I purchased a dress and the quality was poor and it didn't even look like the dress that I ordered I was not able to get a refund they just wanted to keep giving me money off and if I sent that back they were going to give me less than half back and only after they seen it. I purchased a wig from them and they sent me the wrong color. Also, the wig was extremely poorly made. (Took over 2 months to receive it). I went back and forth with them via email and got no where. I wanted to return it and they tried to convince me that I had ordered the wrong color. I even sent them proof of what I ordered and they just brushed it off. The wig and it's color is so bad, that I will donate it to Good Will for someone to use for Halloween or a costume party. (The pic samples almost look like pictures of people with real hair). I'm no expert but I have 5 synthetic wigs and know how to judge quality of synthetic wigs from the inexpensive to expense. This wig they sent me is so bad that it can't even be in the class of the mainstream market of the most inexpensive wigs. I don't know about the quality of their cloths, but, WARNING, their wigs are absolutely junk.

This company is a SCAM. I have all their email communications with a representative name Allen Li after not getting my order for several weeks. Following are the reasons you should NOT order from this company.
1. You will not receive your order in a timely manner.
2. This company does not take any responsibility for delivering orders to its customers in s timely fashion or offers any other solutions like expedited deliveries to meet a timeline.
3. When asked for a refund, you have to deal with your credit company as this company will not even respond to you after they have steal your money.
4. Your order is made in China so therefore there are no guarantees for the quality of the product,

This website is ridiculously fraudulent I ordered 2 different size seakers for woman. And when the order finally came the product of the shoes was so poor I wouldn't let a homeless person who needed shoes put that trash on their feet. I sent a complaint and no one has responded. I did receive the two dresses I purchased, two weeks after purchase (I'm in the US). The tracking information provided was sketchy, one day tracking said the package was in Indiana, US and the next day the tracking said it was in Taiwan.
Upon opening the dresses they did not look as good as the pictures, very poor quality material, and it was see through.
I contacted customer service right away and asked how to go about returning. They asked my why I wanted to return and then asked me to take pictures to prove my concern and after they received the photos they would determine if a refund could be offered. (Excuse me, What?!) They really made me jump through hoops just to try and return.
I spent $80+ for the dresses and since I couldn't even wear them I wanted to be refunded so ultimately I sent them pictures. They offered me a $15 refund OR I could return the dresses and pay the $30+ shipping fee to ship back to China AND even if I did do that they would only refund me $55. So in the end I would still only end up with a fraction of what I paid originally. They did offer to pay the shipping fee back if I exchanged the dresses for something else. I declined as I didn't want to deal with it any more and I just took the $15 refund and I feel totally scammed.
Customer service is horrible, quality is awful, and there is a good chance you will waste your money.
I will never purchase from them again.

Some customers (who received their items) even mention that it took over 6 months to receive! Unfortunately, I did not know this before I made my purchase. My items hadn't been shipped yet but I needed them for a specific occasion so I cancelled the order and requested a full refund on their website—no response. Then, I contacted PayPal and they immediately responded, stating that the order was being processed and they were still going to ship them. When I responded, letting them know that I knew the items were not shipped and I just wanted a full refund, they ignored it. I escalated my PayPal case and ericdress contacted me via email and asked me to close the case. Then, the next day they supplied a tracking number. I checked all mail carriers (DHL, USPS, UPS & FedEx)—not one recognized the supplied tracking number. At that point, I called PayPal to express my concern about the fraudulent tracking information. PayPal checked it and confirmed that they were, in fact, fraudulent and gave me a full refund. Many people didn't have this same result—they were either declined a full refund or offered a 10% refund after receiving horrible items. I urge you—do not be mesmerized by the gorgeous options on the ericdress site—this exemplifies the phrase, too good to be true.
I tried to purchase a men's sweater on Ericdress but their website said Payment failed. And then they took the money out anyways, a total of $62.85 The website showed the progress of the purchase, and now the product is lost in transit and Ericdress refuses to refund the amount of $62.85 Their reason for this is that the product is now in my country the US, but the product was never released to the USPS.
They are a FAKE website. You will NOT get your products! If you ordered from them, file a complaint with your banks and you should get your money back. Don't let them scare you that you won't get your money back. I ordered something and paid extra for 2 day shipping, which NEVER came. It kept saying "preparing." I also read in other reviews that the material of the dresses/clothes are cheap looking. Don't trust them.
They not only will find a reason to delay your shipment but it will take more than 3 weeks to receive and the quality isn't even worth it. They held my shipment for almost two weeks because one of the items was no longer in stock. There shipping company you can't even google to see if it actually exists. "DKS" and tell you to download some app that I wouldn't trust in order to find out probably more of what you don't or ge further scammed. This has been the worst buying experience I have ever had and I would never believe any positive reviews because there only there to falsely offset the ratings.
