I have not taken my flights yet booked through FlightNetwork (December 2017) but FlightNetwork produced the best flight choices for my itinerary (Vancouver to Abu Dhabi and return via layover in Shanghai). Other sites gave more expensive and lengthy flights to Abu Dhabi. I hope negative reviews re cancelled bookings and credit card problems are not prevelant. My booking was fast and got my e-tickets within an hour of booking.

I got to you via Kayak.com I've never booked with you before, it seemed to go smoothly. I'll visit your website directly and check it out. I travel for work, a lot. 225,000 to 250,000 miles a year on Delta alone, plus lots of other regional carriers. So you can tell I'm a Delta Diamond Medallion and prefer their flights for long-haul flying (most of my travel in international). Why haven't I heard of you before this?

While checking kayak for return flights from Tel Aviv to Warsaw, FlightNetwork popped up with the best price at the most convenient times for me. I was shocked to discover that that best price included all fees and taxes. I bought it immediately and with equal immediacy my confirmation returned followed by an e-ticket receipt. I worked with a very nice agent last night and he got us the best deal for a direct flight return to Nassau. He was very professional and a pleasure to work with. I had spoken earlier to another rep and he was not very helpful at all so I tried again and this time I had a much better rep.

I booked a flight for my mother to attend my wedding using Flight Network. She arrived at the airport and was told that her ticket had been cancelled by Flight Network with no explanation given. She then had to purchase a new ticket on the day for 3X the price and flight network have been appalling in their service and are refusing to either provide an answer or a refund. Stay away!

I had a very good flight. Everything went good. I paid very little for a plane ticket from St Louis to Las Vegas. My next trip will be with flightnetwork.

Try calling them on a weekend: 1 hours advertising loop on the phone, and no one picks up. Next day, someone picks up the phone, but is not able to change the name on the ticket. Aircanada and Westjet do it, and there is no reason for not doing it at all. But Flightnetwork is not even happy to get another 100 bucks for changing the name, they want you to drop the ticket and book a new one. Never again Flightnetwork!

Of all the travel sites I typically visit, I always end up coming back to the Flight Network to book by travel plans. I have always found the site very intuitive and very straightforward in making flight arrangements. It would be nice if customers had the ability to select their seats. That's one are of improvement that I would recommend.
