Order a filter over the phone. The girl wrote down the wrong address. Have no idea were she came up with the numbers. Was sent back. I called. They promised it will be resent back out. It already showed it was on the way back. Called four days later because I couldn't find a routine number. They said it has to go through some board. So it still wasn't being sent. Promised it would come to my house in two days. That way the 18th. Here it is the 25th. No filter. Said couldn't be shipped again. They send it threw some fly by night shipping. I get FedEx at my house all the time. Called to close my account and ask for a refund. They still had the wrong address after being promised it was corrected. This is four times I had to get this corrected. Now they say it's going to take three to seven days to get my money back. Now my ex wife tells me it's in her P. O. Box. Do not. I repeat. Do not use these people. Nothing but lies and incompetence. Cheaper and faster than Amazon. Guess they will have my business.
Do Not Believe their website. I ordered some RZ F1 Standard filters on June 9th, website said they were IN STOCK and would ship the next day. On June 16th I check my order on the website where it showed my order would ship on June 19th. Well it is June 24th, so I call and spoke to a REP who said that the filters would not be available until June 30th. The website today (June 24th) still shows the product is IN STOCK and will ship the next day. This is totally unacceptable and I will no longer and I will no longer do business with this company.

After my customer service experience on 6/5/20 where they refused to tell me why my order hadn't shipped and would only say "it's shipping tomorrow (6/6/20)" I still haven't seen any shipping confirmation or communication as of 6/16/20 (11 days later). I logged into the support page and it said my order hasn't shipped. I called and got the customer service person again and now the story is that part of my order is on back order. It wasn't on back order 11 days ago when they were shipping the next day but now it is.

I have used FiltersFast several times but am done. I ordered filters on 5/20 and my credit card was charged the same day. Then I started getting emails that I would get $10 extra for completing my order which was already completed. After no updates I finally called on 6/5 to get the status. Customer service was rude and refused to discuss why the order hadn't shipped and there is no additional $10. I'm out.
I have ordered from filters fast twice and had damage on both orders. I did not report first order and just threw the filters away. The second order was over $400.00 and 1/3 or the order was damaged and not usable. The products were poorly packaged. I called customer service to report damage and was told the damage would be replaced. I waited over a week with no response so I called again and they said they could not find where the order had been shipped and I should just be patient and wait. I am willing to wait but want then to tell me they have the order and when it will be shipped. Poor customer service.

Worst customer service EVER! And filters fast? Yeah right I got my order 6 weeks after I ordered. And when I called to cancel because it was taking too long they didn't refund my order and refused to cancel it! They seriously need a crash course in how to run a business!

Ordered filter and the arrived a 2+ weeks later. Box that filters were packed in was smashed in on one side. Opened box and found 3 of the 6 filters crushed and unusable. I have contacted filtersfast and I'm still waiting for a reply on what they plan to do. I may just go back to buying what I need in the local store...

First shipment was received quickly and exactly what I ordered. Haven't used refrigerator filter will be at a later date. Fingers crossed! Will give more detailed review when auto order ships. Only thing that threw me was the (I believe this was the amount) 4.95 shipping I noticed it after I finalized order but it was for quick ship and it was quick even by FedEx standards (LOL!) if I would have paid attention I would have caught it and probably would have got the free shipping(little tricky. Shame on you) but was thrilled to get it so quick so no problem. So so far you get 4.5 stars if it's out of 5! Keep up the good work. Hopefully I will get notified before next shipment. PLEASE!

The filter are what we need it for our refrigerator. The only left down is that the filters came with out the gaskets(rings) so i have to used the one that was on the old filter. I will appreciate if i could get the gaskets( rings).

Filterfast charged me $194.22, later it informed me my order was cancelled due to out of stock. I asked the company to refund me, but to no avail.

I placed an order for HVAC filters and a water filter for the fridge on 3/26/20. Paid extra for two day shipping. Didn't receive the water filter until 3/31/20 and as of today 4/7/20 haven't received the HVAC filters. No refund on shipping even offered. If the filters were back ordered, I should have been notified before ordering and expedited shipping not offered. I just want the filters I ordered. Isn't that what your company does? If I knew it was going to take this long I just would have gone to the store and purchased them there.

The washing machine filter I purchased won't hand tighten on the faucet! Try tightening it a little and it spins around. Like it is too big. Even tried to use plumbers tape to tighten it up but still leaked!
