I love the couch. It is exactly what I wanted and the price were great. Only downsides, it took 8 weeks to be delivered (that was fine but I thought it was going to be delivered in 3 weeks) and there was a flaw in the material.
Coleman responded immediately about my concern and are sending someone to come fix it, so I am happy.
The bed was exactly as described, and I couldn't be happier with everything. The bed is well made and the delivery/setup was professional and easy.

I bought a leather sectional during the Black Friday sale. It took several weeks to arrive, but we knew that going into the purchase and were ok with that. The only issue we had was with the delivery company chosen by Coleman.the couch came in with zero damage.
I scheduled a delivery date of 1/14/25 with the delivery company. I took the day off from work to be here when it arrived. I called that morning to check to see the window of delivery (after checking online confirming it was for the 14th). They said sorry we didn't process your delivery correctly we need to schedule again. I said I already took the day off of work, she said there is nothing she can do but move forward and get it scheduled, which was true, but she was short and snarky at their mistake. No customer service for the inconvenience. There was slight attitude from the women scheduling when I said I was upset. I asked for the next day, 1/15, since my husband had to already take off for our roof being repaired and couldn't do it then. Finally scheduled for 1/20/25. The men that delivered the furniture were great. Kind, hard working and helpful. 4/5 stars because of the attitude from the lady with scheduling. Everyone makes mistakes, but be humble in your approach to the customer you inconvenienced. Taking a day off to accommodate the window of delivery is a big deal- I used one of my days to accommodate this when it was unnecessary.
My bar stools good wonderful with my island in the kitchen. Very comfortable and well made. I get a lot of compliments on them
The white glove delivery was great and went without a hitch. They left everything set up and ready for us to enjoy.

Full disclosure, I started growing concerned that it would take months to receive the dining set I ordered from Coleman and people had such negative things to say about restocking fees and quality in their reviews and on Reddit.
My honest experience was actually quite great with customer service. It is hard to time or know even an estimate on actual deliveries however, customer service always responded within the day and once the delivery service has your items, that's when they schedule you.
Our new dining set is gorgeous, high quality solid wood, everything is great. White glove delivery was on point. They assembled the legs and put moving blankets down so as not to scratch our floors. They text me 2 days before the first available delivery time slot and we had our set literally on the day of Christmas Eve. They gave me their window, called in advance and then a follow-up call to tell me they were 40 mins away. Well within the window I was given and we had our new dining set for Christmas Eve dinner and the 23 guests we had over!
My experience was great with Coleman furniture. Just thought it was worth sharing before people read all the negative reviews from the past.
We had our mind set on a particular dining set, because it was advertised as ""The white Glove Delivery" which we needed. However when we went to purchase the exact dining set they said it did not offer the "White Glove Delivery". Meaning we would have to set it up ourselves. We are 80 years old and no longer have the tools to do that and it was why we were purchasing that set. Long story short they said it was not offered on that set. So we did not order the table and bought 4 chairs instead because we could lift them and put together. So my advise. Take a screenshot to verify so you do not get fooled. Are chairs are fine. One was broken when shipped but was replaced at no additional cost to us.

Great service, the gentleman that moved my furniture in. We're fantastic. They took their time, they stripped all the plastic outside of the house and brought the pieces of furniture in piece by piece without damaging or hitting the walls and placing it exactly where I wanted it. I could not have asked for a better service or better Folks to deliver my stuff. And they cleaned up after they left from the plastic that they stripped...

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
