Air booking for seating is screwed up. Nobody to contact. My phone from US won't make calls; no one to text/email to…no response to airline customer service. Poor customer service.
This was a difficult website to use. At the end I could choose seats, but didn't realize I was paying $134 for 2 seats! I tried to get a refund right away with no luck. The website is much more difficult than others I've used. I never want to use them again.

Cheapo air definitely gives the customer all their travel needs, with perks, for a very affordable price. I've been booking flights with them for years and have brought in many happy, new travelers and will continue to do so!
I am getting a very rude customer rep. That's why, I did not book thru cheapoair for a long time. Me, my wife and my siblings are frequent traveler and I pay for all their tickets. I just book now again personally because I like the price of this flight I am booking.

My flight has been delayed and change for another day and you still don't know that's happened that show you didn't give damn about your customer. I tried to reach to you and keep telling you my flight is delayed and what I should do and you keep telling me your flight is still in time
After several attempts to book a flight only to find out that the flight is unavailable. This is very stressful. Hours later and on the phone with your agent then waiting on agent to call back, never happened. Booked the flight for twice what the original price was and the flight ended up being another week out. Could you please find a way to have better updates on availability of flights and schedules? I was not expecting to pay extra for a seat. A ticket should include the price of a seat, unless I am to stand.
I did not want an upgraded seat. Any seat is fine and should be included in the price of the ticket.

I could not record my telephone number due to format issues for UK, and I could not change my address so it help bringing up the wrong billing address despite repeated attempts to change it. Eventually, having used anopther card that was declined, I got it to work. Frustrating.
Hard to do with lil time only allowed 20 mins? Was so much to do while booking that I felt really rushed picking seats was very confusing did I have to pick or can they just assign seats

Still on the fence didn't find any savings by using this just convenient for the occasion hotel wasn't very good but had to stay somewhere since the hotel my family was staying at was booked even though they weren't
I ordered a ticket for an employee. I had to change the date. I called the next morning before 24 hours and was told no that I was to late. I called an hour before my time was up. Had to buy a whole new ticket next time will go directly through the airline.

I had a credit at Cheap-O Air from a previous flight. I went to apply it to a current flight and was told that it had been forfeited. Very not happy about losing that money.
When i booked a $237 per person fkight I asaw upgrad $256
I thought for $20 fine THE WEBSITE DOES NOT SAY IN ADDITION TOO BASIC FARE. With all being you trying to sell me addtioions I did not see the final toital till after the pages closed by accident on my part. I am not on my 4 th call to book this flight!

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.
