I ORDERED A DRESS FROM HERE BECASE MY DAUGHTER HAD PASSED AWAY AND GIVING THE CRITERIA FROM THE FUNERAL HOME I HAD FOUND THE PERFECT DRESS. I ORDERED ON JANUARY 15TH 2022. I PAID EXTRA TO HAVE THE ORDER EXPEDITED. FUNERAL WAS 2/5/22. BEFORE THAT TIME, I HAD BEEN EMAILING THE COMPANY TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS THE PROBEM WHEN THE DRESS WAS IN STOCK AND THEY WERE ALREADY PAID. TO THIS DAY 3/5/22 I HAVE NOT GOTTEN A RESPONSE. THE DRESSES FINALLY ARRIVED 3/3/22 WITHOUT ANOTHER ARTICLE OF CLOTHING THAT I HAD PAID FOR. I EMAILED THEM AGAIN BECAUSE I NEEDED THE DRESSES A MONTH AGO AND I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY OTHER MERCHANDISE. I WANT MY REFUND AND THEY WON'T EVER HAVE A PROBLEM WITH ME AGAIN. AND ANYONE ELSE I THINK OR KNOW WHO WANTS TO VISIT THIS SITE... A TOTAL RIP OFF

This place just robs you blind. Don't bother. Ericdress makes you sign saying that you will return the item two days after being bought... even though it takes way longer than that to arrive. You pay for expedited shipping and do not get it. You pay for an item and do not get it. They said my item was delivered to my door, but to this day the item has never been delivered. I bought it last year. Ridiculous. Do more research before you even think of using them.

I paid for expedited shipping and still didn't receive the dress in time, the material is cheap and they will not give you any money back. Don't waste your money.

Don't buy clothes or nothing from this website "Eric Dress" those people/website are on China the clothes are bad cheap quality not worth a penny.
The dress look nice on the pictures I wanted and Small size. What I received: was and xtra large piece of cloth bad sewing see trough. Awfully bad quality not the color in the picture...

2. Please ship it via the cheaper shipping way(not express/expedited way) in your local Post Office (such as USPS, not UPS)
3. The declared package value should be less than $45 in case of expensive customs duty.

Place a Order with Eric Dress just to find out it's really a Cheap company out in china that's making poor quality production! Sent in a refund request considering I paid 31.94 for expedited shipping, just for them to offer me a $10 refund and to send it as regular shipping. Witch means the day of our engagement pictures will been done came and went before I still received my order! Saw a few jackets I wanted to order, but after reading your critical reviews I'm happy I only tested one item and you guys failed tremendously! Will never order for this site again and if push comes to shove I will take your whole company to court for False advertising.

I read other reviews about items never shipping and when customer service was asked about the order they would say that the order was being prepared and that it should ship soon. When asked for a refund customer service would offer a 15% discount off the NEXT order but would not give a refund.

I thought these were scam reviews.

I placed an order for a coat on January 2,2022 and after not receiving any updates for three weeks I messaged customer service to inquire about my order. They assured me that the order would be delivered on time but that they would be closing towards the ends of January for a week due to holidays. They offered me a 15% discount on the next order and I didn't even ask for a refund. It's now February 10, and no updates, no tracking number and, obviously, no coat. Winter will be over by the time this coat arrives, if it ever arrives.

Based on the overwhelming number of bad reviews telling a similar story, I firmly believe that the positive reviews that specifically talk about prompt shipping, beautiful clothes and high quality are simply fake.

Read through all the bad reviews and how similar they are. That many people saying the same thing can't be wrong… I learned the hard way.

I ordered a dress and they sent somethin completely different. Shoes were never sent! Sketchy sketchy sketchy! Terrible business

I ordered a coat on 12/26. The tracking scale says my merchandise was shipped out on 12/29 I have yet to receive it

I ordered two dress shirts from Eric Dress on October 4,2021. One shirt arrived last week (~ January 8th) and here it is January 16,2022 and I am still waiting for the 2nd shirt, over 3 MONTHS later. The shirt is very cheap material and does not have the same color quality as in the advertised picture. Plus, the sizes are "Asian-Size" so you need to order 1-2 sizes bigger. I tried buying three more shirts the other day and I tried using a few different credit cards and, luckily, the company said the order could not go through, lucky for me. I am cancelling that order and taking my business elsewhere.

I paid for express delivery and my items never came the in window of time. I had to jump through hoops to contact merchant. They did not want to give my refund. I had to go through my bank to get my money back. This website is a scam. Don't do it.

Don't buy anything from ericdress, the sweaters I received a month late didn't look like the pictures. The second part of my order has never arrived, but they are on vacation so I seriously doubt I will ever get my refund.

I will absolutely under no condition recommend this place. Extremely slow delivery even when paying for fast shipping. All orders look NOTHING like there online photos. CHEAP, DISHONEST DESPICABLE COMPANY! WANT A REFUND!? Won't matter, they will finally offer you a full refund, you'll have to pay to ship item back, and at that point they will NEVER process your refund. Save every bit of your money, time and frustration and shop elsewhere. This company disgusts me!

I ordered this trenchcoat for my baby back in May 2021 and I have not receive that code yet has anybody else have any of those problems they took my $69 and I never received my product and I also have sent email after email to *******@ericaddress.com and the message that I received back from them was can I do a survey I can't do a survey on anything that I haven't received or nobody communicated with me about my last merchandise they got lost somewhere in thin air but my payment didn't get lost they got my money just wondering

I never received the item that I purchased. I waited one month before contacting them to ask what the issue was. I received an email saying that the item was not in stock and that it wouldn't be in stock for a long time but I could "choose another item". I replied saying that I did not need or want another item, just the one that I paid for already and if it wasn't in stock I wanted a refund. I got another email back telling me they would give me 15% off for an exchange. At this point, I am livid. I told them I wanted a full refund immediately and opened multiple disputes demanding a refund and I still haven't heard back. Ericdress literally robbed me and there's no way to contact someone who will help you.

I wish I could give them zero stars! When my dress arrived it smelled like fish and definitely did not look like the picture. After trying it on I broke out in a massive rash! I purchased the dress for a wedding and they would not give my money back. It's states on the website that they are located in London, but the package arrived from China. Please do not buy from these scam artists. Worst experience of my life.

They don't deliver in time send there products are cheap and fall apart. Poor stitching, horrible material choice. Take your money else where.
