This is an horrible site to purchase from! I purchased my item back in November. Come to find three weeks later that my product is out of stock (even though it was in stock when I gave them money). Then after stating I would rather be reimbursed rather than choose another item, my product was suddenly back in stock. Said item was supposedly shipped out. Almost 3 months later I have yet to receive my item and for the last three weeks I have had no reply to my messages being sent to the so-called help desk. I feel as though I just gave money away with the misconception that it was in exchange for a coat (which by now I have forgotten what it looks like and IF I ever do get it, chances are it will be the incorrect item). Online shoppers beware.
I would not order from this site again- I ordered a Christmas gift on Dec 9 and received notification that it would ship in time. It finally came in mid January. Their customer service was really bad and the US phone number doesn't work. Beware!
HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! Such a scam! They have a intermediate company named myib.com that they supposedly work through who seems to be in the scam right along with them. Luckily I went through paypal, and have them to go after this piece of $#*! company.
DON'T DO IT. DON'T DO IT! Ugh, I wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered. First of all, the 5 star reviews all use the same wording, so you know they're not real. Ok, so I ordered 2 "coats" - long, oversized faux fur hooded, deep grey and black coats. They are not long. They are not coats, they are light jackets. They oversized hood fits my toddlers head, not my teen daughters heads who I ordered the "coats" for. They don't even look like they belong on this "coat!" The deep grey is a very light grey. The black color is ok. The sleeves are very short and one of them is longer than the other on BOTH "coats" - I emailed them to let them know and they tell me they're celebrating the chinese new year until the 8th, but their website says they're celebrating til the 5th. They say they'll get back to me then. I'm not waiting. Based on the rest of these reviews and the "timely manner" they reply to everyone else, I opened a dispute with paypal right away. Seriously, don't do it. You will not get what you see on their website, you will get $#*!.
TOTAL CON! Be warned if ordering from the UK, you WILL have to pay "customs" charges to get your items. This is on top of the shipping charge they take from you at checkout. After paying the post office £25.00 in customs charges, I did get all my items - and wish I hadn't bothered. The coat I ordered had threads hanging off it everywhere. The button holes were too small for the buttons so it can't be fastened unless I cut big holes in the coat. A handbag I ordered broke the first day I used it. The zip broke so I had to walk around all day with my bag wide open. Absolutely disgraceful company. Yes the stuff is cheap, but there is a reason for that! It will break after a day. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE OR TRUST THIS SITE. BEWARE! This is a SCAM. I bought 3 coats from this site online and ordered on 01/05/2014. They immediately deducted amount from my card, but I did not get any response from them for a week. Finally I raised a ticket for my order status and they said my ordered coats are not in stock. I did not see any notice on the website about out of stock. If they are out of stock then they should not allow user to buy the item at first place. After arguing with them, I somehow got 2 coats from them and they charged me $30 for shipping. Still 1 of my ordered coat is missing and I am sending multiple emails for follow ups to the support team for long but no one is responding back to me.
I would advice others do not fall in this trap. I did not go through the reviews before buying from this website. It is total waste of time and money.
I wish I would have found this website and read the reviews before I made my purchase on dresslily. I paid more than $30 in shipping and handling for coats that looked nothing like their online pictures when they arrived. One of the coats even had ALL the button holes sewn shut! I contacted their support center several times before I received a response requesting photos. Really, the burden of proof is on me? I sent the photos and 4 days later I STILL haven't heard anything from them even though their so-called policy is to respond within 24 hours. Do yourselves a favor, do not make any significant purchases from this website!
Ordered a very small item that should not take long at all to ship. It has been over a month now and I have received several other purchases already from other similar sites and no news at all from the seller on dresslily.com. Please don't waste your money here, maybe not a scam but if you are looking to buy something and want it before you are old and gray don't order from this site. And the seller is very passive about communication just told me to wait patiently... thanks a lot.
NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM dresslily.com DressLily. It is a $#*!ING fraudulent online store. They have poor quality clothes. You never receive your full order. So many missing items without any notices.
I opted for the expedited shipping and after a couple weeks emailed and asked where my order was. Within the day they responded that some items were on back order and they would ship out by the end of the month. I received it the next week. My only complaint is I paid $50 for shipping and then was nabbed with another $50 at the door from DHL. (some for tax, duty and another delivery charge? (Canada)) I guess when you look at the total cost of the order it wasn't as cheap as I thought. You're better off ordering from a better quality site and paying the $ on the item and not the shipping.
I would give it 0 stars if i could. Horrible quality, horrible customer service.
If there are either 5 star reviews or 1 star reviews then I would suspect that the five star ones have been written by the company and all the other ones by real customers. I advice everyone to be careful. I visited the site because someone I know wished for an item there as a birthday present and got a virus alert at once and when I tried to pay with my credit card it said it didn't match my adress which wasn't true. I still don't know if I'm getting the items or if they have stolen my money. I thought it was a real site, but after I left the check out without knowing whether I've paid or not or will get the items or not I've been looking around online and there are a lot of people saying this is a scam. Be careful.

I ordered a shirt October 7,2013. It is now January 23,2014 and I never received my order. I sent emails to the company and after 3 times of trying to reach them I got a reply saying they would send out my package immediately (that was in the beginning of December). DO NOT ORDER FROMT THEM!
It took 2 months to get my order. When I contacted them about the location of my order they replied with 'too bad... you didn't request a tracking number'. My items finally showed and I was pleased with the quality and surprised by that... though one item was broken. I won't return it as it's not worth the hassle. Try aliexpress.com much better service!
I had my doubts about all what I would receive from Dresslily (if anything at all!) having read many unfavourable reviews. However, my order arrived this week and I am delighted. The fabrics are super, all items look exactly as they do in the photographs and all clothes look good on me. In the UK similar Monsoon dresses might cost £80 (compared to a few US $). Dresslily did an excellent job and I will be going back to the site to order more things.
I was very pleased with the prompt customer service as well as the shipping. The items are unique from what is sold in clothing stores and that is what I like. These people answered all of my questions and when I emailed them my concerns about reviews I had read, they were understanding and did everything to assure that I was a satisfied customer. I don't understand the bad ratings. I would definitely order from this company again and plan to soon. I will also recommend to others about the service. PLUS they are reasonably priced! I already have friends eyeing the site :)

I found this site, dresslily.com in November 2013 and so far have placed 3 orders. The order takes about 3 weeks to come in, which is one of the faster international orders I have experienced. The customer service is very pleasant if you ever need them. You can talk to a real person and they got back to me in less the 24 hours.
But the best part is the deals. There is a bunch of Free Shipping items. I have so far bought dresses, jewelery, purses, tops, jackets, and stalkings. All of which was great quality and fit as their sizing said it would. I have had nothing but a great experience while taking advantage of their great prices!
I bought a dress from this site and it was really nice. I also bought a couple of necklaces too. They all were nice and looked exactly like the picture.
