I liked the items I got from this site. Many of their items are very cute and I am very fond of them, but their customer service is absolutely atrocious. Two of my items did not fit and trying to send them back was awful. You have to pay for your own return shipping, no shipping lable is provided. MULTIPLE times I would send messages to them and their reply only loosely related, only answered the first portion of, or even almost entirely missed what I wrote. I felt like they weren't actually reading my replies for the majority of this time, and more than once I had to send the same question or comment multiple times since it was not addressed the first time. It did take me longer than it should have to send my return since I did not have a printer to print off the paper they provide that they require you put inside the package, which is not their fault. After my return did arrive I did not hear from them for two weeks until I contacted them to ask what what going on to be told my items, which I was hoping to exchange for different sizes, were now out of stock. The shipping to receive the items also was EXTREMELY long, though I'm sure my experience was in part effected by Covid.
I bought a 40 dollar swim suit, measured by their guidelines, when the item came it was extremely to big. I inquired with the customer support with no response for a few days. I inquired again after I had sent the item back. The response was They could give me a partial refund and points if I kept the item or returned it back to their address in the USA. The item I returned required me to pay an additional 9 dollars. The item was returned to Chino California. After I gave the customer support the return address, and tracking number, and the usps service had delivered the package, I again contacted the customer support with this information. Their response was since I hadnt returned it to an address in the USA, I could not get a refund, because they didnt physically have the package and it would cost to much to have it sent where they wanted it. California is in the USA! They have now kept the over 50 dollars I have spent on this item, and will do nothing more. This, is theft! Answering customers, when getting a message, and sending return information in the package sent out, is productive customer service. This was a theft, I'm sure I am not the only person they have stolen from! Beware! If the option was no stars that would have been my rating!
I enjoyed shopping from you. Your company's defects delay the answer and some expensive products. Unlike this, you have a suitable exceptional company and nice customer service. I testify to the sincerity of your company
I ordered three dresses from dresslily. I was nervous because I never order online, however the dresses I ordered were pretty formless so I figured they had to fit. The shipping was fine, they came relatively quickly. However the one thing that never occurred to me was that all the material was so thin you could see right though it. I'm a more conservative dresser and don't really like displaying my underwear. They would have worked for swim coverups but you'd be pretty overdressed! I also live in Arizona with temperatures averaging 110 in summer, so wearing something underneath was simply not an option. So I went to do the return. This all went well and quick. It was weird that I had to take pictures of the 'problem' to prove it, I've returned clothes at other stores with no questions asked. For the record I actually find returning clothes tedious so it's not a common practice for me. Once they agreed to return them I learned the clincher. You do not in anyway get your money back, you get 'credit' to buy more clothes. So please know before you buy, you are gambling, it might work out it might not, and if it doesn't you're simply out of your money.

Ordered super cute bathing suit! Quick shipping. Stitching on the top was little undone. Talked to customer service and they gave a full refund so I can purchase another one and to keep and donate the other suit to someone else. I was refunded within 24 hours. I will be ordering again.

BEWARE of their return policy! There isnt one... they ask you to submit pictures and they'll "review your case and come to a reasonable solution". I got stuff over the winter (a couple of dresses and sweaters) that I loved and were okay quality. Just bought a swim suit and 2 tops from them that were awful quality and now I'm waiting 2 weeks to hear back about a return or even an exchange. I've contacted them about 4 times, submitted photos, and even did a live chat with someone who couldn't help me because the supervisor wasn't available and told me they were "pre-sale" help. They said they marked my request "top priority" and I'll be contacted in up to 24 hours. That was almost 3 days ago. BE SURE YOU'LL LOVE THE ITEM BEFORE YOU BUY OR YOU WONT BE ABLE TO RETURN IT! Look hard at those item reviews just in case you get something everyone said was awful! I wish I did and now I'm stuck with over $60 of unworn and unwashed terrible clothes. I took screenshots of the live chat and my request submissions and I recommend you do the same if you need to try to return things.

After seeing my reviews dresslily offered me a refund without return. Moral of the story: if you're really unhappy with a purchase. And you normally are a good customer, speak up.

I placed my order on April 17th, 2020. None of their tracking information was invalid, so I decided to contact them, only to be told to check my USPS office. USPS kept telling me the tracking is invalid. I tried again and was given the run around. Contacted Paypal and started a case and that's when I was told if my package didn't arrive by 6/17/2020 that they would refund me. The package didn't arrive on or after 6/17/2020. I contacted them again only to be told the same thing check USPS and check if my address was correct. I have already done this and they still are giving me the runaround. Their website states that once it's shipped, which it shipped on April 18th, 2020, it takes 7-15 business days. It's now updated to 10-20 business days, it's been more than 40 business days and they didn't keep their promise even though I have written proof they were going to refund my order.

One day I accidentally found out about a store like dresslily. And I made my first order - it was a Bikini Set. My order came quickly and well Packed. The quality of the product is very pleased with me! Since then, I have already made more than 5 orders for dresslily and I was not mistaken in my choice! I mostly ordered women's clothes! Everything is at the highest level! The quality is great! Good support! And great prices! I recommend dresslily!
Along with horrible correspondence services, and a terribly long wait for delivery, (which is expected with these kinds of websites) when your package actually arrives the items may be damaged, not as described/pictured, or oversized! The clothes are cheaply made, and feel like itchy Halloween costumes.
This company actually had the audacity to send me a dress that was completely cut in half...
