I did not know of a password, so I did forgot password, and your website told me that there was no account with my email. So I tried checkout as guest AGAIN, and it took everything. But no one wants to enter all of their info twice.

My order was shipped promptly and I received the item with no damage. However, a day after I ordered it, I learned GE would have sent me a new plug free of charge. So if anyone needs a new water filter bypass plug with the rfid chip, GE will send you one for free. No need to order one here for $40.

Called and spoke to customer service person told him what i needed. He told me what he had that was the same as my part number and I ordered it. Good knowledge of product.

How the delivery confirmation email link goes to a review site, was not great. The unsubscribe link being 404'd was not great. You have a great product at a great price, why deceive like this? I guess it's back to Amazon for me...(delivery confirmation is not a problem there).

Short story, ordered replacement water filters for a Samsung refrigerator only to find out mine was an OEM and did not match current part numbers. I was sent the return label and given a link to the correct filter.

I've gone back to ordering from AllFilters. The cheaper brands through Amazon were not nearly as good, tasted bad and lime/calium was still coming out of my water dispenser as it showed a build up. My go to place now for my LG refrigerator.
