I took out insurance for this trip. I needed to cancel 3 people who can not make it. When I called I was told they do not handle it. I was to go through their website to cancel. It has been well over a week and every time I go on the website I get a message telling me there is a problem with the website and try again later. I will never use Cheapoair again. I should have realized with the name Cheap in it I would get cheated out of my money.
I tried several times to order tickets, and right when I was about to check out it told me the price was under by over $300 and wanted me to pay more. Once or twice might be a mistake, but it happened six times and I was very frustrated. Not to mention the fact that the app is super slow and hard to use

It appears that hotel options of changed on this site, they did not meet the expectations and budget i had prepared for. A lot of the brands i've accustomed to were not in my search options this time around. Previously, i enjoyed shopping with this site where i'd book great package deals for both flight and hotel.
It was ok. I did not realize the seats were going to cost additional money, so when the cheapoair sales man called to ask about adding insurance, I found out I had been charged $60 or so for seats. I felt that was a bit sly. Then, also I had japanese yen in my billing info, so I assumed I could pay with yen. I live in Japan, so that was my first choice. But I realized afterwards that I had been charged in USD. That also felt like a tricky thing... I was going to ask you to deal with this as I was charged an additional ******* yen because I only had JPY in my account so I was tagged with a transaction fee. BUT that is when I read the notice on the billing page that said I would be charged in USD. So I can not complain, I just didn't realize I needed to read extra to find out that the big JPY bill was going to be charged to me in USD.
Good experience, I just pumped into CheapOair while searching for a quick cheap flight, I then got quite a number of options that met my budget.

I traveled using Cheapoair for the past 10 years. This is a very reliable travel agency. Once I had to change my flight 24 hours in advance and they changed it without any fees. I would highly recommend this travel agency.
Easy to use but not cheaper than going direct through WestJet. I paid $200 extra than if I went with WestJet alone! Not worth it. Do your research! Everything is extra, including a purse!

Booking a trip, short flight for my grand daughter. I like the site and get a fair price, but hate all the additional add on pop ups. I ended up clicking on something I did not want by mistake and saw no way to delete it.
CS qas very slow I stayed 2 hours and still no solution. Transferred to Cc dept. She tried to help me but then all agents so call were unavailable and problem with my booking not solved
Very sorry for the inconvenience you experienced reward points are only valid towards the service fee and not towards the airline ticket it self, you had to be logged into your account and where it said redeem you click there and book through the availability screen there. Our apologies that it took so long on the phone.
I called to change the origin of my airport with cheapoair. One day, the told me $230, in less than 48 hours, it went up to $760. I felt like I was not given any help though I spent additional money to protect my flight from changes. Not to mention, there have already been 6 changes made to my flight in 6 months.

I originally had gone through another company even though I had used CheapO air before and was very satisfied with them. Big Mistake! We used to receive 1 nights stay free at the average cost, after staying 10 nights. Giving back 10% after 10 nights paid. However, Since you partnered with One Key Cash, you have reduced that to less than 3% which is disgraceful, and I am insulted. Why, not give actual rewards anymore? Maybe One Key Cash is now getting that Cash? Not nice and will be the reason for your downfall. As I will now look for a better provider...

When I purchased my ticket, we selected an upgrade that included my selected seats for both flights (round trip) + 1 checked bag. I just received an email from the airline asking me to select my sets again and if i would like to purchase a checked bag. I chose that service for a reason. I think my experience with the service left me a false sense of completion and additional burden on my part. It surely begs the question of what is the purpose of a booking service site like this when I can just go directly to the carriers website and dealing with them?
We've reviewed the reservation and you did not select seats or bags on our website. But spirit airlines charges for seats and bags no matter what type of fare you purchase. YOu will need to log into your reservation at www.spirit.com and use the airline confirmation code and add your bags now, do not wait and do it at the airport as it will be more money.
Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.
