I ordered a dress in XL when it finally came, it was more of an XS. No stretching. The quality was horrible. Didn't look at all like the picture. They tried to tell me that I couldn't send the dress back as their warehouse is in China. I had already read return info, and screenshot what it said. That there is a place to send returns in California. I opened a dispute with PayPal, then ericdress tried to tell me to close the dispute and they would refund the money. PayPal says not to do this. Ericdress told me to disregard what PayPal says... I ended up escalating my dispute with PayPal and getting my refund. They are horrible to deal with.
They never send your items, and their customer service is terrible. I ordered a tux with expedited shipping, expecting it within 3-5 business days. It has been 3 weeks. I payed 38 dollars for the faster shipping. The tux was for my son, and we haven't received it. Eric Dress hides behind the covid shipping delay, so you wait too long to get a refund when your items never arrive. They are a Chinese business, so this could be chalked up to the average 25 day wait times, but they haven't been any help as they just keep asking me to give them my order info, and then saying I'm giving them the wrong info.
Blatant false advertising. I ordered the short razor cut afro wig; very chic on the website and received an old-fashioned jeri-curl which is long. It has a curl pattern making hair stand apart. There is nothing afro about the texture. Supposed to be human hair but I doubt it. The only truth about this wig is the full lace cap. Ericdress has no business ethics. The picture on the website is nothing like what I received I have been deceived. Paid a lot of money for this wig. Don't trust the reviews on their website they're biased just another form of false advertising. Do your homework. Check out third party reviews and do not get scammed by this company.
I bought an underskirt on Feb 3rd, they didn't even process the order until February 26th, and it is now April 12th and I still haven't received it or even received decent tracking info for it. I've contacted customer service multiple times and get the same auto message that claims it takes 3-7 days to process the order and that it's on its way. I seriously doubt I'll ever receive anything from them, and they've ignored my request to just cancel the order.

I started to get nervous when my dress showed still processing three days after the 15 business days, so I attempted to contact them through email twice, their online chat, and their messenger. I received NO communication. I then contacted my credit card company to dispute charges. My credit card company stated that Ericdress responded within a day to them. I received the dress, still with ZERO contact from Ericdress, 3 days later. The dress has a large, and noticeable stain on it, and the company still does not communicate. I am very disappointed, because all Ericdress had to do, was communicate. I ended up ordering another dress from a different company, that does communicate.

Place is a scam. I bought a coat from their website that took 21 days to deliver even though I paid extra for express shipping. It should have been delivered in 9 business days. They sent me the wing size and wanted me to pay for shipping to send it back. I then paid and asked for the right size to be sent expedited shipping since that's what I paid for and they agreed. After 9 business days it still didn't arrive and they now said they need another 21 days to get it to me. At this point I don't want it. I ordered it in January and it's now March. By the time it gets here it will be warm and I won't need it.
