My experience with dresslily was absolutely terrible. First they took a month to send out my order and when I checked the tracking info it kept saying that it was dalayed by the postal strike (that wasn't actually happening) and when I contacted them to find out why they never answered my emails properly. They would say things that didn't apply to the questions I was asking. Then when my ordered did arrive 2 months after my original order was placed it was the wrong one. They said that they Were sold out of the one that I ordered. However their website said that they had one left. I took a screenshot of this and sent it to the person I was corresponding with. And she said that they didn't have one. When I told her that either she was lying or their website was falsely advertising she ignored me. Then they refused to refund me my full payment even though it was their screw up. I asked to speak to a supervisor and I was ignored and they just processed the return with the partial amount. I will NEVER use this site again. They are incredibly unprofessional and misleading. Terrible company.
This site has very difficult customer service.
I never received the item that I ordered. I confirmed with the post office that the package was returned to them by mistake.
Yet I still had to argue with the customer service for a month to get anything done about it. They finally after a real struggle gave me a refund.

I ordered four dresses for upcoming Christmas parties and Dress Lily did not disappoint. All four dresses were exactly what I wanted. I received my order in two separate shipments. The first three dresses arrived within days of ordering. I was nervous about my Christmas Eve dress arriving in time, but the customer support services at Dress Lily reassured me that I would receive my dress on time. They even offered me the option of switching my dress at no additional cost if I pleased. This was my first time ordering from this site and I will definitely be ordering again. The dresses were lovely and perfect for each occasion.
I ordered from dresslily a while ago, quite a big order (Order NR LL**************) the first parcel arrived a short while after the order was placed, the payment went over quick. A few items couldn't be delivered due to a stock issue but I got a refund that arrived within a day. The items were as great as expected so I'll definitely order from them again!
When complaining in a negative review that the company took too long to ship a product during the holidays, they cancelled my order which was still shipping.

AVOID... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
Having placed my order almost 2 weeks ago, I had no update from them.
When I contacted them, I was told that it will be another 7-15 business days before they can depatch my item. The suggested options were 'Wait' or 'Exchange'. I had to email them back request a refund.
Avoid these DressLily. I'd rcommend AliExpress or Gearbest over this company any day.
Posted stolen pictures from the Internet. Items not even similar from the pictures they posted. They refused to send a refund and offered me to donate that what they shipped to me.
Impossible to get a refund. Criminal enterprise! Recommend to stay away no matter how attractive the clothes are that they advertise on the Internet. Very sly tricksters! Theft. Majority of their customers get ripped off. I filed a complaint with the PayPal Company that I paid with and they managed to get around them and keep my money even though I tried very hard to make DressLily accountable. Pay Pal took that company side and asked me to return the item I did not even ordered. I Paid $100 for an item that I did not ordered and PayPal asked me to pay another $100 to ship that back to DressLilly to get $66 refund. PayPal supported FRAUDS. Think twice to use them.
Absolutely horrible Company to do business with. It's like quicksand, once you pay, you just keep sinking further and further until you drown. Don't waste your time trying to get the right size or your money back. They will never under any circumstances respond responsibly to you.

The WORST company ever! Never ever order from them! NEVER!
I ordered a very cute while faux fur winter coat size M. I have XS; however, I like to have my winter stuff s bit loose in case I well be able to put a sweater on underneath. I was waiting for 3 weeks instead of 5-8 days and, finally, got... something - hard to describe - in a yellowish-greenish shade in size that fits 8 years old skinny girl... i paid extra $30 for customs that is half of price and I was not aware of it. The shipping was from Saudi Arabia. Not US. i asked about refund and taking THIS what I definitely did not order to take back. They offered me $20 (out of 99) and suggested to donate this ITEM to charity... They took my money with no hesitation, but are not about to refund it...
So TERRIBLE!

The Wall Tapestry I ordered was much more colorful and realistic than expected. Took it to work and we used it as a backdrop for selfies!
The product arrived on time and I was updated on the arrival time. All in all a great purchase.
I made a purchase towards the end of November for my girlfriend who is scheduled to ship out for 8 months right after Christmas. I was really excited for her to get this because I thought it was unique and she would have loved it where she was going. I was asked to register an account with my personal information, made a payment and waited. I use junk email accounts because even though they claim they dont sell your information, they do, they have ways and loopholes. Problem came when I discovered that I used an email address that was a mixture of 2 of my accounts so i didnt get an email notification. Upon doing some research with their support center I realized my email address I used wasnt valid and after logging in to their site I see a note from them asking me to verify my mailing address? This was 3 weeks after I made my purchase. So of course they took my order, gave it to someone else, and when I filed a report online they had a machine take care of my complaint. Not a human. Of course the machine couldnt figure out what I was saying and just kept repeating the same old song and dance 100 times over. So this company has had my money for a month, I still dont have any product, and my girlfriend, who would have had this by now if their shipping methods were not idiotic, will now go without for another 2 to 3 weeks. Unless you want to log in every day to make sure your holding them accountable, and deal with the hassle of making sure daily that you are getting your shipment, I wouldnt even bother with this company.

I have ordered from dresslily a couple of times. Their products are of good quality and every time i did speak to customer service when my items were back ordered they did let me know an approx time they should be in. I will order from them again
I ordered a couple different coats. I made sure to get 4x cuz normally I wear 3x but when it came in and I tried it I was shocked at how tiny their interpretation of 4x is! I couldn't move my arms at all. They were forced out at an odd 45 degree angle. I had to contortion myself just to get into the other sleeve! It didn't fully close over my bust. Needless to say I won't be able to wear this. Extremely disappointed in this site. Will never use it again.

I've bought a hoodie that came to me after 2 weeks. I haven't expected much because it was so cheap but I was really surprised. The size fit me perfectly and print is really high quality.
In recent days, dresslilly has contacted me and offered a full refund. I appreciate them reaching out to make the expierence right.
Sent shirts day's later than originally promised. The sizes were way to small. When asked for a resolution to the problem they were extremely difficult in response and couldn't find the order... then they still wouldn't give me a full refund. Awful experience! Now my ticket to converse with them has expired and I can't communicate with them. I donated the shirts to my school's special education department and will not deal with them anymore.
I ordered a dress through them that didn't fit and they said I would get a full refund to my original account (PayPal) and then said they couldn't do it and I have to return the dress, which is no problem but they want to charge me $6 to send it back. I paid $28 (includes $6 shipping fee), they owed me $22, minus another $6 for shipping back, and I get a whopping $16 back.
Keep in mind, they wrote me back in an email saying "full refund of the $22"... then changed their mind. I have proof of them doing this, thank you screenshots. I will never do business with them ever again.

I ordered 2 dresses for a Holiday party and paid for expedited shipping. After 3. Days I checked on the order and it was still processing. I have sent a message to them asking for a refund but they asked me to reconsider and they would give me 50 points. I just emailed them to tell them I don't want the dress and to please refund me. It is also very difficult to find the area to message them because you can't find it in the messages.

So I ordered on November 27th at 12:36:42 PM (their time stamp not mine) it is now December 7th and I paid extra for expedited shipping which their definition is 3-7 business days. If I'm counting in business days its already been 7 business days abd the united states postal service says they haven't received the package yet so we are now going on 14 consecutive days and 8 business days and still no product... if your company needs 7+ business days to prepare your products, perform strict quality-control tests before getting my order sent to me then perhaps you should be testing the products before people buy them all together... I wont cancel my order but know I won't be buying from your company again.
