The company is in China which would explain no contact. The the refuse to give refunds. In fact they negotiate for you to keep the items you either can't wear, don't want or both. Do NOT BUY

I went on the website and ordered 4 items in May 2021. Although one of the items that was on their website was no longer available for purchase, I did receive 2 more pieces but I'm still waiting on the shirt. I will never order from ericdress ever again.

I'm still waiting on my package and I spend $131 and now they're trying to offer me $15 refund. I will never buy anything from China again because of my experience with this one company. I also will be reporting it to the Better Business Bureau Facebook Instagram any social media that you're on I will let them know how I was treated by this company. I've been asking for a refund since the 11th and if you look at the tracking you can see that the package was still in China and is still in China. But they refused to send me a refund.

I place an order they didn't have the items they never send me back my money or the items. My ordered was worth 208$ without tax. I am very discussed to see how others are still from people who don't even have.It's a damn shame my God punished you thief.

I bought a dress on the website, they did not ship the item until 1 month later. The dress is damaged and dirty, totally different from what they showed on the picture!

I ordered 7 items, 2 fit, 5 did not, it took 1 month to receive these items, when you try to return an item the games begin, I contacted them 4 times but I still don't know where to send my items to return them, as I said, don't waste your time...

I ordered a few items for a major event in plenty of time but only 1 item came before the event. The quality was very poor and old looking on the wig I received. The dress when it finally came a month later it looked like it was made of Styrofoam. I ordered shoe tassals but only one came. I still haven't received the last item I ordered at the same time. I have contacted the company and only received a discount email to apologize for the lateness that expired in 7 days. This is pure BS.

I ordered 2 dresses noted "pre-sale". 1.5 weeks later they email to say they cannot sell me one of the dress b/c I need to order a total of 5 items. Nothing noted about the 2nd dress. So are you holding up the procession for the other dress?! No phone number to call and speak with a LIVE person! I want a full refund and nothing further to do with Ericdress company! False advertising and don't honor the sales to their customers. This is going to be a battle with getting my monies refunded.

In April, I ordered a jumpsuit & a pair of sunglasses from Ericdress. It is now June & I haven't received anything. After several emails, I finally received a refund for the jumpsuit. The sunglasses were supposedly shipped in April therefore I can't receive a refund. In an email I was told that because the sunglasses are coming from overseas it takes longer. I ordered from a similar company on the same day in April & the merchandise has been received. This is my first and last time ordering from this company.

Look I had know success in getting my package or items that was fully payed for or any responds of no customers service?! I would like my jackets or reimbursement this was 25 of December's last year, still waiting on responds or to be payed.in full BRINKS reacted to payment! That's bad bussinss on your behalf customers first.

I paid 26 dollars for expedited shipping which promise 3-12 days. It's been preparing for 15 and hasn't been shipped yet. I messaged them and they said it takes 15-20 for preparing then 3-12 for shipping. It said this nowhere while I was ordering. Dont Oder from their site

The beads are hanging from my dress. The company offer me 20.the dress smells strong. The material is cheap looking. Bad choice for a wedding dress.

I ordered this bulls*** May 1st still haven't received anything! The company that charged my card has a completely different name it's NOT eric dress! I tried tracking it and it says incorrect tracking number or number not found I'm pissed! They're lucky I can't reach out and touch them!

Paid $31 for expedited shipping. Needed shoes for special occassion. After a week my order was still waiting to be shippped. My event came and went - no shoes. I decided to cancel order. Each time ericdress would offer discounts from 10% to $20 begging that I keep waiting in response to my multiple requests. It had to curse them out before I finally got my refund - nearly a month later. Ridiculous. NEVER AGAIN!

Don't EVER BUY anything from this FAKE overseas company! I Ordered a jacket with a fur collar in 3 sizes higher than my size. It took 2 months for me to receive my order. The jacket came in a size for a 5 year old. I'm not stupid! They know adult Americans are not that tiny! They need to stop with all the fake advertising.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! THE INITIAL EMAIL OFFERED A DISCOUNT ON MY NEXT PURCHASE EVEN THOUGH THEY DIDN'T SEND THE INITIAL PRODUCT I BOUGHT. I KNEW THEN IT WAS A SCAM BECAUSE THEY ASKED FOR MORE MONEY WITHOUT DELIVERING A PRODUCT. DO NOT BUY INTO THE POSITIVE REVIEWS AND DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT ABOUT THIS COMPANY AND YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT TYPE OF EVIL PLANS THEY'RE USING OVERSEAS MONEY TO FINANCE. THEY DON'T HAVE ANY REAL CONTACT INFO AND A MONTH AFTER YOUR PURCHASE YOUR SHIPPING STATUS WILL BE THE SAME AND THEY WILL CLAIM A "WE'RE ON BACK ORDER STATUS" WHILE STILL SELLING THE PRODUCT AND TAKING MONEY FOR IT.
