I ordered 3 items $40 each one and where delivered late When I tried them I noticed that not fit started to return and they didn't accept my return They didn't send the return label. I lost $120
I ordered a jacket. When it arrived it was out of shape and didn't fit. There were no instructions anywhere I could find on how to return it. I opened an online chat and asked, but no-one responded so having waited online for an hour I came off it and tried to find an email. This was equally difficult - it's as if they don't want you to return anything! I found an email so sent an email. I waited another week to get a reply but didn't get one, so I googled in other chats and found another email address that someone had used in the same circumstances. This person replied and said I couldn't return because I was now out the timescales (by a couple of days!). I pointed out that I wasn't when I had tried to get hold of them originally and had there been clear instructions either online or on the packaging when it arrived I wouldn't be. They offered $5 coupon! I pointed out this was useless as I had a £35 jacket that doesn't fit, and I was absolutely not going to be buying something else and giving them more money so that I could use a $5 (what a con!) so they offered me $10. I said this wasn't acceptable and that I would even be willing to exchange instead of return to try a smaller size, which would cost them nothing and actually save them the $10 but they refused and told me to have a nice day! I will never be buying from them again. PS. Anyone want to buy an out of shape £35 jacket that doesn't fit well?
I wanted to return item because it was too big but getting in touch with customer service was absolutely ridiculous. Quality was good though and ended up just giving it to a friend

Very slow, has no variety of shoes Very slow, lacks a variety of shoes, needs more variety of clothing and accessories
The product took 3 weeks to arrive, but when it did it was the wrong size. Customer services were great but 7 weeks from ordering and I'm still waiting for the right size to be shipped.

Waited 2 weeks for my order and it was sent to the wrong address, when I finally tracked it down I was told that it had been sent back to sender, contacted chic me and requested that my order be sent back to me with a quicker delivery time due to the inconvenience, 3 weeks later I'm still waiting for my order… not good enough

I tried to return an item, as it was to big, they would not give me a full refund. I agreed upon a 15% refund and I would keep the item. Which after numerous times I told them I had no use for! They still insisted. I haven't received the 15% refund. Will not do business with this company ever again

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
Answer: I agree. Order one size they send the wrong size, and when you call them out on it, they lie and say the size they sent is correct it's just too big, as though I don't know my size! Especially when the other items same size do fit!
