I was looking for my Mother of the Bride dress for my daughters wedding and trolling through endless sites, I found one on here. I ordered it (even sized up) and once I recieved it, the dress could probably have fit my 110 lb daughter. The return policy says if you wish to return the your purchase, it has to be within 7 days if it's a special occasion dress. It didn't come with a package slip or anything, so I tried to reach out to customer service. After about 3 emails, they finally got back to me telling me I can only return the dress for half price, and it would cost that much money to send the dress back, so I should consider trying to exchange (which doesn't make sense because that would cost money for them to send a new one and for me to send my old one). In order for me to even be considered for an exchange, they wanted me to send photos of the dress.
Sometimes you get a decent product from these companies, and sometimes you get dooped. I copied and pasted their return policy into a response email a week ago and still haven't heard back. This I'm sure is a tactic they use in order to make sure I am no longer within the 7 days of the return. I am now sitting on a $150.00 never worn Mother of the Bride dress that style-wise is meant for a modest older woman, but is sized for a teenager.

This company has terrible customer service. Stay away! It took almost a month for my products to arrive. When I received them, they looked nothing like the images advertised. I returned them but never received a refund or a replacement item. I was very patient and polite with this company, but they refused to return my emails or answer my phone calls.
I have been going back and forth with them and Canada Post which says package received but seems to have been given to someone else at Post office. Post office says it's the sender to claim for me, but they are not willing to do it, even with Canada Post having open ticket for reimbursement. FIY, this website is in China. This company is the worse I have ever dealt with. I ordered from them and they didn't have the merch in stock, they wanted me to replace it and the replacement I chose they didn't have in stock! They also advertise items that they do not have in stock, but fail to mention it at the time they take your money. I ordered a blazer from here that cost me $77, the website stated that the material was cotton and all of the reviews were positive. When I arrived i had the displeasure of opening the package. I ordered a clutch to use with my dress for my son's wedding. It took 6 weeks for the purse to arrive, which was too late for me to use it and it was the wrong color. After much back and forth with customer service, I finally got the address to send my item back to in order to get a refund, but the address was in China and it was going to cost $16 to ship it back with no guarantee that it would ever even be received. I contacted customer service to see if there was an address in the U.S. to use for a return, but they said there was not. Not good customer service at all, so if there is any chance that what you purchase from EricDress might need to be returned, you had better not buy it because you will be stuck with it!

Buyers Beware this company is a Fraud From China. I bought a gift from them after reading their return policy. The item arrive and it was not as described nor the correct size. After contating them they offered me partial refund of $20 on a $100 item and wanted me to keep it. I refused. After much back and forth they wanted me to return the item to China when the item was shipped to me from California to not make it cost effective. They refused to provide a return label. It cost me over $67 to return the item back to china. These guys are fraudsters and they are being lead by a guy named Alejandro Ruiz from Carson California. This company should be investaged by the BBB and the consumer affairs of California. Avoid any purchases from this company.

I bought a winter coat for a gift from them last month and paid almost $40 for it go be expidited. It wasn't it still took 1 month to get to me which is outstandingly slow. Then I got the product and I loooked at the size recommendations and this coat is literally 2x smaller than it's descriptions say it should be.
