I ordered a couple items, wanting to wear a particular dress on my birthday, March 14. I ordered February 21, paid for 3-5 day shipping. My order was still processing give days later, they took my money. Going back and forth with a lady named Lucy, she kept giving me the same response. I told them I dint buy the fact that items weren't in stock, because if they weren't the website should state that right under the description. Nope, sane feedings "so sorry items aren't in stock, we'll ship them on March 14, we'll give you coupon, 6%" bs. I said no that's inexcusable. I didn't pay extra for nothing. She gave me two options, order different items so cancel. I had no other choice but to cancel. Now I'm waiting for my money back. I should have just went to dress barn. Such a waste. Don't waste your time or your money. What customer service I've ever dealt with, all I do is online shopping these days. Ugh
Oh God... I bought lots of dresses as i thought the price is very cheap but i end up paying more for the courier service. I chose 7-14 days delivery but after a month i still have not received anything from them. They told me the items that i ordered out of stock. This is ridiculous!
I am very unhappy because i paid my money for four items that was never mailed to me in its been three weeks in dress lily your gonna regret $#*!n wit plp money then they also have my info smh never will i shop on cheap sites that have worried $#*! names again...
Ok. So I didn't look up reviews when I first ordered from the site (silly, I know), but with items being so inexpensive, I thought well, why not! So, yes. Shipping is more than normal and takes a bit of time. BUT I LOVED the items I got, and I still ended up spending much less than I would have spent
I do not understand all these negative reviews. I found this site a few days ago, while I was waiting on my order from dreslily.com, and got worried I had been scammed (it did take a few weeks to arrive, but come on i'm all the way in Denmark and they gave me free shipping!). But it came today, everything exactly as pictured, I am super stoked! There are sizing charts on the site, don't know if the negative reviewers maybe missed that. But I am super happy with everything! :)
I only wish I had read all the reviews before I bought items from dresslily. I bought 4 items, only 3 were shipped, Out of the 3, one was a wrong color. Not the one I had ordered & the other 2, I wish I could show pictures! What poor quality. Horrible! Buttons from the jackets were hanging out loose, not even aligned properly, very very poor quality. I paid double for shipping. I wish I had purchased here & bought quality clothing. Lesson learnt but at a cost!. Never ever buy anything from here!
I ordered a dress from dressily for an upcoming Vegas trip. Luckily, I ordered it months in advance. It took over a month to get here. However, I will not be wearing this dress in Vegas. The dress looks like a shrunken version of the online picture. The back was supposed to be low (right above the butt), and it goes about half-way up my back. I am only 4'11"! Also, it is so short that even I can't wear it. Imagine a normal-sized woman!
SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Says FREE SHIPPING... that a LIE! In fact shipping was doubled. I order $300 plus dollars worth of products since January. Up to date nothing was received. I tried contacting them, which is the only way be opening tickets... NO RESPONSE. DO NOT SHOP HERE... WISH I HAD READ THIS SITE BEFORE!
Worth noting that if you read down the list a couple of the 5* reviews say EXACTLY the same thing but are from different people, this is clearly the site posting reviews. I almost ordered from them then saw this. I haven't risked it. You probably shouldn't either, some if not all of the good reviews on here could be fake.
Disgusting i cant believe I've been waiting over a month for my order and going back n forth for a week via email... then i tell them the only way i want my order now is if my shipping fee gets waived... dnt u know this martin guy has the nerve to tell me he cancelled my order and best wishes and my money would be put back in my acct in a week... no no no i dnt think so they took the money right out with out even shipping anything and now has the nerve to make me wait for my money plz plz never ever order from this site u will be kicking yourself...
I ordered a pair of shoes on the 23rd of January; they clearly stated on their website, and the items page, that they'd ship the product within 24 hours. It actually took them 7 days to ship my item. I received my purchase mid-February. I was annoyed by the fact that they did not follow through with their shipping description, however I was glad to receive my item in good condition.
I had not researched information about Dresslily.com when I found their website, which was stupid of me, but luckily I haven't had a negative outcome. However, now I've taken the time to read reviews about this website, and have heard nothing but negative feedback. Typically in regards to customers orders never being shipped, never arriving. I was shocked by this, due to my somewhat positive outcome in dealing with Dresslily.
I've also read on the ScamAdviser website that Dresslily is not safe, and is a 100% scam. Again, I was shocked by this as I was not scammed. But I will be cautious from now on. I'm uncertain on whether I'll order from them again after what I've read.
The good reviews come from new users and there from dressily I had to fight for my money which I did not ever get back my dress never came in 3 months of waiting I called my bank and reported them to fraud The government should not allow this site to make money off of us. its already been 2 or 3 years since that never got my money
I live in Pennsylvania (USA) & I bought 3 dresses and a pair of long socks on Feb 5 and received them on Feb 17 - which is a lot quicker than I had expected. The dresses have strings hanging off, but nothing a pair of scissors can't take care of. Overall quality is decent - actually better than I was expecting. I was excited that my total was only $31, but the shipping was over double that ($33). I paid with Paypal and haven't had any issues as of yet. Like someone had posted already- next time I'd rather spend the money on a more quality item than on the shipping.
I ordered from this website after I got great service from one with a similar name. I have not received one item yet. I complained on their Facebook site and they finally answered, blaming the delay on the Chinese New Year. I am angry, frustrated and ripped off. I wish I had read these reviews first. Zulily however is a wonderful site so I just assumed the same for these rip off artists.Do Not Order from these people!

I haven't actually ordered anything yet, however a few red flags have come my way even before WANTING to buy anything. I noticed that sometimes there would be terrible spelling mistakes on the website and descriptions of the clothes, the skin of the site looks far too much like rosewholesale.com and plenty of the models as well as the clothes advertised were swapped between the two websites. I checked the reviews for both of these sites and it just seems a little bit unsettling with all of the negative reviews. With these sorts of red flags happening as well as the extremely negative results I don't believe I'll be buying anything. I hope that others notice these red flags!
I ordered three items from this website. It took over two months, they charged almost as much in shipping as the items cost. Two of the three items came, and they are nothing like the picture. They are not the same color, shape nor make of the item in the picture. Would not order from them again nor suggest this site to anyone else.
I ordered a dress about a month ago right before looking at all of these reviews saying the whole website is a scam. This of course made me very upset but i had used a prepaid visa gift card so the worst case scenario would have been i didnt get the dress. To my surprise it actually came yesterday. It is a replica of a guess bodycon dress. Although it is not the most amazing sewing job, after putting it on, it looked amazing and no one would ever know it wasnt a real wrap bodycon dress from guess. It was gorgeous on. I wish I could tell everyone to go out and buy from the site but I guess its a hit and miss and I got lucky.
