This is the place that I go to to buy all of my phones. They have a wide selection of phones and the phones that I have got from them so far have turned out to be as good as they described. I have absolutely no regrets and will continue to buy more from them in future.
Day 1 placed an order. Day 3 checked status and there was an issue. Answered the question and they said it would ship the next day. Day 7 checked status, listed as processing. Called said it would ship the next day. Day 12 checked status, still processing. Day 13 trying to cancel order, no response.
This company sends me a cell phone in the mail I open it up is totally destroyed the screen is completely broke on it I called them up they tell me they're sending me a new cell phone waited three weeks never heard nothing call them back and talk to a gentleman she told me to go $#*! myself 6 times I don't understand how a company can tell people this do not buy nothing from this company
Good website, reasonable prices, prompt delivery. Overall a nice place to buy gsm phones. I was unable to find a better place to buy unlocked gsm phones. If you are looking to buy a locked one, then you could probably get one for free with any of the providers with a contract, but if you are looking to buy a gsm phone without contract then this is the place to buy it
I wish I could give them zero stars or even negative marks. I ordered a White SGH-M919 and they sent me a black AT&T model. When I called them, they asked me to send it back at my own cost. Very reluctantly, I sent it back. And now they refuse to send a replacement saying that they didn't receive my shipment (whereas UPS clearly shows the same)or return my money...

This product is excellent in its category. After I had it in my possession, I examined it and found that both the quality and the craftsmanship were excellent. Because the screen is so big and so crisp, navigating it and using it is a breeze.
I dont usually go out of my way to write reviews, but I was very happy with my experience with cell2get so I just couldnt resist it. First off Id just like to say the customer service is amazing, they were with me every step of the process from ordering my phone until the delivery and I was very happy with the attention and support I was receiving. But besides for that, the phone itself was amazing quality and condition and arrived on time, I couldnt be happier with my new phone and I will for sure be using cell2get for any future cell phone needs.
NO STARS! I literally bought a phone for at&t it was only for at&t and we couldn't get it to work... went into the store for help, the rep there couldn't get it to work... we had to return it, brand new... it cost $135.99 and I was returned only $89.00, that is a re-stock fee for a cell phone of $46.99... absolutely ridiculous! Who charges this much? It's over 30% of a re-stock fee on a small package that needs to be placed on a shelf! Highway robbery! I get charged less for my kitchen cabinets... absolutely unfair! Never purchasing thru them again!
I am heading to college next month and need a phone to be delivered to my campus. After placing the order I called to verify that my order can be left by campus in case I wasn't there yet. Not only was I able to, they explained that I can request a different shipping address all together, I didn't, but it is appreciated. I was impressed by the staffs patience.
The best store there is! Awesomeness! I adore an owner that takes part in their communities even in ways they could never imagine. The simple things is all that matters. I wish I could give more stars. See you again.
I will be buying from them again! The shipping price for expiated shipping is fair and as expected on time. And the prices are very unique and cheap compared to other places around. I highly recommend them!
Was looking for Samsung S2 and a friend recommended me to cell2get I saw their price on google shopping i placed my order thru cell 2 get website and received my phone 3 days later i had problem setting up the phone with my service company i contact cell2get and they helped me to setup my phone great store!
Super fast and super easy experience. Got a phone for cheaper than anywhereelse. The guy on the phone was super cool, listened to what we wanted, explained everything really clearly, and got in mind exactly what we wanted. This isnt my first time buying from their website but overall Highly recommended.
Really great experience here! The phone selection is huge and customer service is very knowledgeable and patient they are SO amazingly helpful. I purchase a cell phone from this company 6 years is was working great for 6 full years just a week ago it fell into the water and stop working i contact cell2get to order another phone and amazilgly i spoke to the same customer service rep i spoke 6 years ago he was very helpful helping me to choose updated phone. I received it today and its working great, hopefully this phone will also last me for 6 years great deal on great phone
So I finally got a Big Girl phone and left my prepaid Boost service in the dust, where it belongs, because Boost is garbage.
Adam was my customer service person and he was very helpful, informative and talked with me a while, answering all my questions and giving me several options for my new phone. I am very excited about my new phone and service and adam made the transition very stress-free and thanks to Apple and the Cloud, setting up my new phone was simple!
FRAUD ALERT! It took almost 3 weeks and several phone calls to get my phone which arrived used and broken, and missing manuals, accessories, etc. I called to tell them I want my money back and they said they wouldn't refund shipping and I would have to pay to ship it back before they refunded my money (yeah right!). This is outright theft.
Merchandise was received promptly and was exactly what I wanted. Also the price was the lowest of any other merchant my suggustions is Would like to see a summary of my order (item, number of items ordered, price, shipping, etc.) along with the Order Confirmation.
Nokia e73 I ordered white and I got black cell phone. I had to return the product and get a refund of money. Please check carefully whether a product you want is in stock. Company did issued a return label
And refunded all my money
My toddler broke my phone so I needed a new one ASAP but wasn't eligible for an upgrade. Cell2get had a great selection of unlocked phones and shipped me a new iPhone quickly. The phone came ready to use in just a few days. I will definitely use Cell2get anytime I need a new unlocked phone.
Excellent service, fast shipping and superb communication., I have not had the chance to test out their warranty service yet, because my nokia lumia 1520 hasnt broken down(touchwood!), but I have a lot about their great warranty handling, which is the reason i bought my phone from them. It arrived in 2 days via usps, standard packaging, unopened item, etc. Basically very smooth and flawless transaction
