This company is horrible. I never received my order. Then they tell me they can only give me a refund for half of what I paid. Don't order from them.
I made 2 orders to dresslily the same day, the site says 7 to 14 days for delivery, it took them over a month to send my orders and there is still part of one order that I haven't received yet. After contacting customer service I received no help just excusses. They could have cared less about me or getting my orders to me in a timely manner. I will NEVER order from their site again! Granted, I thought I got scammed again but after 2 months, it finally arrived and its absolutely perfect! It fits beautifully and made from good material. I will order again.
1 shirt ordered over two months ago still has not arrived. According to the website orders take 7-15 days after shipment so it has passed the latest shipment date by almost a month now. Tracking number didn't work and customer service was of no help (that's if you are willing to wait the extended time for a real person to answer the phone of chat online with you).

My personal experience felt like a disaster. I ordered 2 bathing suit on March 30. I was excited and played for the 8.99 shipping option. After awhile I have not heard anything from fedex on tracking so i sent them a ticket. The final sent the LABEL on april 19th. They stated because it "sold out" there will be a delay of 7 to 15 businesses days and my other one only 1 or 2 business days, they asked if I want to ship them separately. Okay sure. Once again no information on any products so I sent them Another ticket. When I logged on they sent me the same message as before delays be patient. It's on its way be patient. Finally after ordering on March 30th I got ONE swimsuit on may 4th. Okay well I waited till my scheduled delivery date for my second one (shipped separately remember) amd it never came. I asked to track my package and they said it was ALREADY DELIVERED. Had to explain that they were separated. They said they were going to investigate and never hear back. 5 to 7 business days to locate or 14 in rare cases. Had to call my bank and dispute the charges. What a hassle. If it comes from China, just let me know and dont pull my leg and give me the run around that it is sold out but then continue to sell it.
Other people seem to have luck and others dont.

Even though I received an email on April 8th saying my order had been shipped, NO tracking info has been updated and I've tried (5 times now) reaching out to customer service for help only to get generic emails back. I ordered a dress on April 25 2020. Every time I tried to track the package there was never any information about it, Not even an estimate delivery date. Well now is even worse because when I put the tracking number I says that number it doesn't exist! I sent a message few days ago and nobody has answered me. I have so far contacted email 10 times without resolution and called 4 times and kept on phone 30 mins before they said they couldnt answer call at this time. I a liitlw over 200 lbs and 5/10 and a xl in 3 different shirts is way to small where other companies shirts lg fits me good. One shirt never received, not able to use 15 per/cent off coupon and charged for shipping for item never received. Also email reps cannot even locate your order by giving them your name and address. I ordered a bathing suit a month and a half ago from them & still haven't received it. Tracking number says it hasn't even went anywhere. I chat with them about it and every time I get no where with it. The deadline of when it should've been at my house by was 8 days ago. I would not recommend ordering from them at all. I will never order again. Worst site to possibly order from.
I read these reviews before I ordered and thought I'd take a gamble since I really loved the clothes. Ordered the 5 items 3 weeks ago. One item was an accident, I talked with a chat representative the next day and they informed I would receive a refund in 7-14 business days. Almost a month later, still no refund. My items still show as "processing". Haven't even shipped. I've contacted customer service twice. The first time he said he would send out one of the items in 24 hours. The second time, they showed in their system that nothing was ever shipped. I'd ask for a refund at this point, but since I haven't even gotten that the first time, then I probably won't even receive a refund! Will never order again from here.

I placed first order early this month and recieved a super cute two piece dinosaur tankini. It was a bit small but that was my bad as I did not read their size chart. I placed my second order today very excited as I went by the chart this time, and afterwards checked my bank account, the dollar had changed from Canadian to American, so I was charged around $40 more than I was anticipating. Nowhere in the checkout does it say USD in front of the price. Only when I was emailed the receipt and checking my account was this clear.
I think that if you're changing currency on people you should make sure to state that. Why would my first order be in Canadian then switch to American

I purchased a sweater dress for my wife from Dresslily. The product said $24.76 and I sent payment through PayPal for that amount. But $58 was taken out of my bank account.
