Ordered a refrigerator filter 1/15. Received notice it was mailed 1/16. It's now 1/21 and post office has yet to receive package. The company does not respond to repeated inquiries. Stay away. They need to change their name to slowfilter or nofilter.
I purchased what I thought was 12 filters per their website. They sent me 2. When I tried to contact them, they were nonresponsive. After I had contacted them they changed the pricing on the website to reflect what I received but never once tried to fix my issues. I had to file a claim with paypal to get my money back and they did not even try to fight it. Don't purchase from these guys. I have a screenshot attached of what I thought I was receiving.

I purchased 3 furnace filters, but they were not the size I had ordered. I ordered 20x20x4 inch and they are 19.5x19.5x3.5 and do NOT seal and the dirty air easily goes around the filters. I will never but flters from this company again.

So I received the 20x25x4 filter. It was delivered as specified... 19 3/8th x 24 3/8th x 3 5/8th. I did not see this until after I received them. Well, Ok, I will use them I guess. Put them in my furnace and they "flap" inside the unit as they just don't fit the "slot" well. See comparison picture to a 20x25x4 Filtrete filter which fits perfectly. When I asked why there is a difference I got this answer "Unfortunately I do not have an answer for you. We do offer custom size filters by searching for custom filters in the search bar"... Almost comical, I don't want a custom filter! No problem, I have options obviously. I guess they want to cut costs? Who knows. Just speculation since they didn't want to give me a real answer. Avoid using them if you have good options.

I ordered air conditioning filters two months ago. Not shipped. Received email stating would be shipped in October, received another stating would be shipped in November. Finally went to Home Depot and purchased from there.

Charged my credit card, Order status page keeps saying shipping tomorrow. The item has not shipped yet. I will be calling on Monday to see where the heck my order is. Avoid this company and go with someone you can trust.

I was never told my shipment would be delayed yet they still charged my card. I took the initiative and called to see what was going on and found out that it wasn't even shipped yet. I then proceeded to cancel my order within the same phone. I received an email days later that my order would be delayed and a day after got another email saying that order was shipped and heading to me. Still didn't get my order cancelled nor my money back, therefore called AGAIN, the person was rude and not helpful, told me she can refund me price of the filters but not for shipping. I asked to speak to the supervisor and she put me on hold forever who ended up not being there. I then called back again, and was told that this person couldn't do anything about it and I proceeded to ask to speak to a supervisor. No luck. Before calling again, I got a message from my PayPal account that I received a refund from filter fast. I will NEVER do business here again and definitely NOT recommend to friends/family.

Ordered filters over a month ago and only got automated emails telling me my order was delayed 5-7 days. Never got a response from customer service and when the filters finally arrived the box was so damaged that the filters were all useless.

I purchased 4 filters from FiltersFast. Soon after, my refrigerator died and the new refrigerator uses another type of filter. I sent the 4 filters, still new in box, back to FiltersFast for a refund. Having heard nothing from FiltersFast regarding my refund, I called customer service on October 1st and was assisted by Ashley. She rudely told me to wait for an email confirming the return, although they've had the filters since September 17,2020. It's been almost a month now and still no acknowledgement that they are refunding me. Most companies, where you have an account, will show you the status of your refund but FiltersFast does not. Keeping me in the dark and so forcing me to call a rude and unhappy employee, does not make me want to continue to do business with this type of company. I won't buy another thing from FiltersFast.

This company allowed a breach of their website, causing someone to attack the credit card I used. I had several auto payments on that card, and my credit was torn down by their carelessness. I had great credit previously to my order with these clowns. It's cost me hundreds so far, and several hours of my time to straighten things out, and I'm a busy writer... no time for this $hit. I cannot get ahold of the company over this. YOU HAVE BEEN INFORMED.

After 9 days of "preparing to ship out tomorrow" on items that the website claims to be available, Filtersfast is refusing to cancel my UNSHIPPED order. Customer service agents make up excuses and lie to you saying they emailed you when they have not. Only way to get your money back is to put in a stop payment with the credit card company directly. Total fraud. Do not waste your time with this company.

I just received (8/27/2020) a letter from Filters Fast informing me that since July 15 2019 a code was placed on their website to steal customer credit card information. They did not discover this until July 20,2020. This means that for ONE year customers were at risk of having their IDENTITY STOLEN! What kind of a company take ONE YEAR to discover a security breach? Now I have to enroll in a fraud alert service to protect my credit card and my identity. I will never do business with this company again.

Received a letter from FiltersFast last Saturday that their computer was hacked and my AMEX and other personal information was most likely included. Spent my time canceling my AMEX and waiting on delivery of a new business card. I wish your company spent as much protecting sensitive information as it does running ads.

I just received a notice that they were informed in February 2020 of a data breach. I ordered in April 2020. They didn't fix the data breach until July 2020, and didn't notify customers until August.
Even before that, I wasn't impressed. When I ordered their site claimed delivery within a week. I didn't receive a shipping notification for 2 weeks, and delivery was about a month. What I did receive right away was a daily barrage of marketing emails.

Price gougin is a bad thing. 188.00 for a bulb when Amazon has the same thing for 49.00. No response from them after canceling the order the next day. They said it would not be shipped until they restock the bulb in 2 weeks. Funny they shipped it the same day. No phone calls from them after requesting one. Don't waste your time with this company. Turning them into the Attorney General in my state for price gouging.

I order two boxes of 6 24"x30" air filters with their Home Filter Club subscription discount. Advertisements on the site clearly state that using this promotion provides a 10% discount AND free shipping. The total amount displayed for confirmation before processing my card was then increased without warning AFTER approving the transaction at the lower amount. Also, the sales tax was incorrect for my county and state. I contacted customer service for a correction of the charge, who then responded 4 days insisting the increase in price was correct because their terms and conditions say that multiple "promotions" aren't compatible. First of all, their terms and conditions (in the very first paragraph no less) explicitly state that free shipping is a standard service with no mention of it being a promotion. Second, popup ads all over their site explicitly state that using the subscription service gives you both a 10% discount and free shipping. After further argument (and time wasted reviewing terms and conditions, sending screenshots of their own site to them etc.) they finally agreed to refund the overcharge. A week later, that refund has not been received and they are not responding to emails. Their site is full of errors, their customer service reps are combative and horribly uninformed and they do not honor their agreements. Horrible company.

I ordered 16x40 and 20x40 air filters. The 16 and 20 inch dimension is 1/8 to 1/4 inch to large. I called three times and two e-mails later, well over two weeks, finally they agreed to refund my money.The problem is they only gave me a refund for the 16x40 filter, I am still waiting for the 20x40 filter. So far I emailed three times but no reply yet. As you can see in the photos the 20 inch side is to large. The customer service is way to slow if you have a problem.

I spent quite a bit of money with this company expecting it to have some level of competent customer support but that wasn't possible. Not only did they send me the wrong mask in January 2020 they asked me to wait till they get more in stock because of the Covid rush... I did. I called them a few times throughout this time and they kept asking me to check back in. I checked in on July 7th for them to tell me that they would finally fulfill the order. I was pleased.
After not seeing any confirmation I called in today to 7/23 to make sure the mask was shipping. I was informed TODAY that they would not fulfill the order and that they would provide me a partial refund if I returned the wrong mask they originally sent me in January.
So not only did they send me the wrong mask, they refused to replace it with the correct mask and then asked me to return the wrong mask the sent me (nearly 7 months ago) at a cost to me in order for me to get a partial refund for a product I never received.
