I ordered my living room set and saved 1000 dollars ordering it online at Coleman Furniture. The set was delivered 2 weeks later, and the crew was great setting it up. I love it very comfortable and Beautiful. I will definitely recommend Coleman furniture
The wall unit was priced well and included 'white glive delivery and installation'. Everything went smoothly. The only suggestion i have is to improve the communication about the status of the order.

I didn't get my order for months after I ordered it. The date kept getting pushed back over and over even though when I ordered it, it never said it was out of stock.

My bedroom set took about a month to arrive, white glove delivery was great. The set had a couple of chips, one crack in the wood and some black marks on the paint that would not wipe off. This was clearly from the manufacturer, I watched the delivery guys take it out they did not make these marks. I did not see them hit anything to cause the chips in the wood either. I called Coleman customer service while delivery was there. It took a VERY LONG time to get anywhere with a resolution, well over an hour of sending photos and them trying to get me to refuse it or take a very small discount. They immediately were messaging the delivery company trying to charge them money for the damage. I refused the discount as it was so minimal and I didn't want delivery to be charged for it. I didn't want to wait another month for a new set that would likely have same issues since I do believe these are from the manufacturer, minus the chips I don't know when that happened, so I didn't refuse the set either. Anyway, I just wanted a technician to come and fill the spots and use some touch up paint. I even offered to do it myself. But they aren't offering that as an option. I got no resolution from the phone call other than they would launch an investigation and let me know. Been a couple weeks now and no resolution. But I get email updates saying they are still looking into it. The customer service experience after the fact isn't great.
The other issue I had was the strong chemical smell from the set. I've had a window open constantly and it's still there.
Even with two shipments, the headboards and sides were scratched or damaged
Managed to use the best pieces from both shipments to put it all together
This is my second purchase. I love the prices and my last purchase was delivered on time and the gentlemen who delivered it were great.
My purchase is beyond beautiful. The ease in getting it delivered and everyone involved in the order were remarkable. Would definitely recommend this company to everyone.

I love the couch. It is exactly what I wanted and the price were great. Only downsides, it took 8 weeks to be delivered (that was fine but I thought it was going to be delivered in 3 weeks) and there was a flaw in the material.
Coleman responded immediately about my concern and are sending someone to come fix it, so I am happy.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
