I ordered a wig in January 2021, it is now May 2021 and I have yet to receive my order. They keep offering me $8.00 refund and the latest refund was $ 12.00 and asking me to be patience. Never again will I ever order anything from Eric Dress.

I CANT BELIEVE I WASTED MY TIME AND MONEY ON THIS SITE! I ORDERD A 52.00 DRESS AND PAID 31.21 FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING ONLY TO BE TOLD IT WILL TAKE AN EXTRA WEEK TO BE SHIPPED TO ME AND BAD THING IS I DIDNT EVEN COME TO THE REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING OTHERWISE I WOULDNT HAVE SPENT A DIME ON THIS SITE.

I ordered a dress in XL when it finally came, it was more of an XS. No stretching. The quality was horrible. Didn't look at all like the picture. They tried to tell me that I couldn't send the dress back as their warehouse is in China. I had already read return info, and screenshot what it said. That there is a place to send returns in California. I opened a dispute with PayPal, then ericdress tried to tell me to close the dispute and they would refund the money. PayPal says not to do this. Ericdress told me to disregard what PayPal says... I ended up escalating my dispute with PayPal and getting my refund. They are horrible to deal with.

They never send your items, and their customer service is terrible. I ordered a tux with expedited shipping, expecting it within 3-5 business days. It has been 3 weeks. I payed 38 dollars for the faster shipping. The tux was for my son, and we haven't received it. Eric Dress hides behind the covid shipping delay, so you wait too long to get a refund when your items never arrive. They are a Chinese business, so this could be chalked up to the average 25 day wait times, but they haven't been any help as they just keep asking me to give them my order info, and then saying I'm giving them the wrong info.

Blatant false advertising. I ordered the short razor cut afro wig; very chic on the website and received an old-fashioned jeri-curl which is long. It has a curl pattern making hair stand apart. There is nothing afro about the texture. Supposed to be human hair but I doubt it. The only truth about this wig is the full lace cap. Ericdress has no business ethics. The picture on the website is nothing like what I received I have been deceived. Paid a lot of money for this wig. Don't trust the reviews on their website they're biased just another form of false advertising. Do your homework. Check out third party reviews and do not get scammed by this company.

I bought an underskirt on Feb 3rd, they didn't even process the order until February 26th, and it is now April 12th and I still haven't received it or even received decent tracking info for it. I've contacted customer service multiple times and get the same auto message that claims it takes 3-7 days to process the order and that it's on its way. I seriously doubt I'll ever receive anything from them, and they've ignored my request to just cancel the order.
Keep your money and buy off of a different site. Almost $12 in shipping alone for over 2 months of waiting is ridiculous.

I ordered a suite for my birthday from Eric dress I even paid extra for it to come early in time now my birthday is 3 days away and the order is still being processed all they did was take my money never even sent me an email to let me know that they received my funds I had to find out from my bank where the funds went I don't advise anyone to purchase from this company at all and I want my $#*!ing $124 back $#*!s.

I ordered my wedding dress from Ericdress. The company pulled the money immediately. I started to get nervous when my dress showed still processing three days after the 15 business days, so I attempted to contact them through email twice, their online chat, and their messenger. I received NO communication. I then contacted my credit card company to dispute charges. My credit card company stated that Ericdress responded within a day to them. I received the dress, still with ZERO contact from Ericdress, 3 days later. The dress has a large, and noticeable stain on it, and the company still does not communicate. I am very disappointed, because all Ericdress had to do, was communicate. I ended up ordering another dress from a different company, that does communicate.

Buyer Beware!
Bought a men's jacket in December.
It was smaller than expected, but overall was an attractive coat.
I simply wanted to exchange it but as of this writing, 3/22, none of my emails or messages have been responded to.
Will update if they ever get back to me.

Place is a scam. I bought a coat from their website that took 21 days to deliver even though I paid extra for express shipping. It should have been delivered in 9 business days. They sent me the wing size and wanted me to pay for shipping to send it back. I then paid and asked for the right size to be sent expedited shipping since that's what I paid for and they agreed. After 9 business days it still didn't arrive and they now said they need another 21 days to get it to me. At this point I don't want it. I ordered it in January and it's now March. By the time it gets here it will be warm and I won't need it.

This company seems to not be a legitimate company. In fact, it makes me wonder about the "positive reviews" I read before I purchased. Please be warned about this site! I cannot express this enough. My "one star" rating us giving them too much credit.

This company is a scam. I placed an order on February 10,2021. I have yet to receive my order. I'm extremely disappointed as I was looking forward to the items. I will not purchase from this company again!

Placed a order charged me almost$20.00 for shipping order still saying processing a month later, filed a dispute through pay pal today, guess what? Ericdress is one of the worst places or online businesses to order clothing. My experience was horrible due to the fact the fur flux jacket I brought was not worth $85. It look like it was designed and made by a kid to the point Quality was absolutely terrible and the travel date took over a month to receive and to find out the size order wasn't right the material being thin And not looking like the picture online. There is no way to contact this company by phone or by address being that everything comes from Hong Kong Meaning don't look forward for a return. The strap on my jacket came off as soon as I opened the plastic. This is not a place you wanna shop I honestly believe that they were taking pictures out of someone else's online clothing store or magazine and placing it in their site. Honestly I to say that they try to duplicate it. Terrible!

If I could give negative stars I would. The pictures posted on their website is totally different from what you will receive. Also, and when you return it, the will not reimburse the you the shipping costs, they will only reimburse you for what the item costs. So, in the end, you'll still end up spending your hard earned money and nothing to show for it...

DO NOT ORDER... this company ships of clothes that's the sizes of youth for adults, then your responsible for shipment to get it back, they had the nerve to offer me 14 dollars back from a 70 dollar purchase. How do you feel your suppose to keep someone money? Please people don't be setup to lose your money, it takes over a month to receive your purchase anyway.
