cotton like patches which clearly indicated it was not a healthy plant. So they don't have quality guidelines at all.
I promptly logged into the site and through the chat box mentioned the issue with pictures of the plant. They promised replacement, but i am still waiting. They don't even have the courtesy to call back to apologise or talk the matter out. I have also responded to a routine message for feedback. But it seems they don't have time to go through customer feedback.
Having tried to reach out but to no avail, i am constrained to write this review so that people are aware of the quality of gifts and think twice before ordering.
I feel they are taking advantage of the situation that their customers (sender) are unaware of the quality of gifts received as in all probability, they will not mention as feelings / emotions are involved. This is what happened when I received a bad looking bouquet on my birthday in January. My son thinking that i liked it is now going back to them every time he feels like sending me a gift.

Awful flowers delivered. Almost dead. Did not even last a day. When complained they refused any replacement and just held up their hands! I will definitely not order from them again nor would I recommend anyone else doing so.

My husband had ordered for a red velvet bouquet from flower aura for my Bday. First of all, what he had received is a wrong status update of delivery reaching the recipient.
Courier boy has not even picked the order but he had got a message saying that the item has been delivered. Upon serious follow ups the flower at last reached me. What they have shown in picture is completely different from what I received. Neither it had white fillers nor wrapped up with proper red paper.

Flowers & gift are not synchronized - would be delivered at a different time/date -which isn't very reasonable.
The customer service was too reluctant to help and said they could not commit to anything.
The bouquet that arrived also did not match the description/picture. It looks like a hollow basket with sticks in it. Why am I not surprised?

With floweraura, there never has been any peace of mind. Few hours before every order we receive an email that they tried reaching us in phone and the flowers are not available. Once I received a similar email from floweraura team and asked them the question about website vs actual availability mismatch, the response was that my order is confirmed with sometthing I didn't even confirm on (looks like they are not even reading the emails properly). I don't live in India so it's been a pain keeing up with this email nonsense from flowersura team because of time difference. I would have understood this happening once or twice, but everytime we give them another chance, it's the same availability issue. Order from floweraura only if you are ready to deal with their crap.

These people promised to deliver the product on a certain date and then told it'll reach 2 days later from the date promised. Today when I called these fraudsters are saying it'll reach a few more days later. DISAPPOINTED AND DISHEARTENED. GOD KNOWS IF IT'LL EVER REACH.
