I ordered two (2) dresses. Six (6) weeks later I received only one dress I emailed them several times for the status of the 2nd dress. All communications went unanswered. It's been 4 months and no resolution or refund. They are ready to accept your cash but not fulfill the order nor attempt to resolve issues. Shameful. Would not recommend this site.
I agree with the other reviews. I wish I had reviewed them first, before I ordered. This company is a total SCAM! You CANNOT get a refund, as it takes FOREVER for them to respond to your messages... if they even respond and then they charge you for shipping when you return the item... paying for shipping! The dress was $114.16. It was very cheap looking and poorly made, so I returned the dress, only to have to pay $57.00 in postage fees to return it. After they received it, they stated they were only going to credit $70, as the dress was "odoriferous", which is totally WRONG as I NEVER even tried it on! So basically, I ended up paying over $100 for a dress I don't even have in my possession! Had I known this... I would have sold it on Ebay or Facebook and at least made enough money for my shipping back to EricDress.

They advertised a 22 inch life like baby doll. My daughter invested her money into it and when we got it it was a little tiny dollar tree 6 inch baby doll. Shameful business! When I reached back out to try to get my money back, I get the runaround. Save yourselves!
Ericdress is a code name for WISH. That's right. This is a subsidiary of WISH. Same shipping time, same low grade products. Save your money pay the extra $5 or $10 and get it from Amazon. You'll have it in time to use it. I'm still waiting on my new summer sneakers that I ordered in June. I'm told now that's typical.

I placed an order with Ericdress in April of 2020. It was a pretty large order. 5 dresses and 2 shirts. After waiting for a month I was told that 2 of the dresses were unavailable and had to find items to replace them. What I picked out was also unavailable. To make a long story short, it is now August and, I still don't have everything that I ordered no, have they refunded me for the items that I hadn't received
Order was placed June 19 and has not arrived as of Aug 13. The tracking service provided is a joke informing cus their order is a sub order, it has been looked at, it is in stock, it is approved, it has been inspected, it has been packed, it has been shipped, but not where it is.
If any review has more than 3 stars it's a plant. It's been 2 months since my purchase. Tracking number says to moved in China for one day and has never moved again. I hate buying things from scam sites. I was assured it wouldn't be another Chinese scam site by "reviews". Obviously that's a lie. Emailed 3 times to no answer but you will get a RIDICULOUS amount of spam in your inbox. STAY AWAY
Ordered dress July 25th money taken out of my account but never received shipment information or product! Don't waste your money or time on this bogus site/app this is all the info I keep getting when trying to track my order
First, the customer service sucks! You have people emailing you after you ask a question about your order and they don't even introduce themselves so you don't even know if you speaking to someone actually from Eric dress. They do not have a real phone number, and take dayyyysssss to respond by email. I asked for a refund on my order and they refused to give it to me. Now my career is customer service as well and the protocol they abide by is all out of order. The company I work for would of never agree on the service Eric dress uphold. They take your money fast, take 2 weeks to just ship on item and another 2 weeks to get whatever you order so please, everyone, DO NOT SPEND A DIME WITH A COMPANY WHO DOES NOT VALUE THERE CUSTOMERS!
Do not use this vendor. I ordered shoes in Feb 2020. Received a notice in May 2020 of shipment. Received the item 7/24/2020! Then the item was such poor quality. The sandal straps were not tight, the heel did not fit. I requested a refund. It is NOT a size problem, but quality. The material is plastic. They pushed back to send pictures which I did. I ordered a short Bob wig with stright hair. I received a long curly wig which I would never wear. I will never shop there again. So disappointed. I can only imagine the hassle of trying to get a refund. I really would like my money back.

They gave me a wedding dress that looked nothing like it's advertised picture with a blue stain on it! They refuse to reply to my numerous complaints. Then I discovered in looking into this further that they have additionally charged me for items I never ordered. I feel deceived on numerous levels. This is a horrific company. Stay away!

I purchased two items from this company and when I wasn't happy with the quality, I contacted them for a return mailing label. They responded and apologized for the faulty items. They then suggested I keep the items ($127 purchase price) and they would send me $15. I pointed put thst their return policy says they will provide 100Ùª tefund for faulty items. They have not responded, and zi have emailed them 3 times now asking for a mailing label and return address. When I called customer service (which is an international call) I got a recording that simply said, they are busy and to call again later. Needless to say I will not ne doing business with this company again, and I would advise anyone reading this review to not do business with them. If they provide my refund I would gladly reconsider this review
