PLEASE LISTEN TO ONE STAR REVIEWS! I was an idiot and did not look at reviews before I ordered. Now they have my money and I have 4 out of 9 items missing. And further more 3 out of the 5 items I did receive were nothing like the pictures on the website! DO NOT RISK IT!
Please listen to all of the 1 star reviews below. It is not worth the risk that you will be the 1 out of 20 people that get at least part of your order. I don't even believe that those people exist, I think they are fake entries by the company. I have also been waiting over 3 weeks for my order, I paid extra for a tracking number that never worked on the postal website, the "customer service" agents do respond quickly, but with excuses and requests to continue to wait.
This site is absolutely a scam and they are raking in your dollars without repercussions - DO NOT trust it!
If I could give them ZERO stars I would. This site is HORRIBLE. For the people who said they were able to get their orders, well you guys are the lucky few they picked out of a hat and decided to be do business with so they can stay relevant. Unfortunately for everyone else, they are scamming us. I ordered a few items from them on Oct. 28th 2013 for Christmas, and it NEVER came. It's Jan 8th 2014 and after numerous emails back and forth with multiple "customer support" representatives, I still haven't received my merchandise. I was promised a full refund by the 5th if my orders hadn't arrived, and that too was a complete LIE. Paypal refused to make a dispute, for some reason they said I cannot dispute the transaction even though those a**holes took my money the next day after I made the purchase. I've decided to just let them keep the money because they've already ruined my Christmas gift plans so it's stress I don't need or want to deal with. Just an advice, DO NOT BUY A DAMN THING FROM THESE PEOPLE.
This has been my worst online shopping experience ever. Lesson learned: when it is too good to be true in online shopping, it is. I paid for expedited shipping on December 18th 2013 and still haven't received any of my items. They are saying that since one item did not say ships within 24 hours and it is on back order, that they were waiting for it to come in to ship everything, even though I wrote a note to them stating that I was paying for expediting shipping because they were Christmas gifts.
Communicating with customer service is hell. After emailing back and forth for two weeks and getting no where, I finally disputed the charge on Paypal. They then said they would send me the items if I cancelled my dispute. I told them I would only cancel my dispute if I had it in writing that they would send the items on expedited shipping at their expense and they would refund me the money I paid for the shipping. Over a week of emails and getting no where. Finally, I called Paypal and they said that if I canceled the dispute and they didn't send the items, I would not be able to open the dispute back up and that I should not cancel a dispute until I received the items. Additionally, their contract with paypal states that they will deliver the items within 7 days of payment. Paypal has taken it upon themselves to escalate my dispute to a claim and they are dealing with it now.
It was cute clothing. VERY VERY inexpensive because I couldn't spend much on Christmas this year, but it has ended up costing me much aggravation while they are holding my money and items hostage. I will NEVER shop on DressLily.com again. Buyers beware.
Terrible. Can't even get hold of them to cancel my order after they overcharged me by over 50%. So I am cancelling my order and reclaiming my funds through my credit card company - thankfully I paid on my credit card through paypal!

Guys. Don't buy anything from this site. I made a mistake that I chose to buy something from these crooks. They cheat u at every step. Once you place an order they won't help you with any kind of tracking. After complaining for almost 5 times finally i got my product after 30 days and after that i was charged £13 for the postage on top the postage which they had already charged me during the billing.
When i went back to complain they had blocked the complaint section and i wasn't able to send any kind of emails. They don't have any telephonic customer support.

I ordered a dress from dress lily and then read some reviews on it and got super scared. I emailed their customer service team asap, all of my emails were responded to and my dress got to me quickly! I am so please with dress lily and will buy more In the future
Trust me when I say DO NOT buy from this website, even though it appears they have good products and cheap prices. I had a bad vibe when I was purchasing my item but I went through with it anyway because my sister really wanted a certain item for Christmas. It has now been 35+ days since it was supposedly 'shipped' (the tracking number doesn't work) and still nothing. It was supposed to take 14 days. It took multiple emails for them to even answer me once and they told me to wait, but that was over a week ago. I have had to file a paypal dispute with them because they refuse to co-operate and communicate, it's so frustrating and now I have no Christmas present to show for it. STAY AWAY.
Horrible horrible horrible site. Dress lily ruined my first online shopping experience. Got 2/3 of my items. It's christmas time and I was hoping to get all my of items by then. And I had to pay an extra 40 dollars due to duties and taxes. It would have been helpful if they warned me on the page where I would be paying. My order was 70.50 all together but with the delivery fee and taxes and all that junk. Ended up paying 130. So screw this site. Never again

I have purchased a couple of items the last one a animal print jacket. It looks fabulous on and very happy with the workmanship & style. I purchased the Large but my girlfriend is bigger than me and would love one as well. So Dresslilly you have to make more of your clothes in XLarge sizes as well as there a fuller woman out there that would love to buy as well.
ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE OR TRUST THIS SITE. Their products may be cheap, but the quality is terrible. I ordered a dress and the seams were all ripped and mangled. Plus, their sizing is off my probably 10 sizes. I wear a size small and it felt like a small in little girls. I argued for TWO MONTHS with the company until they finally decided to send me a new one, BUT I STILL HAD TO PAY FOR SHIPPING. Both orders took over a month to get to my house. Terrible customer service. They wasted a THIRD of my year on their bullcrap.

I ordered a pair of boots for Christmas. They were brilliant and comfortable. The customer service is incredible and the prices are very low! I would recommend this site to anyone. Beautiful clothes and excellent prices, how could anyone resist!
