Just received my order and am very dissatisfied. It is nothing like the picture and is very thin, cheap material and poorly designed. I can't even get it buttoned up. The material is see through and it is not well designed or sewn. It is unwearable. Don't even think I can donate it to a thrift store.
I received the package with ALL of the items I ordered --ALL ARE BEAUTIFUL and they fit perfectly--The bathing suit is VERY well made--I was skeptical to order a swimsuit, as they are a kit if tunes NOT well-made. The prices are GREAT, and I definitely will ORDER AGAIN! Lynn in Los Angeles
I ordered 4 shirts, and they are not true to size, the quality of all four shirts are the worse I have ever purchased. One shirt was 100% defective! White threads are sewn in the shirt. And I understand we have to pay for return shipping? I hope I get a full refund!

I purchased a number of items from this website, a order for £180 in total. My items arrived and looked nothing like the photos. The items were very poorly packaged, with no invoice or receipt enclosed. One of these dresses had a dirty large foot print on it! Three of the items were completely wrong!
I decided to return all of the items.
I've now sent 9 emails with proof of posting, over the last 3 months. Each reply has been a different EXCUSE as to why I've not received a refund. I'm still fighting for my refund and its been 4 1/2 months.
BE WARNED! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS HORRIBLE AND DESPICABLE WEBSITE. IT IS A COMPLETE RIP OFF!
Dont order from this site, bought shoes stated 39 when they arrived 3 weeks later were huge. Refused to pay postage back. Said give them to a friend or put them on eBay!
I warn you not to buy anything from them! Items look nothing like the pictures! They sent completely wrong item and refused covering the cost of refund! Unreliable and pathetic! They keep deleting negative comments! They don't treat customers seriously, so save your money and please beware!
Unfortunately I am not able to rate "0" stars. Horrible place to buy from online. After viewing add on instagram, I order an oversized sweater and 3 dresses. After purchasing, I read horrible reviews of unsatisfied customers (which I should have done prior), they called the website a scam; stealing pictures of clothes from other online sites and bad quality uncomparable clothes to the pictures. Luckily I was still in time to cancel all orders as the boutiquefeel site gave me the option, so I did. They approved the cancellation on the dresses but still sent out the sweater, which arrived in less than five days (only good thing about this experience, aside from prompt answer from customer service from online chat). The sweater was ordered women Medium size and it came back for the fitting of X small good for an 8 year old, and thats not exagerating. Then to return I was charged more than half of what the sweater cost! Very dissapointing lost my time and money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE, bad quality material and falsely advertised clothes.

Sadly I didn't read the reviews before I ordered from this site. Took 25 days to arrive, was nothing like the picture. Extremely poor quality material, looked more like an overall from a second hand shop. Way too big even though I ordered a small. Luckily I only paid $27 - (£20). I won't be bothering with them again, however, It has made me more careful with who I order from online - ALWAYS READ THE REVIEWS!

Photos look awesome. When you order a big bulky sweater and it comes in the tiniest envelope (together with another product) you know it's going to be bad! It was! Such a lie!
I've learned that all overseas items take forever so I won't bother to complain about the time it took. However, I will complain about the intentional misrepresentation to draw me into purchasing one of their products! The picture shown is not even close to what I received! I received a very low quality item made of synthetic knit fabric that was at least 2 sizes 2 small (so not in-line with their size chart whatsoever). What I thought I was purchasing was a grey, thick, ruched, loose fitting item that fit over the shoulders. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!
Worried that the website says London/UK but the items are shipped directly from China and look nothing like what was ordered, quality is disintegrable. Ripped off $200. Plus I had to spend hours getting the items to even get into my cart - major problems with website.

First of all, it takes a month to get what you order. Second, what you receive is absolute trash. They falsely advertise what you are getting. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!
I ordered the cutest sweater from Boutiquefeel and it fits perfectly! I always get nervous buying clothes online because you never know how they are going to fit but their measurements for perfect. Don't always believe everything you read sometimes you just have to take a chance and I'm super happy that I did! Can't wait to buy more and more :)
I ordered several items on Sept 21st and it is almost a month later and still have not received items. No way to get ahold of them. Do not order from them!
I ordered a dress for my daughter. Order confirmation said 3 - 5 days to ship. Then received another email that they were out and would take 3 weeks to make. Okay. Three weeks later I get an email that they are out of the dress and not making any more. Have requested a refund, no response...
Purchased three items from these Scam Artists. Very, very poor quality! I returned all three items & i have my proof that it was delivered. It has been over three weeks & they have yet to refund me my $125 These are foreigners who are complete Scam Artists! Very very unprofessional. DO NOT BUY!

I heard back from them. And they stayed with me until the item reached my front door... thanks y'all. Oh but know that sizes run really small need to order 2 sizes up for blouses.

Saw this company advertised on Facebook and Instagram. I buy a lot of clothing online, and thought I'd take a chance on another seller. Needless to say, my $60 jacket looks like a gigantic piece of felt. Stitches are ripping apart everywhere and the colour and fabric look virtually NOTHING like the photo... see for yourself. Be careful buying anything from this website.
