This stuff is Low Budget CHEAP QUALITY CHINA SCAM MATERIAL. Sure their pictures are really fancy. Unfortunately, it's not real. They get pictures off of Instagram models or high end sites to try to draw you in. Everything is a fake replica that is cheap material and doesn't even come close to the actual product you're seeking...

I have ordered a dress I needed to wear for a special occasion, the dress was expensive, I still haven't received it and my occasion is very soon. This is pathetic, and I will for sure no be ordering from Eric dress again. I do not recommend to anybody.

I ordered three items for my mother wedding back Sept, plus paid the extra $30 for the express service. I never received my order, even after contacting the customer service department several times to confirm they had the current address. Not one person from the customer service department tried confirming they had the current address. Then after sending serval emails, Customer service only offered $10, on a $143. Order. I've tried several more times to even see if maybe it went to the wrong address. Someone, sent a tracking number, which at first said there was no order number. Then after another attempt (5th. Time) trying to contact the customer service department. I received a email which stated I signed for a package; yet it was all the wrong information. I looked up the information and it was a warehouse. After trying once again to speak with someone in the customer service department. I received no assistant in trying to recover my items ordered; Neither was I even offered to receive a full refund. I would ask once again if the customer service department, could refund my money. I just don't feel like asking for something I know I will not receive. So I have filed a small claims suit. It's all I can do to receive any of my money back. I would tell anyone wanting to order from Eric Dresses (DON'T DO IT) I found through my attorney, the pictures aren't even there own. They are plagiarizing off of other designer's and the company isn't in the United States. Whatever you do. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY ITEMS FROM ERIC DRESSES!

Purchased clothes for Halloween costume. Set expedited shipping which would have gave me at least a week before clothes came in. As soon as paypal charged me and I saw that it was from China, I had a gut feeling it would not be here on time, and probably not what I ordered. Here we are on Halloween day and now I'm stuck out cause these dummies don't know how to do business. For some reason they think its ok for shipments to be late and just apologize and everything will be ok.
Took over a month for my order... still waiting on it. Wrote customer service and they told me to continue to wait. Ordered shoes for an event, assuming they will not be here in time to wear it to. Terrible customer service. Do not recommend
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. IT STATES ON THE RETURN POLICY THAT THEY GUARANTEE A FULL REFUND, IT IS $#*!ING SCAM. They only want to refund me 90% of my cost. They send me the wrong color of the dress and the quality is terrible. Do not order from this place. It is not worth your time or mony.
If I could give negative stars I would. When ordering the same item came up different prices. I thought I was never going to get the delivery. They never gave a date and never updated on the status. The phone number was unusable and I never got a reply email back from them. When it finally came it was so cheaply made. Believe it or not our picture even looks better than it is in person. It's like they cut up a blanket and tried making a jacket out of it.
I purchased a suit here for my sisters wedding 2 months ahead of time. I had lost my suit in the process of moving so I needed one quickly. I ordered from Eric Dress. It never got to me, I was charged anyways through paypal and the date they claimed it was delivered was after the wedding. Terrible company, avoid at all costs.

The cardigan in the picture had subdued colors. The one they sent is 80's bright obnoxious. A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY. Do NOT buy from this CHINESE company. NOTHING like the picture. I will never make this mistake again by purchasing directly from a Chinese company. Now, I pretty much have no recourse. Am I really going to spend the money to send it back? I doubt I would even get a refund. Expensive lesson learned.
Ordered about 8 Fedora Hats & so far it's been over a month only 4 have just arrived. The hats are just tossed in a bag with NO support or Box! Hats are totally smushed
