Pésimo servicio, hice el pago de mi vuelo con un supuesto pago de $200 pesos para cancelación sin cargo dentro del mismo día. A las dos horas quise cancelarlo y fue imposible comunicarme, los operadores de habla hispana trabajan hasta las 19.00 y los de habla inglesa no contestaron nuncaaaaaaa. Lamentable
Flight network has cancelled our flights, frozen and not returned our money over $4000. Australian, not called to explain or solve the problem. I have wasted hours on the phone with no managers whatsoever to talk with or context me. Completely ruined my wife and my lifetime trip. Places doubt into peoples minds who wish to book airfares online. Do not trust this company!

This is regarding my recent air reservation with FlightNetwork.com. Which came out to be a huge mess. As the dates went wrong in confirmation ticket. Now i am trying to look for a solution but seems like nobody can help me out. I know need to be in contact with FlightNetwork as i did but they are not ready to help me out. Then i tried to reach the airlines which are AirCanada and Lufthansa, but they cant do anything as the tickets were booked with the agency FlightNetwork. I booked a trip for two with Flight Network from Toronto to Beirut. On the night of the return flight, we tried to go check-in online, only to find out that our names were not on the flight. The flight was with Middle East Airlines (MEA) and it was solid booked. We spent hours in front of the airport trying to get a seat but couldn't. MEA told us that Flight Network did not forward our booking (Did not do their only job basically).
My only option was to turn on my Canadian cell phone and call Flight Network help desk. THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT I HAVE EVER SEEN! I spent two hours trying to tell my story and waiting on hold. THEY KEPT CUTTING OFF ON ME so I had to call back every time and go through their call holding process on ROAMING! Finally they were able to get us other tickets on a different flight.
Once back in Toronto I received my phone bill, $350 IN ROAMING CHARGES!
I called them and tried to get to their customer support, NEVER GOT AN ANSWER!
I called every day, I emailed and emailed again until their customer support executive responded and credited me back $25 for my suffering.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT BOOK WITH FLIGHT NETWORK. THEY COST ME MORE THAN $500 AND NEVER AGREED TO PAY ME BACK!
Booking was a breeze and the price was right! I received my confirmation within minutes which was great. Looking forward to the check in and flight to be as seamless.
I booked a flight and then booked a hotel but I was never sent the confirmation for the hotel. I was charged for the hotel. I called customer service and spoke to Nick. He was very helpful and got the problem solved! Thanks again Nick!

The only issue I had was when confirming flight it got into an endless loop for over 15 minutes, so I backed out one level and tried again with no problem

After spending some 3.5 frustrating hours on many other sites, I was extremely pleased and relieved to discover this site which was easy to navigate and did not do the traditional bait and switch i. E. ``oh so sorry, the last few seats were just sold but we have others at a significantly higher price.`` - even though their web sites continue to advertise the sold out seats - we are talking early January reservations.
