Waited 16 days to get items. When I received them they were way to small. Made of a cheap cardboard like material. 2 shirts $30.00 down the drain. Probably will give them to a homeless person at least that will make me feel good about the situation and help someone out.
I have ordered 13 items of plus sized clothing from Dresslilly over the last 9 months and every single one has been affordable, good quality and really suit my shape. I can hand on heart say that it's my favourite place to shop for clothes. In fact it's the only place that I shop for clothes now!

Half of everything I ordered didn't fit and the other half of what I ordered were poorly made dresses. I corresponded with them and tried to return everything for over a week and my 30 day warranty was almost up yet they still never gave me a return address. It should never take that long to return anything! I have never had this problem with any online purchase. They kept asking questions I had already given them the answers to and told me they sent attachments with a return label and return instructions, but I received no such attachments. It finally took a strongly worded email and a terrible review for them to finally resolve the issue. I am relieved that they are refunding my money, and I strongly suggest that they take the necessary steps to make their return process easier for their customers, faster, and a lot more hassle free! Try Including a return label with the products, like several other online stores already do. Or when customers ask for it, actually send it to them!

I have had great experiences ordering from Dresslily! I love that you can see so many different products and reviews and specific sizing. I have a disability in my arms, so it's really convenient for me to be able to order from home. I've gotten everything I've ever ordered from them. One of my packages got sent to an old address (Women's Fashionable Solid Color Scoop Neck Asymmetric Pleated Sleeveless Dress), and customer service immediately took care of it. It's a really nice dress. I ordered it a bit too small, but I know you have to pay close attention to the sizing they give. It's accurate! I'll definitely keep ordering from them in the future.

Website is really easy to navigate, and pictures are clear. Items are just as described, and clothing size info is really good with cm and inch. Delivery times are fast (to Finland), packing is really neat and safe. Also D point system is super good, and buyers reviews are nice to have. Customer services are really good, they reply very fast and they are really nice. I definitely recommend DressLily!

This site stocks some amazing clothes and it's all very reasonably priced, however the sizings are very unusual and items aren't the size specified on the site or the label. But for the price you pay, it's not worth returning them. I'd probably order from this website again in the future but I'll be cautious over sizes.
I got the wig and thought it was not the same one I ordered it is nice but looked nothing like it did on the model. This company really stands behind their products I was contacted by the company about my somewhat dissatisfaction and immediately they handled the issue. I will tell you now this is definitely a company you can be completely confident about anything you order.

Store gives coupons for products they offer, but:
- they sell products that they don't have
- when you get really good deal in this store, then it's almost sure they won't send it and cancel your order without giving you any option (coupons are lost then anyway)
- making many orders + getting refunds for canceled orders make bank accounts & cards lock!
- things without promotion are much more expensive than in other Chinese stores
Don't buy there or you'll have problems. Better to pay a bit more and buy from trusted store.

This company sells products that they do not have in stock and then hides behind a staff of customer service agents that copy and paste patronizing e-mails to stall for time.
I am completely unsatisfied and will never order from them again.
Take my advice, save yourself some time and aggravation and order from someone else.

I ordered a few bikinis to try on at home since I wasn't sure about the size/fit. They arrived - the size was way off. Upon trying to return my purchase, worth around 100 Euro, I was told that they do not accept swimwear returns, but they could offer me 100 points instead. So basically I get nothing but ill fitting bikinis I'll never wear and they keep my money. Never buying from them again!

I love shopping on dresslily. I didn't pay attention to the sizing guide at first and had to return my first order but they made the process easy and didn't hesitate to get me the size I needed.
I also received a defective necklace, it broke after one wear, and after contacting them they replaced it with no issues.
They are awesome.
Love this website and all of it products. Have never been disappointed with an order. Even when something has not been right they are quick to correct it and work through the problem.
In total I ordered from Dresslily 11 times and I never had a complaint about the packages not arriving. Yeah, some stuff were not the best quality, but it's only just a small percentage. But this order was pretty good, everything arrived rather quickly, they always responded to my comments and questions, the quality was nice and I still use most of the items that I ordered, so everything is holding up nicely.

Shipment time took 3 weeks to Poland.
