Horrible experience. Followed their size chart exactly. Dress was 6 inches too small in bust. $500 in phone calls & I'm stuck with the dress. Told me to send pictures to prove it didn't fit. I did so. Not good enough, they sent a ridiculous list of instructions for the pictures. They insisted they sent the size I ordered, but the labels had been removed prior to shipping. Black market, stolen dresses? The dress itself is absolutely gorgeous, beautifully made, extremely high quality. Definitely a black market designer dress.

Bought from this website before, fooled by all the glowingly "positive rating" all over sitejabber and trustpilot... BUYERS BEWARE: All the positive reviews are totally fake. The website seems legit but man, DO NOT BE FOOLED. The shipping time took literally forever (I think it would've taken me shorter time to learn how to make a dress and to actually make one myself.) No joke. And when the item finally came, big disappointment, really poor quality (expensive too!) I wanted to kick myself for buying from this site. So don't do it guys, ericdress.com is a nothing but disaster.

I am an online shopper, I am used to ordering most things: books, electronics and clothing from online shops. I ordered "2013 New Cloth Upper Stiletto Heels" to match a dress that had just been delivered from tidebuy.com. The shoe was shipped, I think almost immediately after the transaction because it was delivered to my houseboy last Friday. I was not at home by then and was surprised to find the heels later in the evening. It was a weekend present to my fiancee. Ericdress has a good customer care and fast delivery, that is why I give them a 5 star.

I bought a dress for valentine for my fiance through tbdress. I did not know much about dresses since i have never bought a dress. But they advised me to send a picture of her which i did and they told me what size she was. I then went to their online store and selected a nice black dress( did not want the red cliche usually associated with valentine). All in all i got my dress and my fiance was very happy which made me happy. I still remember how happy she was as i write this review

I believe that all of the 5 star ratings posted here were submitted by Ericdress customer service representatives - notice the bad grammar and spelling- this company is based in Beijing, China.
The dress I ordered from Ericdress was nothing like what was shown on their website - the color was completely wrong, the beading was cheap and sparse, the hem length was over a foot too long and the actual dress design was different. Instead of looking like a sweet prom dress as depicted online, the dress looked like a glorified maternity dress.
The customer service was a nightmare as well. Even if you follow their returns procedure, they will not issue a refund, and they will pretend not to understand your complaint. It took 2 weeks before I even received a reply via email, and their phone number is not legit - there is a recording that says it has been disconnected.
Luckily I paid through Paypal and was able to lodge a dispute through their resolution center. Funny, as soon as I did this Ericdress became very attentive and offered a 10% refund saying that in addtion to this "generous offer" I could also keep the dress and sell it and they would also give me a discount on my next order. Huh! As if!

In the end I was able to recoop my full investment via Paypal.

This company has been in business for just about a year, and they don't represent themselves honestly on their website.

Buyers Beware!

Even though the ericdress.com review rating is 3.5 out of 5, I thought I won't be a victim.

Just after the last Boxing Day I placed an order - Cocktail Evening Dress (with beading) item #******* US$264.99. On Jan 8,2013, I spent another Cad$92.20 (duty + GST + processing fee) to DHL for picking up the dress.

Unfortunately, surprise becomes nightmare. I was shocked when I opened up the parcel - the beads are large and heavy (total weight of the dress is 2.8 lbs). The measurement seems fine when you measure it, but just because of the poor lining and the STIFF garment, I can barely put it on. The cutting is totally out of shape/kilter (especially on the bust area). The horrible THICK LINING screw up the whole dress.

After several emails to *******@ericdress.com, their solutions are: take the dress to alternate, sell it, give it to your friend as gift, or place another order with a special discount, and finally offered me a refund of Cad$15 to shut up.

Please beware that you are dealing with a company which registered in Cyprus, but actually locates in Beijing and Hongkong. (http://www.ericdress.com/help/Contact-Us-113.html#detail1). Its a big communicate block out to deal with them, and their refund policy is pretty restricted once you touch it, its yours.

I have learned a big lesson and I sincerely advise all the web shoppers to stay away from this website.

Don't buy from this website ever! They sell wedding gowns and accessories for wedding for a fair price, but the item does not have a good quality and does not look like the one in the picture.
I bough a wedding dress form then and when it arrived my nightmare has started: they charged me for post services in the website and once I received the item I had to pay it again! When I opened the box I realised that the dress was totally different form the one I had choosen in the website and the quality of the product is terrible. I contact the costumer service and they refused to refund me! They said that I am acttually luck for receiving a wedding dress that is much cheaper compared to one in a boutique shop. They didn't care about me and my feeling as bride at all!
So, don't buy from them! Ut us a terrible website.
