I have ordered from them three times. Their sizing is never consistent. If you order, you may or may not get the size you need. They are very responsive, but what good is that if they constantly send you things that don't fit? Tried my best. Recommendation: Go somewhere else for maixmum happy.

Ordered on Nov 5th, shipping label created on Nov 19th, shipped on Nov 26th and its still sitting at some 3rd party shopping company on Dec 1st. Ordered an outfit. Did not arrive in time for my event. Asked for an RMA. "Junior" said to keep outfit and he would refund my credit card or he would put the refund in my virtual wallet. I said sure to the wallet. Ghosted me for a month….I call credit card. Credit card gives me my money. Dresslily disputes charge says I didn't return it! Credit card charges me again. Dresslily is scam company! Btw my credit card notified my credit report. They knocked me down a few points. Thanks dresslily!

I adore Dresslily! Nearly my whole wardrobe is from them at this point. The app is easy to use and offers discounts not available on the regular site. They include size charts with each item so as long as you know you're measurements, you should always get the right size. I'm a medium (US) and usually medium is right on the site, but there's been two times I needed a large and once a small. I had my doubts and they turned out to be correct. What you see is not what you get with this website. What you get is a thin, stretchy, what I'm going to call a "Chinese knockoff" or even what you might call a "Wish" knockoff. The pattern you want to buy is printed onto this super thin, stretchy material. Thin to the point that if you didn't get the proper size or if the material needs to stretch you're going to see through it. I bought multiple pieces all with the same result but I've provided pictures for 1, the 1 that I was really excited for and the whole reason I broke down and ordered in the first place. If there is ribbon on any piece of clothing ordered it's thin, gift wrap ribbon. Super cheap material. I do not recommend buying from this website, it is not as it appears, no matter how good it looks.

Placed two orders and received the smaller priced one. Thw larger one is missing and they refused to issue a refund and offered 100pts. We have been through all their chats and messages. We called them and they said they could not talk due to system issues and never called back. We contacted the cc company and they will be pursuing this further. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Addicted to this place! They don't always have the best quality but the prices can't be beat. Also, the customer service is unlike any other. They are so nice and accomodating. This is why I started with a couple items here and there (they often have free shipping with no order minimum) and then once I got a feel for their quality and sizing I continued ordering more items that fit well and will be great for summer. I appreciate the way they treat me as a customer and so I will keep coming back!

The WORST website ever! The quality is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AND CHEAP! I placed an order of a dress which cost me 274$ with shipping, i received it and was completely shocked of how awful it was! Tried to comunicate with the company which took forever for them to reply back, i wanted to send the dress back because obviously i didnt want to keep it and simply wanted a refund, and they had the audacity to give me some silly excuses that the order is specially made for every custer etc. and after a month and a half of trying to resolve the problem they agreed to refund me 19.31$. One star is being generous. I've ordered twice. First order the clothes and materials were terrible and fit very awkward. Their ads make the clothes look so good, so they got me a second time. Over a month after I placed this order I noticed the tracking said 'delivered' about a week prior to me checking. I've never seen this package. I reached out via email, phone and live chat. I was asked to be patient and they would get back to me in 7-10 days. Apparently my package was sent back due to address issue. Crazy I've lived here for over 5 years amd have recieved almost ALL packages/mail, my address was exact and complete. The customer service is terrible and VERY hard to understand (sorry). So, over a month later, no answers, package, refund... nothing. Overall, terrible experience. -5 stars
I bought 6 items from Dresslily and it was made into 3 different packages. I recieved 2 of these and one of them is still, in the middle of January, lost without a trace. The Customer service is terrible, none of my questions were answered and later I was only asked to wait until 25th February, but I found out, that after 3 months after shipping out the item, nothing will be done anymore. I have made several tickets adressing my situation, and no help yet. I have asked for a refund, but I have been told to wait and wait. I cannot make a formal complaint ticket as well.
About the items, I bought 3 different swimsuits and 3 dresses, all in same size. Every swimsuit was bigger than the other, and one I even had to sew myself, because it looked really weird and was way too big. One of the dress looked really nice, but there were showing threads and in close. It did not look as good. The other dress was also too big for the size and the fabric was not so good. Overall I loved the swimsuits, since they were made very well, except for the size.
I ordered from Dresslily back in late November 2021 and have been actively checking the tracking website for my order. It hasn't updated since November, saying it's in transit. When I tried going to customer service, I couldn't even but a ticket in because it said the verification code was incorrect. Overall I'm not pleased with Dresslily's service.
I ordered a dress for Christmas in early December which I planned to wear on Christmas Eve. The shipping was expensive and the last date to receive it was 12/24/21. It did not arrive until 12/28/21. I do like the dress and will wear it December of 2022, but I was disappointed in the arrival time.
I have never ordered from DressLily before. I am 24 years old. I didn't add my confirmation email because my personal info was on it, but I do have an email. I ordered the dress on 12/3/21.
It takes over a week sometimes two weeks just to process the order. Then it will finally ship and that takes another week or two. Do not order if you want anything for the season you are in or for a special occasion unless you order 2 months ahead. It is ridiculous that it takes this long.
My package was supposed to arrive within 10-15 days, its been a month and it still says "Shipped out". Very disappointed. They keep responding to my messages with "Please kindly wait for your order." I need this dress for Halloween and its no where to be seen. I would never buy from them again and never recommend them to someone.
It is now the day after Halloween and my package is still on a plane somewhere.
Customer service won't answer any of my questions. Extremely disappointed.
