I got a variety of items and am happy with them all! My favorite is the U Neck contour tank with build in bra. I reordered several of them, they are so comfortable and offer support even with no bra (and even for the larger-chested ladies)!
The product I ordered was cut extremely small, I which I understand from a different country but I should be able to get an exchange or a full refund. I was offered 10%refund for items I can't do anything with.

I have already indicated to you that it is too large, I will never be able to wear this. It is very beautiful I love it it is extremely heavy not sure how hot it's going to be but there is no way on earth and it is a large which is at 8:10 I believe which is what I wear but this is huge the elastic in the back just hangs down to my behind the breast area is for some woman that has huge breast I do not
My package was stolen and customer service was no help they keep referring me to the horrible delivery service they use who referred me back to Chicme. No offer to resend the items or give me a credit. I lost $80 and have no outfits. Will never buy from them again
Great experience ordering from chicme. The item fitted perfectly for a wedding. Only issue was how long it took to delivery, but not a major problem, as I received the item on time.
Items were never delivered. Contacted the company several times. They would not do anything for me. They just said it's on the shipping company. No help contacting them either.
Took over a month to receive. Still waiting for another item. Zipper was broken in the first shipment. Refund for another item I purchased was 3% of the total. Totally not worth it.
I updated my address in my profile, spoke to several support personnel, and still my items were not only split into two packages, that arrived in different dates, but delivered to the wrong address.

Took a long time and when I wanted to cancel my order they didn't and wouldn't return my money. They then decided to ship the products. Everything I got was too big and cheaply made. Never again!
Awful experience. Will never use against did t receive dress and nobody would help in dealing: instead told me to contact delivery company. I don't even know the delivery company: would not buy from Thai company

My experience was very positive as what I ordered was a very popular item as such was out of stock. I was continually contacted to either wait for this to be restocked or refunded. I decided to wait. They were very responsive & I received my clothing and they are perfect!
Website wasn't updated when i put my last order in for my girlfriend…i try to surprise her with things but the wait time is always long and the inventory is never up to date…i put my order in weeks ago and recently found out one of the items wasn't in stock and discontinued…i asked for a refund they recommended pick another item and put in my cart…said item is still in my cart…delivery has been split into 3 deliveries and i haven't received anything yet…i don't think i will be using this site again…i need something more reliable and expedited…shouldn't take this long to pack and deliver (a month really)!

Took quite a while to come as they had to re stock but replied straight away when I queried it! Lovely dress and great fit so very pleased overall.
My first day wearing this product, the zipper broke. Thankfully I had a scarf to cover myself, but it was really inconvenient as I was traveling and had to wear it like that on the plane. Would not recommend to anyone.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
Answer: I agree. Order one size they send the wrong size, and when you call them out on it, they lie and say the size they sent is correct it's just too big, as though I don't know my size! Especially when the other items same size do fit!
