I bought a refurbished iphone 6 from this website with three day delivery since my phone had broken and I needed a new one before I left for a month long hiking trip. I was happy with the price and the surprisingly low charge for three day shipping. I received a confirmation email for my purchase.
The next afternoon, I received a form email telling me that my order had been cancelled because the phone I had ordered was no longer in stock. No apology, nothing. If the phone wasn't in stock, why the heck did you sell it to me?! Now I'm in a real pinch to get a phone before leaving on my trip since I still have to get the phone by Friday (I leave Saturday) and today is freaking Wednesday. I would have been much better off ordering a phone from another website for fifty bucks more.
So to summarize: Not only did they complicate my life by selling me a non-existent phone, they didn't even have the decency to apologize. Terrible customer service.
They took forever to ship my phone and when it came, it was the wrong color.
I attempted to return it but they kept giving me the run around. Then i had to file a dispute with my credit card company and it was a big hassle.
In my case, It's a complete disaster. 1st they couldn't verify my P. O. box address with the billing address on the credit card. They never sent me any confirmation e-mail. I ordered a phone for ATT but they sent a phone with Verizon logo with missing S pen. Worst is when I call them about it, they refuse pick up. It takes about a month to receive the phone after the order.
First they give me a tracking number that doesn't correspond to the item I ordered. I received the phone and the tracking # still shows the item is coming from China. Complete confusion. Save your time, folks!
I love Cell2get, I never have any problems dealing with them. They have an enormous inventory, good prices, and an easy to use desktop / mobile site. They have been around for years now and I prefer them over Amazon or Bestbuy, and have for quite some time now. There system easy to use and it works. All in all, a great and reliable place.
I purchased many cell phones from this company in the last 7 years customer service is always answering phone calls I had to returns couple of phones in the past they always responsive and returns and exchange is always easy
Before i buy a phone from them, i called and talked to a person. He said the phone will be NEW and on the BOX. When i got the phone, i see that it is USED and there is no headphone. So upset since this ws a gift. Cheaters, stay away from this place.
Needed a phone for a teen travel tour for my daughter, we settled on a Nokia, simple, easy to use, and my daughter ended up keeping the phone after the trip and uses it here. Delivery was on time and the price was right, whats not to like?
I broke my phone a few weeks ago, and since I really can't afford to purchase a new one at full price, I went looking for a website where I would be able to buy a new phone for the fraction of the price. I am always nervous when making purchases like this, but Cell2Get was easy, trustworthy, and fast to work with. I had my new phone in my hands in a matter of mere days, and just as advertised, my new HTC phone was in brand new, working condition with no flaws or signs of defect whatsoever. The best part is that I don't have to extend my contract with my current service provider, which is what I was hoping to avoid.
Overall, Cell2Get provides a reliable service and I'm extremely happy with my new phone. I was able to order with confidence knowing that if I was unhappy with my purchase, I would be able to return it. I will happily buy my family's future cell phones from Cell2Get in the future.
I needed unlocked phone for my trip to Thailand i contact cell2get customer support they helped me to choose a phone. The phone arrive in 3 days took it to my trip but the phone was locked i contact cell2get by phone and they gave me the unlocking code the phone works great. I am very happy
I had a great customer experience but make sure you do your research and read more about the return policy because they only accept returns after 14 days after you recieve the item. But lucky for me me they were willing to cut corners and exchange my phone a little more after the 14 days dead line.
Those guys really have done a lot for me ever since I have gotten my device from them. I bought a Kyocera flip phone (e4710) and when I took it to at&t they said they can't activate the phone for me. After calling and speaking to one of the representatives at cell2get, he requested to speak with the at&t lady and he demanded and guided her on how to activate the phone for me. Which is insane! It proves that these corporate stores hire kids that don't have any sense of knowledge in technology nor good customer service either, rather cell2get has helped me all the way from the start and I am so very thankful to them!
I have recently purchased a phone from this company over the phone. The rep helped me pick a phone for my tmobile service and was really helpful. I got my my phone on time and had no issues. Would recommend this company for great prices and great
Great site im very happy with my purchase from them! Their site is outstanding and great prices! The shipping is fast if you pay extra and their service on the phone is great! Overall i do recommend this site!
I ordered a regular Nokia phone on may 5 to give to my daughter and received it on may 12. I did have some problems with my card but when I spoke to customer service they resolved it RIGHT away without a problem and sent it out. We were very happy with the phone and the company.
My experience purchasing your item was overall good. The only problem i had was i dont like giving my card number on the internet i prefer the phone so i called to ask if i was able to do so, i spoke to George and he helped me to place my order
It’s a good thing I got my Nokia phone from this place. Everyone was so helpful. I had to wait a few minutes to get through, though, but in the end I was well served and that’s the bottom line. The prices aren’t bad either, especially for the Nokias though now I’m actually looking for a Motorola believe it or not and so far I like what I see, maybe I won’t even bother shopping around!
Cell 2 get posted that they have reached out to me to resolve my prior complaint. I called the company on 11/11 and was told that Mark M. Had left for the day. I called again today, 11/14 and was told that Mark M. Was not in, that they could not reach him and that they cannot take a message for him. Attempted to call again and my call will not go through. I suspect they have blocked my number. They have my phone number and email address if they wish to communicate.
Ordered a new Pixel 5, called to confirm this was NEW. It came in a plastic bag in a blank box, no accessories or protective film, the wrong color and AT&T unlocked when I'm 99.9% sure (I'm careful about this) that I did not order w/ a carrier, just unlocked. Called, told it was "overstock, but new" though I think it was refurbished. My timeframe didn't allow for a replacement (leaving town) so I was told bc it wasn't what I ordered (we agreed at least on the color), there'd be no restocking fee. Wrong. They tried to charge it (over $60) so I disputed this with my CC company, who voided the whole transaction. On investigation, there are a lot of complaints w/ the BBB.
So: they're not selling Original Boxed, unused NEW as new, their software and/or fulfillment doesn't match what I ordered, their customer service is poor (and rude), and you have to pay your own postage for returns, even when it's their fault. Definitely would not recommend.
Very cheap phones, very good customer service. I like them a lot, and bought from them twice. Once a blackberry, once a nokia, both came new and in a timely manner. I would do business with them again
I ordered an iPhone 5c and the order went through; however, two hours later, it was out of stock. I've had to go back and forth with my credit card company and these people (by people I mean Melvin), to be sure I got my money back. At the end of the day, I wouldn't recommend this company for buying a phone. It's too much of a hassle.
Answer: Phone # is 8005182355
Answer: CDMA and GSM networks are two types of cellular phone networks and generally if you have a device made for one, it can't be used on the other. In the US, Sprint®* and Verizon run on CDMA networks while AT&T and T-Mobile run on GSM networks. Ting runs on both
Answer: There are good and bad CDMA and GSM networks, but there are key differences between the technologies... It's much easier to swap phones on GSM networks, because GSM carriers put customer information on a removable SIM card. Take the card out, put it in a different phone, and the new phone now has your number.
