They send a garbage item, which I could get for $5.00 which I paid $65.00. It was torn apart inside and they said they can replace it. The order came after 45 days of ordering and paying. These is a SCAM business, stay away from it if you wanted to save your money.
About two years ago, I bought two human hair wigs from Wigsby. Not only was it difficult to connect to the company via email or using the contact information, when I registered a complaint with them, it fell on deaf ears. The wigs were cheaply made, both wigs were in the wrong color! I was offered $30 refund, the customer service rep was rude! I recently ordered a wig on Ericdress and after placing the order, I found the wig was coming from Wigsbuy! Not only have I not received the wig, but now the ability to track the order or lodge a complaint has been disabled! When I click on "My Order" it states the wig was shipped on Dec. 18 but the button which allows you to lodge the complaint is GONE. I've not received an email, nothing! I hope there is a way to boycott these scam companies, or block them from receiving orders from America! It is Jan. 1,2021 and still no wig!
I live in NY and it can get quit cold here, but i also have a very hard time finding coats i like. Finally i found one on ericdress

This is the exact one. Before i ordered i emailed them to make sure i can return it FREE OF CHARGE. They said i can. Another point i should add is that it says 10-12 day delivery what they really mean is 10-12 days till they ship it to the shipping company and then another 3 weeks till it gets to you. Anyway, when it finally came i thought it was a sweater I have ordered from amazon, that how thin it was! It doesnt look one drop like the picture. It has bright orange on it and doesnt have a hood. Obviously i wanted to return it but when i checked the website I couldnt find a return label so I once again emailed them. Below i will post what they responded. Ericdress in there emails seem to be such nice people but there is an underlying rudeness and lie in each and every single one of there emails. I hope ya'lls dont get fall for this scam like i did.

Eric dress's website was easy to use with a large selection of items. It took 3 weeks to get my purse I ordered. Shipping cost $18 for that one item! The purse itself was good quality. What I would expect for the price. Overall it was a fair experience except shipping cost. The purse itself was only around $40.
I wish I would have read some of the reviews. Many talked about cheap material. And others like mine where they stole your money. It has been 2 months since I ordered 2 dresses more than 100 dollars. And have not received anything. I needed the dress for a party 2 weeks ago. And no money or dress.
There are only out of country contacts for this vendor. So. Unless you are completely confident of you order and how it will look when it arrives... do not order from this site.

Order two sweaters. Received one sweater 4 weeks after ordering and have not received the other. It's made of Acrylic, a $#*!ty material made from plastic. This company is $#*!.

I got a poorly written email telling me to pick a random replacement product. I went to PayPal filed a claim to get my money back. A week later I got the one sweater that was in stock, 15 business days after ordering despite expedited shipping saying 4-9 days. The "designer" sweater looked nothing like the picture. It was hideous. I would never recommend this site. Horrible quality knockoffs and awful experience. I don't ever expect getting the second sweater or my money back.

I'm upset my sister is a veteran and her husband still serving. The military is suffering as well in the pademic and I wanted to gift my sister a jacket and this is what I received this is embrassing. Now my husband hoodie is so so then and very tight on him it fits me perfectly not good I'm a woman and smaller in the picture I have my husband sweats on very loose on me just to give you a image I'm not big at all, the arm on the hoodie gets short on me when I'm moving around. Look at the tag on the hoodie it's not even sewed down properly. This is crazy and my money waisted now see why they told me if I didn't like the quality I can resend it. I order everything together but they separated the orders and made 2 tracking numbers one product has his own number it's says this is not Found (REALLY)I put in the other number for the other 3 things it's in china (WHAT) I am confused. The company ERIC DRESS said it will take 8 to 15 days the customer service gave a whole different time spend. Still remember I purchase Oct 23 No product No Refund.So now we are going to see how long or if the other 3 product going to make it hear. Customer service said they sent it to my address in the screenshot do the Chinese address looks like my address. Now it said it being ship to me from the China Company so where is ERICDRESS located.
