I went on the website and ordered 4 items in May 2021. Although one of the items that was on their website was no longer available for purchase, I did receive 2 more pieces but I'm still waiting on the shirt. I will never order from ericdress ever again.

I ordered 2 dresses noted "pre-sale". 1.5 weeks later they email to say they cannot sell me one of the dress b/c I need to order a total of 5 items. Nothing noted about the 2nd dress. So are you holding up the procession for the other dress?! No phone number to call and speak with a LIVE person! I want a full refund and nothing further to do with Ericdress company! False advertising and don't honor the sales to their customers. This is going to be a battle with getting my monies refunded.
In April, I ordered a jumpsuit & a pair of sunglasses from Ericdress. It is now June & I haven't received anything. After several emails, I finally received a refund for the jumpsuit. The sunglasses were supposedly shipped in April therefore I can't receive a refund. In an email I was told that because the sunglasses are coming from overseas it takes longer. I paid $25 to ship a pair of shoes that were $36 The estimated shipping is stated as 5 to 12 days. The shoes were for my daughter's homecoming 21 days from when I ordered them.
