I love the selections provided on dresslily. One thing I recommend is to pay for express shipping as the free shipping can take over 20 days. Anytime I had an issue their support team was quick to respond and help. Overall great selection and great service! :)
Ordered a piece of clothing - didn't ship for 10 days, then I find out it's not expected to for another 2 weeks. This is not acceptable.
They have refunded my purchase, but given that this was for a Christmas party (that I ordered for 3 weeks in advance!), I now don't have time to get a replacement.

After a month, with several inquiries on my part, I finally received the new jacket. Although I verified that the size was a men's (US) XL, I received a (UK) XL which would fit one of my kids. I emailed Dresslily about getting an RA# and returning it, but unlike every store with which I'm familiar, there is NO FULL REFUND! Here are the options:

Their products are beautiful and of good quality, prices normal, shipping time normal and they offer premium customer support.
I was very pleased with my entire experience. I got some very cute clothes at an amazing price. Shipping times were very decent. My item were well made and look just like the picture on the website. The top I ordered was very flattering. And I got a Halloween themed dress that I wore out to an event and got so many compliments on! I have no complaints and will certainly be ordering again!

Ordered and paid on October 23. It is now November 15. The tracking number is invalid. Even though I told them it's invalid all they do is repeat the same tracking number over and over again. When I told them I want my money back they responded again with this invalid tracking number.

I always recieve my orders exceptionally quick. Clothes are of great quality. Website is very easy to use and follow, and their size guides are fantastic. I am always recommending the website to friends and family.
I live in Argentina and so far I got all the items delivered to me in perfect conditions. I tried different items from the site, from clothes and shoes to bags, accessories and even a few lispticks and they all amazed me with the quality, especially considering the price we pay for them. It has nice, trendy and affordable pieces that always get me compliments!
