I have placed two orders so far consisting of 5 items. 4 of the 5 items arrived as described. The fit of one of the shirts was not as expected, it was much shorter than it appeared in the photo. I was able to arrange for a partial refund to avoid paying shipping for returning it.
The product I ordered not only arrived early but looked amazing and fit exactly the way I wanted! Even better, I've gotten some amazing compliments everytime I wear it!
I bought two dresses that proved to be the best choice. They are beautiful and have quality material. There are exactly like that on the site.
Got an amazing skull and Rose's dress from wish. Was so excited when I got the dress and it was just as on the site. Made sure to order lager than normal due to the sizing difference and it fits great. Couldn't have asked for better! Shipping was faster than expected.
I love the shirt I ordered. It's super soft, cute and fits perfectly. The company does a great job at communicating with its customers online as well.
DressLily is a great site with wonderful products in both clothing and accessories. Whether they have items on sale, discounted or they give you coupons in your email everything is pretty affordable (and I'm a mom of 4 so if I'm buying things it has to be super affordable.) If there's any issues with an item customer service is quick to respond and get things taken care of. Shipping is also pretty fast.
I decided to order a cute sweater that I saw on FB from Dresslily, and I love it! It's so soft and the color is just right. I did order up in size... I wear a US M/L so I got a 2XL and I love the way it fits.
This is not the first time I have ordered this store. As always, everything is fine.

I'd honestly expected a less quality item, as this was my first purchase, but the material of the shirt was amazing. Much more than I'd anticipated and it is why I've purchased from them again. The selection is awesome and the products cover a wide range of styles and tastes.
Be prepared to keep all swimsuits you order, regardless of whether you try them on. I ordered a few different sizes hoping one would be right. Once I found one that fit, I wanted to return what didn't. That's when I learned that swimsuits aren't returnable under any circumstances even untried and unopened, still in the package. After numerous emails back and forth, I was refunded 20% of my order. This doesn't work well with the way I shop online.
That said, the swimsuits were lovely and seemed like a good value for the price. If you can figure out your correct size, and you're sure of styles that will look good on you, then go for it.
Every dress was perfect! The shipping was fast, very happy about the items. Would recommend it for sure!

I love that they have a plus sized section, plus plenty of unique and goth styled pieces. Everything I've ordered has been pretty true to size, make sure to look at reviews!
They frequently have sales which makes their awesome pricing even better.
For the price, the quality of the items is pretty nice and every piece comes in a very nice, branded, zip lock type bag.
