The website advertises a 10-18 day shipping time, but doesn't include "processing" time, during which the order will sit in their warehouse with a "packed" status for weeks. If you contact their customer support to find out when your package might arrive, they will basically tell you it will get there when they feel like shipping it out. This business is extremely sketchy and should be avoided at all costs.

I really wanted to like this place the clothes seem pretty awesome the designs the patterns the sweaters but half the time you order things you wait a long time only to find out it's out of stock and when things do arrive it is poorly made

Don't waste your money

Dresses not well made. The materials are very flimsy. Return process is RIDICULOUS & NOT EASY. Sizing was pretty accurate. I did by the size I usually wear and one size bigger.

Very poor service
June 30, 2021

I ordered a swim suit from dressily on 6/19 and was told I would receive the package in 8 to 10 days. Today is 6/30 and yet to receive my order. I was told that it would arrive o 7/2@ 9 pm. Very poor results.

Ordered a bathing suit and 2 dresses, I noticed the address was wrong never received product asked for refund and they stated the delivery people destroyed the package therefore no refund grrrrr THIS IS A SCAM company dont ever purchase anything from here just throwing money away

My order was lost in the mail and this company refused to do anything about it. They made me pay for a new order and then when it arrived the size was way wrong, and they still refuse to do anything to help me. The dress I did receive was of poor quality and definitely not worth the 40 dollars plus shipping I paid for it. I definitely won't be recommending this company to anyone I know.

I downloaded the app and bought a dress since I wanted to treat myself after being in and out of the Er and the app had my old address. I went to Edit typed in my new address and saved it as my default address. Then I find out my dress got shipped to my old address which customer service was basically like we don't care, and now it's your problem to track down your dress and try to get it. I will NEVER EVER shop here again what a waste of time and my hard earned money!

Refunded only part
April 24, 2021

They sent me 18 items of which 17 were garbage. Really low quality and weird sizes. Then I wanted a refund. They said that I should send them the packages and they would refund me the delivery cost afterwards.

So I trusted them. Then they refunded me only a part of what they should have. They literally stole money from me for no reason!

I absolutely advice against buying here!

SCAM Company

SCAM COMPANY!
Promised to refund my postage but kept my money instead. The clothes are cheaply made in China. Horrible products sold from the website deceiving customers by showing beautiful images.
Items are not as described, arrived ripped and looked used.
They've blocked me from live chat because I've asked for my refund after returning the tissue like material clothing to their warehouse in Spain.

The website has a satisfactory button which doesn't work or bring up anything. I wonder why the satisfactory button doesn't work!

I still want my postage refund as promised.

Hope Jessica Chan and the rest of the incompetent managers reads this message,
Not sure why this company has a marketing social media team responding back to bad reviews. This company sucks and you all know that. It pays the bills though I suppose. I bet none of the people working for such ridiculous company would take the clothings if it was for free, that's how pathetic this company is as well as their products.

I bought several items from their website and only half of my order was delivered and it was months and months after my order was placed. I was charged the full amount and only half arrived. The jewelry was extremely cheap and two necklaces broke after one wear. Terrible service, not good quality. Will never order from here again.

Too many red flags
March 3, 2021

First I made an order in January 13,2021. I thought the prices were reasonable and maybe a little to good to be true. I looked at the return policy, the only thing that I saw was returns allowed within 30 days of receiving order, so I pushed my concerns aside. They immediately charged my card but I noticed my shipping information didn't change for a long time. I received my order today March 1,2021. I tried on all the clothes and they were all way too big. The quality wasn't that great and I wanted to return the whole order. Once I contacted Customer Service I was given three options. #1 keep items and receive a 20% immediate store credit. #2 exchange the items for correct size, pay for returning items to the warehouse and once it was received they would send me the correct size #3 pay for shipping the items back to warehouse and get store credit.
There was no option for getting my money back.
The quality of the items are subpar.
I would not recommend using them to anyone.

I ordered a dress and their locater inserted the wrong address. I didn't notice until a few seconds after the order went through. I changed it immediately and this was BEFORE the package shipped. Now that is my bad and my fault. But the order was sent to the wrong address. However, I contacted them and they wanted me to ask the person at the wrong address about the package. Something that I hesitantly did since we are in a pandemic. Luckily, my neighbor was nice and did tell me they never received it, despite USPS claiming to have delivered it. I contacted USPS and they sent an email saying the package was essentially lost. I kept dresslily up to date on these developments and each reply from them was curt and rude. I felt like I was basically treated like a criminal trying to steal from them. Or that is was some big drag to put up with me. That or they really don't care about their customers and just copy/paste replies to their tickets. The last message from them I read was especially rude. I just wanted what I paid for. Other COMPETENT online stores have policies and refunds for issues such as these. Judging by the other reviews, they clearly have no idea what to do when something goes wrong and it looks like it goes wrong a lot. I only ordered one other thing from them and I will never order from them again. There are other dress stores that will be less of a headache. I put this on a few other review sites, just to warn others away from the nightmare.

Not good

Easily the worst of the chinese clothing websites Ive used. I ordered something for my niece for Christmas. Went to a confirmation page. I check on the order after a couple weeks right before Christmas and they cancelled payment and the order without notifying me. Super.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING!

I ordered some merchandise on 11/27/20! After, trying to track, no luck, chatting with them, and was told to" patiently wait!" Its now 12/15! Contacted BBB, Crefit card to hold on payment! Contacted Postal and USPS! Got a call from my local who told me there was no shipping label put on it until 12/11! They had tracked it for me! Hoping I will receive it by 12/2020! My goodness. What a run around! NOT worth it, al all! NOT ON MY SHOPPING LIST ANYMORE & ADVICE YOU NOT!

Thieves and liars

Clothes take at least a month to get to you from China. Clothes are of flimsy, cheap material, and look nothing like the pictures. Sizes are all wrong too. Then when you try to return them, they LIE and say they never got the package!

The first time I ordered from dresslily, it took over four months to get my item and it was nothing like I had ordered - and about 4 sizes too large.

I recently tried to give them another shot since my first experience had been about 5 year prior. It's been nearly two months since I ordered my items and sp haven't received them, nor has my money been refunded. When reaching out to their customer service, I was instructed to reach out to their carrier! It has been a complete run around and resolution does not look likely through this route.

Ripped off

I sent back clothes to dresslily and they wanted the SCU number off the tags. They don't mention that and you need the SCU numbers to get a refund. $100.00 lost!
$#*!ty customer service and cheap clothes. Stay away from these people!
Very difficult return policy. No one to phone or email or text! Very angry with them. They send rotten clothes from Rose Gal even though they are called Dresslily and don't tell you! This another rip off company. You are better off buying clothes from Canada: better quality and not in US dollars.
