I purchased a dress for my wife that was one size too small. I contacted support and had a response within a few hours stating that I could get a new dress in the correct size for no cost and I could keep the first one as well. I received the new dress within a couple of weeks and it fit my wife perfectly. I was very pleased with the prompt service and the care from the support team. I will definitely place more orders in the future!
Do not order from this company. I ordered my products on 2/15. I had ZERO updates from them after they took my money. On 2/28 I messaged them asking when I would receive shipping updates. They told me it would be shipped by 3/6. Here we are 3/14 and I have zero updated shipping information for an item I needed this week. No place do they say it could possibly take over a month to receive your items. I've now asked for a refund twice and the answer is always a generic "your items have been shipped out" response. Absolute rip off. I order a ton of merchandise online and this is BY FAR my worst experience ever.
I've bought a few times thru the years with them I've had a great experience with them. I've just a little sizing problems, even if I checked on the sizing charts, and I didn't mean that I totally didn't fit me, but it just didn't fit me the way I expected. They've always answer my questions quickly and things have arrived quite quickly too.
I discovered this site back in December. Good quality and awesome prices. As a us sized woman, you always worry about sizing. I found these are true to size and haven't had an issues with my clothes I purchased.
If you do your research then you know that this is a site where things ship from China. So 1- Its going to take a while to get to you. 2- The sizing is waaaaaay off. But with that said the items are cheap and decent quality. If something doesn't fit you can easily talk to customer service and get it fixed. Ive had no issues getting refunds and replacement items.
I carefully read the reviews and checked the website. We are getting to March 8, and I was looking to celebrate the day with my girl friends. After checking the website and reviews, I can say that there is serious concern in the company's communication with their customers. The ways to contact them is complicated, and they always say that it is "high season", so they are bombarded with inquires and they cannot handle the flow. This is not always true, and even if it is, that is not necessarily a positive message you send to other customers; it can mean you have not established a healthy, functional communication with your customers. I decided to stay away and do not place my order despite longing for those beautiful pictures on the website.

Ordered on the 21st of January.
Ordered with flat rate shipping which is 2 weeks.
Two weeks later, and multiple complaints, the order is still processing. Got in touch with live support who said it will not be shipped until 11th February
BUT
I contacted support on the 30th Jan who said: "We have checked the stock availability and We are pleased to inform you that the items you ordered are in stock and are now ready for shipping."
So they lied on the support ticket, and it will 100% not arrive within the two weeks it said as it's not being shipped for another week.

I am a fan of the plus size bathing suits I have bought at least 8 of them in the last 2 years. Read the size chart for each item and you should be good!
Everything I've purchased has come in on time and in wonderful condition. Their customer service is prompt and easy. Make sure you triple check those size charts because no two items fit the same.
10/10 would buy again.
I RECENTLY ORDERED A JACKET FROM DRESSLILY. THE JACKET WAS TOO SMALL. AFTER READING THEIR RETURN POLICY I REALIZED THAT IT WAS UNECONOMICAL TO RETURN IT WHEN I COULD JUST REORDER A LARGER SIZE AND DO SOMETHING ELSE WITH THE SMALLER JACKET. Eu amei meus produtos! Veio tudo com ótima qualidade, eu realmente gostei bastante, meu produto favorito foi a bolsa, a qualidade é excelente. Chegou razoavelmente rápido já que aqui no Brasil as encomendas demoram mesmo, chegou em 2 meses.
Já comprei diversas vezes na dresslily, desde roupas a utensílios domésticos, e tudo sempre chegou de forma muito rápida (mesmo meu país tendo alguns problemas de processamento de correios) na média de 1 mês sempre chega meus pedidos, sempre com a qualidade excelente!
A equipe também tem um bom atendimento, um produto que comprei ficou fora de estoque e eles entraram em contato para resolver, e saber o que gostaria de fazer (esperar para voltar o estoque, ou escolher outro produto) e assim foi feito e enviado. Continuarei sempre comprando A++++
Dresslily is a scam!
I've made a order of two products in Oct 01,2019 04:05:45 AM
Supposedly they were sent in two packages, the first in October 6,2019 11:18:35 and the second in October 17,2019 09:25:33. If the order was made at the same time, why the 10 day difference to sent a item? Notice that I've received the the first package before Halloween, but for the second package they ask me to wait till the 16th of December.
They gave me a tracking number that I can follow online, and yet the post office in my country clearly tells me that that code does not exist in their database, in fact they compliment with the information on the website, and say that if it was received in Portugal, it would have a smaller code began with RT or RV.
When I call them out explaining that the package was never received, the information I have is that I have to wait while they keep stalling for time. Can somebody explain how can a order take two months to be delivered?
Again when they were faced with the situation at hand, instead of assuming that something probably went wrong on their side, they immediately direct me to your terms and conditions where they claimed they won't take responsibility if I didn't bought any kind of insurance.
I already considered the money I paid as lost funds, but I'm warning you DO NOT TRUST DRESSLILY!
Today is the 18th of December and still nothing. Don't get fooled like I was.

I have shopped with Dresslily a lot over the last few months and have always found their products to be of good quality and at a good price. Just be sure to double check the size guide before ordering, overall though, very good.

I received my items on the ninth and the 11th, far sooner than the date the picture I posted shows. The outfits both fit as expected. Im not a fan of the material on the dress I ordered but was glad it was a stretchy material since my bust wouldn't have allowed the dress to fit me. The coat material was much better.
Former post * I am severely disappointed that it's going to take over a month to receive the Christmas outfits I ordered. I wouldn't have bothered ordering them if I had known they wouldn't arrive until December 26!

As I mentioned in the title, I love this site's Gothic selection: lots of dark lace, flared sleeves, straps and corsets. And, surprisingly, also in other colors than only black.
On all the dresses I ordered, the material feels nice on the skin. Plus they are very flattering for the figure.
They got to me (I'm in Germany), in about 7 to 10 days, which is awesome, given the fact that they come all the way from China.
I'm taking one star away because, on some products, the sizing chart was a bit off, so I guess the first order was a trial and error one, which size would fit me. In general, everything tends to run a bit large! Except for the pink dress: that was an L and fits rather snug.
I wasn't so disappointed as to want to send anything back yet, so I don't know about customer service. I just gave the products that were too large for me to my mom, and she was happy too.
