I ordered two (2) dresses. Six (6) weeks later I received only one dress I emailed them several times for the status of the 2nd dress. All communications went unanswered. It's been 4 months and no resolution or refund. They are ready to accept your cash but not fulfill the order nor attempt to resolve issues. Shameful. Would not recommend this site.
I agree with the other reviews. I wish I had reviewed them first, before I ordered. This company is a total SCAM! You CANNOT get a refund, as it takes FOREVER for them to respond to your messages... if they even respond and then they charge you for shipping when you return the item... paying for shipping! The dress was $114.16. It was very cheap looking and poorly made, so I returned the dress, only to have to pay $57.00 in postage fees to return it. After they received it, they stated they were only going to credit $70, as the dress was "odoriferous", which is totally WRONG as I NEVER even tried it on! So basically, I ended up paying over $100 for a dress I don't even have in my possession! Had I known this... I would have sold it on Ebay or Facebook and at least made enough money for my shipping back to EricDress.

They advertised a 22 inch life like baby doll. My daughter invested her money into it and when we got it it was a little tiny dollar tree 6 inch baby doll. Shameful business! When I reached back out to try to get my money back, I get the runaround. Save yourselves!
Ericdress is a code name for WISH. That's right. This is a subsidiary of WISH. Same shipping time, same low grade products. Save your money pay the extra $5 or $10 and get it from Amazon. I placed an order with Ericdress in April of 2020. It was a pretty large order. 5 dresses and 2 shirts. After waiting for a month I was told that 2 of the dresses were unavailable and had to find items to replace them. What I picked out was also unavailable. I purchased two items from this company and when I wasn't happy with the quality, I contacted them for a return mailing label. They responded and apologized for the faulty items. They then suggested I keep the items ($127 purchase price) and they would send me $15. I pointed put thst their return policy says they will provide 100Ùª tefund for faulty items. They have not responded, and zi have emailed them 3 times now asking for a mailing label and return address. When I called customer service (which is an international call) I got a recording that simply said, they are busy and to call again later. Needless to say I will not ne doing business with this company again, and I would advise anyone reading this review to not do business with them. If they provide my refund I would gladly reconsider this review
