Very nice entertainment center- the white glove installation was fabulous! The installer overcame a problem and came up with a quick solution. Absolutely get the installation! Everyone who sees it wants to know where I got it. I learned about it from my sister who has one.
Items clearly and accurately described on website. Received follow-up on status and confirmation of order. Updates on my order along the way. The local white service delivery company used was easy to schedule with. Delivery company also texted/called day before and day of so we knew when to expect arrival. Would order from Coleman again!
Item took very long to be delivered. Excuse for long time delivery was that item needed to be perfect for delivery, but item is defective and poor quality control of manufacturing. With this defect, item should have been at least 50% off not full price. I would like the defective section of the item replaced. Headboard is great, but footboard it defective/damaged.
The purchase was worth it. I have received so many compliments on my table. As soon as I pay it off I will be buying the other two pieces to match with my furniture.
Very difficult to browse merchandise. Also disappointing to have the prices fluctuate so much. I had to settle for a different chest because of a $600 price increase on the one I wanted. The increase took place over a period of less than a couple of days but still being advertised as "still on sale".
Cheapest made couch I've ever had. Last time I ever order a couch online without sitting on it. Hard as a rock very uncomfortable. The delivery was a nightmare destroyed my hallway. Then told me $600 to return it. I had to leave work early because these guys couldn't figure out how to get the job done. I had to help them after they destroyed my walls. The couch is little made out of press ply wood from homedepot. Total garbage. Do not buy…
One part arrived broken. I had to settle for a repaired piece, not a new one. The white furniture unit was filthy with footprints!, hand and fingerprints, dust and dirt all over the assembled unit. One man spit out his gum on my driveway. Poor business practice.

Couch is beautiful and very comfortable. I washed the covers and it wasn't too hard to put back on. There is an area on the side of the couch that has some kinda stain or spot which is why I gave 4 stars. The delivery service was great. I did have to wait awhile before my couch was delivered, maybe like a month. But they came and set it up with no problem
The delivery company only offers delivery Tues and Wed, and those are days I have to work in the office, so I found that very inconvenient. They also were almost an hour late/outside of the estimated time window.
I sent photos of obvious existing repair to previous damage before our delivery. They offered $75 to repair which was a joke the lowest service appt to look at it was $75 with approx repair &125 making minimum repair of $225. It was back and forth and arguing. This lead to them sending someone they hired after wasting my time to find someone and it was an average repair but didn't really fix it you can definitely see where damage was. The repair guy also said it had been previously repaired poorly. I will not recommend or purchase from Coleman again.
Everything was beautiful & we already have it put together BUT there was no hardware for the bed so we had to buy some to go with it. Other than that, it's great!
Delivery time was set for 3:30-6:30. Driver called and said they would arrive at 1:00, then furniture arrived damaged and no clean up was done by delivery crew. That is not how I would define white glove service and for the price paid for the furniture I would hope some QA/QC was performed but obviously that also is not the case.
Customer service is not helpful. The estimated date you will receive your item is a total lie and absolutely garbage. They outsource to a third party delivery company. They claim they communicate with them but it's all BS. Sabe yourself the aggravation. Go with somewhere a little more expensive but who will actually deliver on time. I can not recommend this company, bad customer service, terribly delivery company, and so disappointed. Never gain.

This was the easiest and quickest way to purchase new furniture. I looked around until I found the exact living room set I wanted. I came home pulled out the iPad and ordered straight from Coleman's. The dilevery people were so sweet and efficient. I will definitely shop with Coleman's again.
The ordering was a great experience. The two delivery men were very patient, kind and professional. They took their time to ensure the set-up was perfect and asked me to check ot out before they left. Not every delivery person is meticulous. These young men are definitely an asset to the Delivery Company.
Excellent and easy process.
I received my Bar Set from the Company, after about 7 weeks.
The delivery service personnel installed my Bar Set professionally, however there was a dent on the top piece of Bar and have been assured that piece will be changed.
No one told me beforehand that someone had to be home in order for the delivery. I was under the impression it was a shipment in a box that i would put together. Was charged $208 for a rescheduling fee.

I love my couches. Exactly what I wanted. The delivery process was the only concern I had. There was no flexibility and had to take off work to receive it. I understand you contract out for that but it was a bit frustrating.
Initially had buyers regret when I made this purchase but now I am so glad I went through with this. I have waited a few days to get this review done so I could get used to the Z cliner.
And now it is part of my daily routine.So glad I found Coleman furniture.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.
