Good Customer service but cancelled flight due to fact I couldn't book seats until 48 hours before flight
Early days, but I like that you honoured your originally-offered price without a request from me, or walked away by simply cancelling the booking. Well done.
I had tried several other sites to try to book this trip, and every other one had surprise fees that would end up being $100 or more than the advertised price. There was no BS here. Picked my flight and paid for it in about 5 minutes. Lots of options and easy to navigate. I also like the price drop gaurentee. We will see if it actually works, but so far I'm very pleased with my experience with this company.

I had never booked by a third party site before but I did so after finding a great price. I was looking for flight tickets that were cheaper than taking the bus and faster too. I expected to be charged for more by the selected airlines for additional services. I only wish that additional charges were posted on the website by airline. 1. CC payment ideally is 2 step. Here it was one step - which is good BUT at the same time, it makes you feel - is it FRAUD?
2. Mile membership does not include all the airlines. Pl include key airlines
3. I requested to register on FlightNetwork as a user - till date - I have not received any log in / membership details
I was on the internet trying to get airline tickets for my granddaughters graduation because my other transportation wouldn't be available. I needed two tickets round trip at the last minute. Found two with this website after trying all the major airlines. My two cost $300 on here round trip. All the airlines and sites I tried cost over 6 hundred for two. I couldn't afford those prices. Al principio dude mucho! Ya que no enviaron el boleto y cuando entre en la aerolínea si existía la reserva pero me decía que tenía que pagar! Así que llame en 4 oportunidades a flightnetwork siempre muy amables!
Y bueno, la respuesta fue hay q esperar! Todo está bien! Al transcurrir 15 horas recibír el e-ticket. Volví a entrar en la aerolínea y ya no decía que hay que pagar y consegui modificar los asientos!
La verdad es que son los mejores precios del mercado!
Sería muchísimo mejor si el envío de los boletos fuera más rápido!
De echo voy ahora a rentar un auto con ellos mismos!
