Takes to long for delivery and no updates on the progress

Overall good but the only let down was the lengthy wait for delivery

At first,i did not receive the order,later they sent me the package,Also i can say they are very responsible

It took a whole month to get my order, when I messaged they told me some of my items were out of stock so was waiting for them to get back in stock which if I knew in the beginning I wouldn't of ordered them. When I emailed they offered me points for the inconvenience? No use to me as I probably wouldn't order again from here! The dresses I also ordered I now can't wear to work which was my intention as the slit at the side is too high therefore shows far too much.

I really love my dress but there was no way to track it properly and we knew when it was coming

Good and comms was great Sizing guidance accurate. Colour was as similar to images online

Dress was nothing like pictured and quality was awful and see through. Offered 10% then 30% refund!

I like my dresses, they're not the best quality but they're also not expensive. Happy with them as comfortable and feel nice to wear.

I waited over a month for ny order to arrive, when I did arrive I was disappointed with the cheap material used. In the pictures and videos I seen of the dress it looked stunning but it's not very nice in real life.

It was quick and easy to use the details of the product was the same as described

The shoes I ordered were beautiful but the size was wrong. I wanted to gift them but they did not fit anyone whose foot measurement needed the size shoe I had ordered. The return policy was the worst I have ever encountered. I will not trade with this company again.

The first time you have a chance of being a part in the team you will have a lot more time with the players you have with your family than with the other team and the other teams

Order placed end of May and never received. Sent email chasing twice and heard nothing. Very disappointed as I've ordered from here before and it was all delivered!
