I ordered 2 shirts from DressLily. Which I ordered the size I normally wear here (2X) and they both fit like XLARGE. AND, it took almost 3 weeks to get my shirts. With multiple chat emails with customer service, nothing was fixed. Now I have 2 shirts that barley fit.
Positive note, they have very cute clothes, just order up a size.

I ordered a dress which was not what was shown in the picture. But the good thing is that the bad news stop here, because I got a full refund and got to keep the dress (which I gave for charity). Customer support was great, and even if I don't have the dress I was dreaming about, my problems got solved fast and in a very helpful manner. Nice job, I will recommend it to anyone.

I just received a dress I bought from dresslily, totally disapointed. Colors are not as they seem in the picture and the material is very cheap and bad quality. The price I payed was very high for what I got.
I ordered 5 items and all were way too small! I even ordered 2x my normal size. Tried to return/exchange and after 5 emails and sending them pictures of all the items and their tags, they offered me $35.00 for my $85.00 purchase to keep the items that did not fit. It was within their 30 day return policy. Horrible to communicate with and was not offered even to exchange the items. DO NOT BUY from them!

Ordered an item that did not fit. They would not take it back because it is a swimsuit. I guess that IS in their policy, but really, everyone else accepts a return of a swimsuit. They claim they cannot sell it again - why not? I have not used it and tags would still be on if they attached any. They offered me "100 points" to my account, which, when looking it up, is about $2. And it's not like I'm going to shop there again. I CANNOT TRY ON THE CLOTHES yet am punished for it not fitting.
After writing this review, they offered me a partial refund, then finally a full refund. I appreciate them solving my issue!
Dresslily is hit or miss.
Hit: If your items fit exactly the way they are supposed to. I would recommend reading the size guide for each item, because not all items are the same (for example, what might be a 1X could be a 3X in another similar item).
Miss: If your items do not fit exactly the way they are supposed to. Even if you follow the size guide and order the appropriate size, women's bodies are all different and may not be an exact match. If it is a swimsuit, because there are no returns/exchanges, you are stuck. If it is an item that can be accepted to return/exchange, I heard it is very difficult going back and forth.
Although, their website says "we will always offer the best solution for our customers", it doesn't apply to certain stipulations of their warranty and/or if it is not their fault.
Always happy and satisfied with my purchases and the service provided. THe buyer protection is a great tool that brings me back to dresslilly. From electronics to health products. Cloths, dresslilly is the place to do "good" business.

So far I bought one thing there for lowest price compared to other stores. Item is very good quality.
It was this item: Youoklight 1PCS 5W Dc5v Usb Rechargeable Touch Sensor Cool White Led Reading Light Desk Table Lamp - White, the order number is: L**************. The item I ordered was well packed. After one month of using I must say that the quality is very good. I don't have any problem using it.
My order was quite fast shipped. It took more than one month to get to Poland. I will definitely buy there again and I hope they extend their catalog. The customer service at Dresslily is very helpful.

I've read a lot of bad reviews so I was skeptical to order, but I took a chance after I read the critical reviews. Let me help you, every item has a size chart- check every one! I have shirts that are a size L and shirts that are a size 3XL. The sizes vary so much, but follow the size charts on each individual item and you will be fine! Also, they do list in the description what material the items are made of, there are alot of polyester shirts so pay attention. And alot of the dresses are shown with crinoline/slips/etc underneath so do not expect a full fluffy skirt/dress. If you follow these tips, you won't be disappointed.

3rd email asking for my money back, so far no reply. Bought 2 shirts, took ages to arrive (despite paying extra to have it delivered earlier), the quality is the worst I have seen in a long while. Not sure I will ever see any money back. Have just received a bill from Fedex (their delivery company)asking for extra money (18Pounds) not included in original price? Unbelievable.

After placing an order at the beginning of June, for a dress to wear on July 4, my package has just been shipped from China. They lied to me for DAYS telling me my items were packed. Turns out one was out of stock. How can something be packed if it's out of stock?

They are located in China, 15 days and up for delivery if you are lucky.

Совершал покупки в этом магазине по акция, за 1 цент. Было 4 заказа, все 4 заказа мне рефнули и заблокировали мой платежный адрес в их системе. За то что у меня два аккаунта. Хотя до этого все заказывал на 2 аккаунта и все норм было, а тут их я разорил вертолетиками за 1 цент. Из-за них меня заблокировали в остальных магазинах
Прошлые заказы до сих пор не получил.
