I made a purchase of almost $250 just two weeks before my birthday which was on May 11,2020. It's now June 23,2020. I've only received one of the 7 dresses I ordered. Don't get me wrong the dresses are cute. But they are not worth waiting a month and a half for. That is ridiculous. What irritates me the most is the fact the rarely update the tracking information so you can know where your order is. They will not contact you, nor bother to excuse the fact your order may be coming in late. The Customer service is terrible, I would not recommend this website to any of my close friends or relatives. This is just sad because they have good potential with the products they sale, but the customer service stinks. Which is a big thing on rather or not I will support a business.

I tried to purchase some items and when I tried to process my credit card, my bank blocked the transaction. I called Cust serv to see what the problem was and was told they have have numerous complaints of SCAMS.
First it takes 5 weeks or more to get your stuff. Second, for what they charge for some of there items you dont get what it advertised. I bought a wig that was described as 16 inches, the curls weren't even 8 inches. See the pics it looked terrible, the hair was fuzzy as if it was used. And it cost 65$

I ordered a dress in Jan 2020. 5 1/2 months later, it have yet to receive the dress. They provided me a bogus tracking website that dose not exist to tracking my purchase. They are quick to respond to emails, but no product. Go figure! Enough said. If you do purchase from them, do not use your credit card use an online payment system like Paypal. Its easier to file a claim.
I put In 2 separate orders with these people waited for more than a month with a random email here and there saying my items were on the way, then a day or 2 later an email stating they had none of the clothing items on neither one of my otders. One totaling $48, the other $87... I have made demand of my refund which they refunded me finally after several emails demanding! They returned $37/ out of my $48(dont know why I did not receive all of it!... I still have not received my refund for$87! I have sent them email requesting my refund at least 4-5 times! They are keeping my $ and refusing to return my money... I have no merchandise and they have my money!. Now I'm going through the process how I can get my money back from these creeps! I will never shop with them again. And you shouldn't either. They dont have a return policy if your order does not workout. They just keep your money!
