Why do you charge just to pick seats ahead of times This seems like nickel and diming

I would've rather have booked directl7 with Icelandic but couldn't locate their website directly

Too many questions for extras. I feel nickled and dimed out.

Too many fee-based add-ons for the flight. SMS charge, multiple types of insurance, etc.

I BOOKED BUSINESS CLASS. SO FAR ON ALL DOCUMENTS I DON'T SEE THAT IN ANY DESCRIPTION
