So after watching and scrolling past some of the cutest dresses I've ever seen, I finally decided to order! Placed an order roughly $70 for 3 dresses. I was SO EXCITED! After waiting several weeks without accurate tracking info, no dresses on my doorstep, and no refund... I reached out. After getting several run around emails... I was told that the 'address I provided wasnt correct' so the parcel had to be destroyed (instead of returned to sender).? So i had asked why the heck i didnt get a refund... my response was due to MY mistake, the parcel was destroyed which cost them money, so I wouldnt be receiving my package OR a refund. After arguing that was the most absurd bs I have ever heard... they offered a $20 credit to my account... clearly this company is run by a bunch of loonies and con artists. Congrats for ripping me off guys! Hopefully other people will not get suckered into your nonscience too!
I would rate this experience a zero, if I could. I am a first time customer, and, with a little research, found out that DressLily is a Chinese company, so I put in my order and settled down to wait for what I expected would be a long shipping time. A month later, I went to my account on their app to track my order, and the status was "delivered". I never received a package, so I decided to investigate a bit further. The address I had entered in my account was correct, but when I clicked on the tracking information, the shipping website showed that whoever was in charge of shipping my items at DressLily put my zip code in incorrectly, making my order "undeliverable". I tried to contact DressLily to explain this mistake, and was told that I needed to go hunt down my package myself. I tried a few times to explain how I had given them the correct information, and this had been their mistake, so I felt they should fix their mistake by either refunding my order or sending me another one. They refused, and again told me it's no longer their problem and I needed to go hunt down my package myself. So now I am out the money and the time. Please be smarter than me, save yourself money, time, and a customer service nightmare and go shop somewhere else.

Ordered a bathing suit not knowing my size after losing 75lbs. Omg perfect fit and high quality material and I feel fancy may sound cheesy but it was a great gift for myself.
Package was shipped in a timely manner, and without issues. The product itself was better than expected but larger than expected and required hemming.
I love shopping with Dresslily! The clothes have all fit true to size and if there has ever been an issue with anything it is always taken care of promptly and professionally. I highly suggest shopping with Dresslily, I know I will be for a very long time to come.

I ordered a gothic maxi allowed dress from them and they sent short version. I contacted them several times Asking for a refund and where I could send it back. I sent a screen shot of my order, pics of the dress they sent to maxi I have and they will not get back to me! All I wanted was an address where to send it and my refund and I cannot seem to get ANYONE to get back with me. Poor customer service, been waiting over a week and now I am stuck with paying for something I will never wear! Just wanting to warn you all!

I love the styles of the dresses on dresslily. I have ordered a few times and the quality is great.
I was impressed with the quality of the products I received from dresslily. The speed of shipping is better than ever, and the website is very much my daily aesthetic which is nice as many other mainstream stores do not sell these kinds of clothing for the cheap prices this site does. I will definitely be ordering more in the future.

I would not recommend using dress lilly. Their clothes are cheaply made and never fit as advertised. They mention they will exchange for free but they make you pay for the return shipping and do not send out replacements. When you decide to return something because it doesn't fit due to their measurements that arrive inaccurate they do not issue a refund. Very shady company.

My buying experience with dresslily has always been positive. Dresslily always has wonderful selections to choose from, enough sizes to accomodate my plus size body, and deals and discounts to always make sure I'm getting the lowest price. All of the dresses I've received have been high quality for low cost. I never thought I would be able to fill my wardrobe with such a wide array of beautiful dresses, but dresslily made it easy and affordable. I will truly be using them for a long time.
I originally gave a bad review because I did not receive my product. I came back to edit because I had a great customer service agent who worked hard at helping me. Psyche read my entire email chain between myself and other agents and was able to understand everything and do research and resolve my issue. I'm so happy I had someone who cared enough to make sure I was a satisfied patron. Thank you for putting in the effort. I ordered from dresslilly without looking at reviews, and now I'm paying for it.
I ordered a bathing suit a blouse and a free gift. First it took forever, then it came. I got a bathing suit and 2 $30 blouses, no free gift.
I took an hour to figure out how to return the blouse, they ask for ordering# I don't get why? They have the order and it's not on the clothes. 15 forms later after several days of we need this & we need that. Put it all on one form us too hard for them. & one time I got this (see below) I thought they were closing. Anyways, they'll give me $22.95 back but I need to pay shipping thru USPS. USPS takes forever I bet they hope I'll forget. I stick with Torrid
