Pretty seamless. Did not have any issues with ordering or delivery. Company had my order from last year so there was no guesswork as to what I needed again. Unless something changes, will use them again next Spring

After purchasing a filter for our refrigerator we were contacted by an All Filters representative to say that the filter we purchased was not available, but asked if they could replace it with a like product that would fit. Have been ordering these filters from All Filters for many years and have never had a problem. They are sent in a timely manner and I always get a notification that it should be time to order new ones.

Not there fault getting it took longer than I would have liked but the filter was delivered and great and when reached out they responded right away as well as checked to make sure got product excellent service

I have now ordered with All Filters four times, and I have been happy with the price and service each time. My only comment would be to have a button to sign up for items that are out of stock to receive an email when they come back in stock.

I have had a hard time finding filters for my refrigerator, the ones that the Internet says are correct are not the tops are different so finding the ones on your site were perfect because you showed pictures of the whole thing and I could see the top to know it was the right one. Thanks

We bought a house built in 2007. It has the original Kenmore refrigerator. Ordered filters from All Filters based on the serial number of the filter. The new one did not exactly match the old one. My husband managed to make it go into the refrigerator. But I have no idea if it's the right one or if it's working. All I know is it isn't leaking.

Filters arrived fast and fit my refrigerator. They were a great deal. The only other place that has them is home depot and the price is outrageous. I have only had them about a week but they seem to be working well.

These filters are hard to find; Amazon did not have. Although they shipped UPS Ground from Utah to the East Coast with a weekend in between, they arrived a day early and were nicely packed. Thank you!

My warning indicator just went off the other day for changing my refrigerator
Water filter. Then I receive an email offering a very decent discount for the replacement. Obviously All Filters kept track of my purchase six months ago, but they didn't kill me with unnecessary emails during the past six months. Only when I was ready. All good.

When ordering from a company for the first time ~ a company I don't know anything about, I always cross my fingers and say a prayer. I really needed those filters quick and wasn't sure how that would turn out. Not only did they arrive in 2-3 days, they were exactly what I needed.
