I purchased a dress and the quality was poor and it didn't even look like the dress that I ordered I was not able to get a refund they just wanted to keep giving me money off and if I sent that back they were going to give me less than half back and only after they seen it. So I'm sure they would of said something was wrong with it and not give me anything

I purchased a wig from them and they sent me the wrong color. Also, the wig was extremely poorly made. (Took over 2 months to receive it). I went back and forth with them via email and got no where. I wanted to return it and they tried to convince me that I had ordered the wrong color. I even sent them proof of what I ordered and they just brushed it off. The wig and it's color is so bad, that I will donate it to Good Will for someone to use for Halloween or a costume party. (The pic samples almost look like pictures of people with real hair). I'm no expert but I have 5 synthetic wigs and know how to judge quality of synthetic wigs from the inexpensive to expense. This wig they sent me is so bad that it can't even be in the class of the mainstream market of the most inexpensive wigs. I don't know about the quality of their cloths, but, WARNING, their wigs are absolutely junk.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Their clothing quality is horrible! Materials used are cheap and the seams are all crooked totally unwearable! Have tried over and over to reach customer service it's a complete scam! NO RESPONSE!

Horrible experience. I ordered a wig that was terribly made, I sent pictures in order to return for a refund. Every other day they continued to offer me 8.00 for my 50.00 purchase and in the end never agreed to the return. I ended up taking the loss.

Took over a month to get my order and I paid over $35 for expedited shipping! I needed shoes for a wedding that, needless to say, did not arrive nearly anywhere on time. Customer service was horrible at replying to my several emails. And now they are flat out ignoring my emails for a refund! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I did not get my order of 2 men's shirts for boyfriend! No response from customer service for weeks. It's been over 30 days.

I ordered 2 dresses at the same time, that arrived seperately. The first dress was AWFUL, not the same color and certainly not the same as in the picture. I literally threw it away when I got it.
The second dress was ordered using the color they used on their image. The image was of a light lavender dress, and I received a white dress.
They tell you to email customer service, but they do not bother answering you-so basically I will be throwing this dress away as well.
All in all, I will never be ordering from them again.

Ordered a sweater. Received what was visibly a cheap and lazy attempt to mimick the "type" of sweater. Photos are not an honest representation of the product.

If you enjoy spending DAYS writing multiple emails, service requests, disputes, and researching for a phone number that I found under a dispute claim site (even though they claim they are a UK company with offices in Poland--heads up--they are NOT) just to dispute not just a double charge of the same item, but 3 charges of the same exact item and yet when you click on your order it states you didn't place an order yet. Yet you have 3 charges on your credit card to PROVE they charged you. Or if you enjoy the non existence of a so called service department that never responds but loves charging your card over and over again. But when you call to find a customer service rep, you get a bleaping answering machine in some God forsaken place in China. This company is a SCAM. I have all their email communications with a representative name Allen Li after not getting my order for several weeks. Following are the reasons you should NOT order from this company.
1. You will not receive your order in a timely manner.
2. This company does not take any responsibility for delivering orders to its customers in s timely fashion or offers any other solutions like expedited deliveries to meet a timeline.
3. When asked for a refund, you have to deal with your credit company as this company will not even respond to you after they have steal your money.
4. Your order is made in China so therefore there are no guarantees for the quality of the product,
5. Overall this company is a SCAM. Do not purchase anything from them. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to placing my order

Truly disappointed with the quality of the white blazer that i ordered a few years back... it was smaller and super ill-fitting in every way. It's just unacceptable. Beware of sites like ericdress advertising really fabulous dresses at a much cheaper price... for they are truly low quality. I can't believe ericdress is still in business today.

I ordered a dress from Eric Dress 2 months ago for a wedding, and even paid for expidited shipping and 2 months later still no dress. The company is out of China, has no contact number and I'm fighting illegal charges that were put on my credit card. Don't order... Scam Company! I would give them a zero rating if I could. Shop on legit sites like Macy's or Amazon not Eric Dress.

They are a scam.

I did receive the two dresses I purchased, two weeks after purchase (I'm in the US). The tracking information provided was sketchy, one day tracking said the package was in Indiana, US and the next day the tracking said it was in Taiwan.

Upon opening the dresses they did not look as good as the pictures, very poor quality material, and it was see through.

I contacted customer service right away and asked how to go about returning. They asked my why I wanted to return and then asked me to take pictures to prove my concern and after they received the photos they would determine if a refund could be offered. (Excuse me, What?!) They really made me jump through hoops just to try and return.
I spent $80+ for the dresses and since I couldn't even wear them I wanted to be refunded so ultimately I sent them pictures. They offered me a $15 refund OR I could return the dresses and pay the $30+ shipping fee to ship back to China AND even if I did do that they would only refund me $55. So in the end I would still only end up with a fraction of what I paid originally. They did offer to pay the shipping fee back if I exchanged the dresses for something else. I declined as I didn't want to deal with it any more and I just took the $15 refund and I feel totally scammed.

Customer service is horrible, quality is awful, and there is a good chance you will waste your money.
I will never purchase from them again.

Ericdress.com does not disclose that they are based in China. Several customers state that, when items are received, the quality is horrible—if they ever receive the item at all! Some customers (who received their items) even mention that it took over 6 months to receive! Unfortunately, I did not know this before I made my purchase. My items hadn't been shipped yet but I needed them for a specific occasion so I cancelled the order and requested a full refund on their website—no response. Then, I contacted PayPal and they immediately responded, stating that the order was being processed and they were still going to ship them. When I responded, letting them know that I knew the items were not shipped and I just wanted a full refund, they ignored it. I escalated my PayPal case and ericdress contacted me via email and asked me to close the case. Then, the next day they supplied a tracking number. I checked all mail carriers (DHL, USPS, UPS & FedEx)—not one recognized the supplied tracking number. At that point, I called PayPal to express my concern about the fraudulent tracking information. PayPal checked it and confirmed that they were, in fact, fraudulent and gave me a full refund. Many people didn't have this same result—they were either declined a full refund or offered a 10% refund after receiving horrible items. I urge you—do not be mesmerized by the gorgeous options on the ericdress site—this exemplifies the phrase, too good to be true.

I tried to purchase a men's sweater on Ericdress but their website said Payment failed. And then they took the money out anyways, a total of $62.85 The website showed the progress of the purchase, and now the product is lost in transit and Ericdress refuses to refund the amount of $62.85 Their reason for this is that the product is now in my country the US, but the product was never released to the USPS.

They are a FAKE website. You will NOT get your products! If you ordered from them, file a complaint with your banks and you should get your money back. Don't let them scare you that you won't get your money back. I ordered something and paid extra for 2 day shipping, which NEVER came. It kept saying "preparing." I also read in other reviews that the material of the dresses/clothes are cheap looking. Don't trust them.

They not only will find a reason to delay your shipment but it will take more than 3 weeks to receive and the quality isn't even worth it. They held my shipment for almost two weeks because one of the items was no longer in stock. There shipping company you can't even google to see if it actually exists. "DKS" and tell you to download some app that I wouldn't trust in order to find out probably more of what you don't or ge further scammed. This has been the worst buying experience I have ever had and I would never believe any positive reviews because there only there to falsely offset the ratings.

I ordered this dress for an all-white dance event, so pretty! Great quality arrived on time. Luv it!

I placed a order with his company and i tried to get a delivery date i sent them several message with no responds i went in to try and cancel the order and I could not at this point I think this company is a scam
